Hotel 4-Star di Lazio, Italy

Tutto veramente meraviglioso. Bellissima struttura immersa in un paradiso che dall'alto domina Roma. Ci siamo persi nella bellezza delle stanze della hall. Ottima stanza con letto comodissimo. Ottimo per vivere una esperienza unica.

There are strange lighting positions in the room. The water could leak from the shower door. The breakfast is great. The view is also great Something fell off from the door when the next door closed their door. It was loud and poor sound proof.

Great little hotel about 12 min walk from the train station (get a taxi with luggage - €15 euros). Connected to the quality bus services and metro. Inside staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was really clean, and quality on the whole for the price. The breakfast was good with choice. I would definitely stay again. Only negative was the shower screen but they had tried to resolve it. And the hallway was tired. If you are in Rome for a couple of days and you only want a bed, Aircon and good location jump on the opportunity.

Il palazzo è tenuto molto bene, camere ampie e spaziose. Nota positiva che non si trova spesso è la divisione dei rifiuti all’interno della camera. Il personale gentile e preparato e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Ho provato anche la spa e mi sono trovata bene. La struttura si trova al centro di Soriano nel Cimino, la città in sé è bella da visitare ma molto piccola, la consiglierei per un soggiorno rilassante. Il luogo si trova vicino al Parco del Bomarzo e non è lontano da Viterbo

The hotel itself was lovely — clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was fine, but after exploring Rome we realised we would have preferred to stay closer to the Pantheon or Trevi Fountain, which was our own planning oversight. The biggest downside was the heat inside the hotel. As soon as you walked in, it felt uncomfortably warm. Even in February we had to keep both the air conditioning and the window open at night. My main issue was with the reception staff. On the morning of check‑out, they told us there was a bus, train, and taxi strike in the city. When I asked about Uber, they said that was affected too, although another staff member then said taxis were actually unaffected. They offered to book us a transfer for €55, claiming it was the same price as local taxis, even though taxis clearly display a fixed €40 fare to the airport. We decided not to book it and went to the train station, where we found out there was no strike at all. It felt like the staff deliberately misled us to upsell a more expensive transfer. In the end, the train cost just €2.70 each compared to the €55 they tried to charge.

Check-in was quick and seamless, and the complimentary cookies were a pleasant surprise. The room and bed were comfortable, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. I would gladly return.

Hotel is a bit run down. Looks like a ****** hotel, as the 1st floor has fountains, pinball machine and football machines. Carpet and door lock are a bit dirty and spoiled. Heater in the room were faulty. Have to ask the receptionist to switch off the heater, else it will be super hot.

The location of the hotel is convenient and safe. Close to Piazza di Spagna. However the checkin process was disappointing because the hotel can’t find me via phone for the self checkin. There is nobody at reception at the time of checking in. So get prepared by this. You can leave your luggages at the restaurant at the corner of the building, which is owned by the hotel owner. There are some noise at night when people coming back and the wall is obviously thin.

Just an honest review here for future guests. There was one iron (and ironing room) for the whole hotel, you had to get a key from reception to get into the room and you are limited to use it for 30 minutes. Also, the iron was old and not good. I ironed one shirt twice and it was still wrinkled. I was contemplating buying an iron to donate to the hotel for the poor future guests. You cannot use the gym for free- it costs $10€ per session. (The gym looks great though) The cleaners were cleaning the hallway with a loud machine at 10pm at night. The shower is tiny, I could barely turn in there and wash my body. The air conditioner is situated behind the curtains and doesn’t cool the room as a result. Overall, not the best experience for what should be a good stay. Positives: The room was spacious and quite nice. There is a beautiful older Church (1915?) attached to the Hotel which can be accessed. The building and decorating was nice. Some staff were really helpful with requests. The room is about 5/10 minute walk from a convenient train station which goes into the city/tourist attractions. There is a grocery store right next door. The gardens are beautiful.

Только что выехали из отеля и хочется сразу написать отзыв. Отель очень понравился. Расположен недалеко от всех достопримечательностей, в пешей доступности. До Колизея 15 минут. В еврейском квартале, где сразу несколько ресторанов с кошерной кухней. Завтраки супер! Подаются изысканно. Много десертов, фруктов. Обслуживающий персонал вежливый. Номера интересные. Полотенца и халаты хорошего качества. Косметические принадлежности в наличии.
