Hotel 4-Star di Aichi Prefecture, Japan

Very clean hotel with decent sized bathtub! They gave free bath salts and also a dashi soup sachet for you to keep upon arrival. Very close to hisaya odori park where you can shop, eat and watch performances with the view of the nagoya tower at the back. Very close to donquijote and family mart right around the corner!

Pictures advertised don’t match up to what was received, filled in a booking for 2 adults and a child however the room was not made up in accordance to the picture showing 3 beds in the advertisement. When we asked they required a payment for this. When told they were misleading they very firmly advised “thank you for understanding. Sorry if you want the extra bed you have to pay” After reaching out to trip.com customer service they asked us to pay for the bed and would reimburse us. Bed was eventually made on our second day when it was previously a sofa. Hotel was unremarkable apart from being perfectly located in Nagoya station complex.

The Apartment Hotel 11 Nagoya was a very convenient stay. It was super clean and comfortable. It's a walk to the subway and a short walk to other spots. There's lots of stores and restaurants close to the hotel as well. We used the airport bus from Sakae station to Nagoya airport NGO and it was super convenient (cashless service). They also have a bus from the airport that stops at Nagoya Tokyu hotel, which will be even more convenient. Looking forward to the next stay in Nagoya.

Exterior looks old. Room is newly renovated with microwave and fridge in the room. However all of us think that the heater is not working except the staff. We were told by the other staff there’s no limo bus service to the airport which we found out there’s a service 3 streets away or at the bus terminal from the tourist information center. Other than that, all was good.

The hotel is close to JR station, within 5 minutes’ walkable distance.  The outlook of the hotel is very attractive. The staff of front desk is nice and helpful. Highly recommend to stay for vacation if you intend to visit Anjo.

This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

I was impressed by the fantastic breakfast, which featured a wide selection of delicious options. The spacious rooms offered a great view of the planes taking off and landing, making the stay enjoyable. Additionally, thoughtful amenities like a wet towel dispenser at the buffet table added a nice touch. However, the room felt a bit dark, which could be improved. Overall, it’s a solid choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

Lokasinya sangat berfaedah. Keluar dari Stesen Kereta Api Pusat Meitetsu, belok ke kanan dan kemudian ke pusat beli-belah bawah tanah Sunroad Berjalan terus sehingga anda melihat sesuatu di bawah but dan belok ke kanan jantung. Belok kiri dan kemudian sebelah pintu masuk kedai pencuci mulut herba bertentangan dengan lif yang menghala terus ke hotel. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya tidak suka ialah katilnya agak keras dan belakang saya sakit selepas tidur selama 12 jam.

This is my first time staying with Vessel Inn and it has truly lived up to its rating! Though the room is small, it has everything that we need! Loved the ‘welcome drink’ where we can make cocktails ourselves! Superb location as it is very near Sakae station and convenient to go to various places of attraction.

The hotel is just a short walk from Nagoya Station, with easy access to JR lines, subways, buses, and long-distance trains — making it a very convenient base for exploring the city and beyond. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the hotel offers useful facilities such as coin laundry and vending machines. The staff were nice, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay.
