Hotel 4-Star di Mie Prefecture, Japan

3連休間際の予約でしたが、奇跡的に部屋が取れてよかったです。鳥羽は初めてでカーフェリーで車で行きましたが、乗り場からも近くてとにかく景色がよかったです！お風呂も3箇所あり、ごはんもおいしかったです！！夜は松阪牛の伊勢うどん、朝はめかぶを入れた白味噌のお味噌汁がおいしかったです！！朝食に出た海苔の佃煮もおいしかったのでお土産物屋さんで買いました！！地酒も！！ みなさん親切で雰囲気が優しく、また泊まりたいな〜と思わせてくれました。また来ます！！

孝行のつもりで高齢の両親と共にした旅行でしたが、両親とも全てのスタッフの対応に感謝しており、頂いた料理なども期待以上のものであったと喜んでおり、その笑顔を見て、この旅館を選び良かったと思っています

挺喜歡的，房間是個三床房，兩大兩小剛剛好，環境也很好，空間很足夠，乾濕分離，有個大浴缸，倆娃很喜歡，電視可以找到各種動漫，可惜日語不太行，這次看了龍珠，回憶滿滿。大堂很美，服務很好，而且有中文服務，酒店附近有個711便利店，附近停車很方便，酒店贈送200的代金券，超讚。

The hotel staff were one of the friendliest I've ever met...always there with a sincere smile and pure heart to serve. Very pleasant check-in and out experience. The room heater was working very well. The location was excellent as it was connected to a department store and opposite Family Mart. Parking was convenient due to basement parking the hotel had. One downside was that the parking had to be paid per night even though it was the hotel's own parking...but I assume close to all other hotels charge for parking in Japan too, so it's fine. Overall pleasant stay, appreciated the older decor vibes of the hotel and would definitely come back again.

三重県山の奥、伊勢の手前にあるリゾート。宿だけじゃなくて施設全体を楽しむがポイント。大浴場に露天風呂もサウナもあり最高。飲食店のレベルが高い。売店にかつおぶし、昆布、味噌、醤油、みりん、酢の専門店が並んで、お料理が好きな方におすすめです。

The hotel is very overpriced for an old facility.  We booked an oceanview room but the windows are blocked with bars and can barely be opened.  Our room on the second floor could barely see the ocean.  Furniture and decoration scream OLD.   Most front desk workers are not Japanese.  They claim to have an ”international crew” but the problem is they don't know much about Japan.  When we asked the doorman about taking trains, he didn't have a crew because he just got to Japan from another Asian country.  On the other hand, the restaurants only have Japanese workers and no one speaks English.  We booked an 8-course dinner.  The chef was going around to explain the dishes to guests but just left us when he found out we don't speak Japanese.  The menu is in Japanese only.   This hotel also charged us at 135:1 foreign exchange rate while all other hotels charged 142-144:1 JPY-USD.  It's not a foreigner friendly hotel and way overpriced for what it is.

スタッフの方たちの対応がとても良かったです。 部屋も綺麗で、夜の花火も、子供達とても喜んでました。 ご飯も美味しかったです。 また来年も是非宿泊したいです。

家族４人で一部屋に泊まれる宿がなかなか無いのですが、ここは母の簡易ベッドまで用意してくださり、さらにお部屋は２部屋ついた大きなお部屋にしてくださいました。とても有難かったです。施設自体は確かに古いです。でも、お部屋を快適に過ごすための工夫やサービスが十分にされているホテルなので、十分くつろげる宿泊施設だと思います。年老いて、歩行などが大変な親を連れていくにも、大きな問題はないです。中居さん？が、一生懸命サービスしてくださる、暖かい印象のホテルでした。

Excellent staff service. Although the onsen is not big , it is well designed. The food (if you include breakfast in your booking) served in the restaurant is very nice. The dinner is highly recommended.
