Hotel 4-Star di East Java, Indonesia

Stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip and overall it was quite okay. The location is alright, but just take note it is quite a bit of a walk if you want to go Tunjungan Plaza. Breakfast has a good selection of food, but it gets quite crowded unless you go down early to eat. I had some issues with the TV because it keeps freezing after a while, which was a bit annoying. Also, room service missed out some things because they didn't provide a floor mat and hand towel after they cleaned the room. But for a short business trip, everything else was fine and still acceptable.

The best hotel we stayed in Surabaya, conveniently located beside Tunjungan plaza with many restaurants and stores. Walking distance around 5 mins have many chic and hipster cafes worth visiting. Hotel room was clean and very spacious. All the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The best part was the buffet breakfast, with many arrays of foods and live stations. With all the delicous food and warm staff at the restaurant, we really enjoyed the whole breakfast. Highly recommemded!

I’ve stayed in four hotels in Surabaya and this is of course the best one. I liked their amenities, service, cleanliness and their staff! Especially Bella is very sweet and she remembered my name after 2 days which is very impressive! Would recommend this if you need a deep rest the hotel. They can provide you everything!

Lokasi yang bagus. Walaupun anda mungkin terperangkap dalam kesesakan lalu lintas semasa dalam perjalanan ke hotel pada waktu puncak, yang boleh difahami kerana ia berada di pusat bandar. Biliknya besar dan luas. Mempunyai banyak saluran tv yang berbeza untuk menghiburkan anda (sekitar 50 saluran antarabangsa, dan beberapa saluran tempatan). Satu-satunya bahagian bawah ialah lantai tandas boleh menjadi sedikit licin apabila basah, dan tidak terdapat banyak salur keluar kuasa di sekeliling bilik. Oleh itu, anda sama ada perlu membawa sambungan palam atau palamkan lampu untuk mengecas peranti anda.

Huge living room, view is nice. Parking lot is a bit confusing as they close the parking lot when we arrived. Breakfast is amazing, and has different options with lots of local Indonesian foods.

Menginap 2 malam di sini, Check in pukul 4 petang tapi bilik masih belum siap, bila dah dapat masuk bilik kami diberitahu kemudahan tidak lengkap (tuala dan alas kaki) mereka kata akan dihantar kemudian, sampai petang belum lagi. telah dihantar sehingga kami terpaksa menelefon sebelum ia dihantar. Berhampiran dengan pusat membeli-belah, terdapat kolam renang tetapi dalam bangunan yang berbeza, taman permainan itu rosak dan perlu dibaiki.

Generally, the stay was fine, but there were some drawbacks. Breakfast felt underwhelming since it was held in meeting rooms rather than the restaurant. The biggest issue was the check-in process; our room wasn't ready until 4:00 PM (and after asking the staff several times), and it seemed many other families were in the same boat.

Words can't describe the kindness, attention to detail and, politeness of the staff. The breakfast was simply delicious and offered a lot of variety. We had the most amazing stay. Extremely clean. Close enought to the airport :)
