Hotel 4-Star di East Java, Indonesia

Had 3 days wonderful stay. Excellent staff services beyond my expectations of a 4 star hotel. Set back is that toiletries is 3 star, & breakfast , eventhough is delicious & lots of varieties ,is of rather similar foods each morning. Highly recommended.

The hotel was great: it is crispy clean, strategic location (it is located in a very large and modern shopping mall complex), the service is top notch, especially during breakfast at Djaman Doeloe restaurant. One of the staff (Evi, I think) asked me what my favourite that they didn't have on that morning. Told her, I like traditional ”klepon” cake. The next morning, Pak Andik, the pastry chef, brought me 3 klepon, fresh from his kitchen. What a surprise. The cake was delicious, especially with black coffee. Thanks, Pak Andik and Evi, for your hospitality. Will be back again in the near future.

The staff are courteous and helpful, and the hotel’s location next to a shopping mall is very convenient.

Quite a busy hotel...or maybe happened to be on that days that I was there? Lifts are very slow. Rooms are quite clean. Although the space in the bathroom was really tiny and unable to put toiletries anywhere in the bathroom (no space/ table on the basin)

Eventhough there was a little miss, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cozy comes with strattegic location. anyway, thanks for the upgrade, i appreciate it!

First time ke golden hill bener2 semua pegawai ruamah polll... Parkirnya memang jauh, tapi sudah di handle semua pegawai hotel. Jadi ketika checkin, mobil di parkirkan sama pegawai hotel. Begitu juga ketika checkout, mobil standby di depan 😍

the best hotel ever... the breakfast is super good...so much choices. the environment of the hotel is peaceful, modern and cozy.....

Words can't describe the kindness, attention to detail and, politeness of the staff. The breakfast was simply delicious and offered a lot of variety. We had the most amazing stay. Extremely clean. Close enought to the airport :)

Kami datang dengan bayi, 2 bulan 2 tahun, pukul 13.30 tapi rupa-rupanya kami dapat bilik sampai pukul 15.00 dan mereka kata masih ada waiting list, kata Cik Tirta. Keadaannya juga anak saya yang berumur 2 tahun muntah-muntah di ruang menunggu terlalu lama dia tidak masuk ke bilik untuk berehat dan akhirnya seorang lagi pegawai CS segera bersiap untuk membersihkan kesan muntah anak saya. Ya, sebelum saya berkahwin, saya berada di sini jika saya ingin bermalam, tetapi saya benar-benar kecewa. Dan gtw, mereka diberi bilik mandi berdiri dan bukannya tab mandi, jika tab mandi menunggu, kata Cik Tirta. mungkin 1 jam kemudian (saya rasa) duuuh
