Hotel 4-Star di Lazio, Italy

Удобный отель для посещения Ватикана. Отель маленький, номер уютный. Отличная большая кровать. Номер у нас был без окна, но с собственным выходом в патио, где стоял столик со стульями и можно было покурить. Единственное, стеклянная стена этого патио выходила в хол отеля. Мы оставались на одну ночь, нас это не смутило. Мы очень рады, что удалось выспаться благодаря матрасу и подушкам. Это был наш третий отель в Риме, есть с чем сравнивать. Завтрак хотелось лучше. Но замечательный повар любезно приготовил нам яичницу, чем спас ситуацию.

If I could give them more than 10 out of 10, I would gladly do so! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, respectful, and friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and elegant, with rooms and amenities thoughtfully designed to provide guests with an unforgettable experience. The linens, bedding, lighting, and furniture were all exceptional. Our late-night garden dinner was delicious and made the evening even more special. Spending two nights here was the perfect cherry on top before leaving Rome. Thank you!

An excellent choice if you’re planning a trip to Rome. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini and about 5 minutes from Repubblica metro station. Trams and several bus lines run nearby, making it easy to get around. Both the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, as well as many of Rome’s other popular attractions, are about a 15-20 minute walk away. The hotel is quite large, and the room we chose was very spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping. It included everything we needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, and various toiletries (such as a shower cap and slippers). The room also had a desk, a safe, a television, a comfortable armchair, and a fairly large wardrobe. There was also a minibar and a kettle, with complimentary coffee sachets provided daily. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which is very convenient if you arrive before check-in time or if your flight departs late in the evening. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Host is really nice! Feel really welcomed and comfortable to stay. We arrived late night and host sent us all information needed via WhatsApp. Room is clean and sweet, location is great and walkable to all places. Will definitely come again and will recommend to others!

This is a little hidden gem in the heart of Rome! The entrance into the hotel is beautiful and the rooms inside are just as nice. We arrived very early and received a warm welcome. They not only let us check in early but also upgraded us for no extra charge. Be sure to bring enough cash to pay for the tax - 7.50 euro per person per day It’s walking distance to all the great spots! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We liked this hotel , its close to all the touristic spots , next to metro and train station and same time away from all the crowds :))rooms are clean , hotel has a beautiful garden and we were lucky enough to get a later check-out

Just an honest review here for future guests. There was one iron (and ironing room) for the whole hotel, you had to get a key from reception to get into the room and you are limited to use it for 30 minutes. Also, the iron was old and not good. I ironed one shirt twice and it was still wrinkled. I was contemplating buying an iron to donate to the hotel for the poor future guests. You cannot use the gym for free- it costs $10€ per session. (The gym looks great though) The cleaners were cleaning the hallway with a loud machine at 10pm at night. The shower is tiny, I could barely turn in there and wash my body. The air conditioner is situated behind the curtains and doesn’t cool the room as a result. Overall, not the best experience for what should be a good stay. Positives: The room was spacious and quite nice. There is a beautiful older Church (1915?) attached to the Hotel which can be accessed. The building and decorating was nice. Some staff were really helpful with requests. The room is about 5/10 minute walk from a convenient train station which goes into the city/tourist attractions. There is a grocery store right next door. The gardens are beautiful.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights, the property itself is new, modern, and in a fantastic location. On the third day, the tissue box in my room ran out, when I asked housekeeping to refill it, they simply said they had “run out” of tissues and made no effort to offer a solution. Thus it was never refilled for the remainder of my stay. This is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel being unable to provide such a basic amenity for its guests. The reception staff were generally unfriendly throughout my stay. It was only on my final night that a male receptionist greeted us with a smile.(Well maybe the hotel would argue that I have very high expectations :)) Overall, the service and maintenance standards leave much room for improvement.

Fantastic hotel. They gave us a free upgrade and honestly the room was lovely. The location is perfect with lots of shops and restaurants around 2 minute walk and it’s near a lot of the tourist attractions too. The hotel was very clean and the room service was fast with any response. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone considering rome, it was our first trip and the hotel was amazing. Clean, reasonably priced and the location was perfect.
