Love the fact that it is just above Sendai station. Very convenient to drop off shopping bags when shopping around the area. Or to take trains to Yamagata or Matsushima for day trips. Room is clean, small but still can open 2 mid sized luggages.

仙台駅西口のアエルの先に立地、複数の大きなパッケージを転がして来るならペデストリアンデッキではなく仙台駅で地上階に降り、駅前通りの歩道を歩いてX橋を潜る方が楽。チェックイン・支払い共に有人対応、エレベーターはセンサーにルームキーをタッチさせ階ボタンを押すタイプ。シングルだが部屋はある程度広く圧迫感場ない、小さいが窓際にソファとデスクがある、デスクには電源コンセントとLANポートが、枕元には電源コンセントとUSBポートがある。壁にはテレビ、Wifiはダウン・アップ共に速度は良好、使い捨てスリッパが有難い。ホテルには大浴場は無いが部屋のバスタブは大き目。朝食会場は1階のレストランで一般的な和洋ビュッフェ。他に牛タンカレーや笹かま、豚肉と味噌の宮城芋煮などの郷土料理があった、我儘を言わせて貰えば長茄子漬けや三角油揚、ずんだ等も有ったら…久しぶりの宿泊でしたが快適に過ごせました。

We stayed one night for trip to Tohoku. Hotel was brand new and SO CLEAN! Location: Literally 3 min walk from station. If you have luggae, it's tricky: come out on 2nd floor, going through connected bridge and use elevator at PARCO then ground level and hotel is next door. Great location walk to everywhere, has beautiful starbucks downstairs. Morning market is right behind the hotel; we were hoping that we could get some breakfast early in am. When we went at 8am, not many stores were open yet. We were able to get local strawberries for decent price and it was really good. Room: Got Relax Twin Room. Has electric massage chair in room with corner views. Views were not that great but room was very spacious, hollywood twins. Separate tub/shower and vanity was very nice, very nice decor. Coin Laundry: This hotel has coin laundry (all-in-one with dryer) and that's the reason why we stayed. We were able to see if Washer is in use or not with room TV which was GREAT. I felt we could have stayed other 2 nights (stayed at Metropolitan East due to its location) at Daiwa, it was very nice stay. Brand new, clean hotel in great location and great rates. I'd go back again next time next time!

Great location only 5 minutes walk from Sendai Station. Quick checkin, high safety. The Gem of this stay lays in Breakfast. It was brilliant with a slight touch of Japanese traditional cuisine. In-house was well equipped. Love the setting of Bose speaker in the room, so Grandbach. Definitely come back.

宿の中華料理長の表彰を受けたメニューを食べたくても高齢なので無理と訳を予約時に伝え、宿泊者向けの6品の中から4品チョイスするメニューを宿泊予約に選んでもらった。私は、海老チリ・鶏肉の炒め物・魚介類の炒め物・担々麺を選択。どれも出来立ての熱々が供され大変美味しく、且つ料金的にも夕飯にしては安くて大満足したが、朝食会場に行って更に用意されていたバイキングの種類の多さに驚いた。早速、前夜に選ばなかったマーボ豆腐を見つけ堪能。パンは種類が少ないと思っていたら、焼きたいを持って巡回、若かったらずんだ餅や洋食レストラン出品料理も食べたかったと大いに悔やまれ、朝食品目と美味しさに再訪したいとさえ思った。

Suhu air dah cukup tinggi, dan suhu sauna pun tinggi rasa macam nak bersiap😅😅😅 Dah minum Yakult dan dapat free popsicle bila keluar malam pun sedap ke kedai beli daging dan telur, dan merealisasikan daging dan telur sendirian hehe🤤🤤🤤. Sarapan pagi sangat kaya, dan anda boleh membuat mangkuk nasi makanan laut anda sendiri juga sangat istimewa. Keadaan bilik itu sunyi sehinggakan saya terus pengsan selepas berendam dan makan. Saya mahu tinggal lagi lain kali!

距離地鐵站有一點點距離 但是公共浴場很不錯 會開到凌晨兩點 沒有很多人 兩晚都是自己浸 十分舒適 樓下也有family mart 服務人員也很樂意幫忙解決問題 房間雖小 但是移動設備的位置 都可以打開兩大一小的行李 

Location is great, very close to the East exit of the train station. Good size room but housecleaning is a bit sloppy. Found hair on the bed and an unwanted hair band on the floor the day when we checked in. The front desk was very apologetic about it. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.

高台にあるから眺めが良く、立地的にも、松島海岸駅からすぐ近い。 とは言え、かなりの傾斜を上がるので、電車で来た私たちは、シャトルバスを利用。 この大観荘のシャトルバスは、松島観光中心部を経由して、ほぼ一日中循環していているからありがたいです。 ロビーは広々しています。 質問があって若いスタッフに声をかけると、「研修員」の名札をつけていました。 一緒に、その上司であろう人がいましたが、研修員に対応させ見守っている様子が、なんとも和やかに感じました。 同じ感覚が、夕食の時間にも。 男性の上司が（確か名札は菊池さん）が、若いスタッフを連れて、テーブルへの案内やブッフェの説明をするのですが、私たち客に対してだけでなく、研修員にも親切で感じが良い。 この上司の下だったら頑張ろうって気になるし、本来のサービス業とは、なんぞやを学べるのでは、と思いました。 ホテル（旅館）の格付けに関わらず、良いホテルは従業員の教育が徹底しているだけでなく、いかに客に心地よいサービスを提供できるかにあると思います。 泊まったのは、海側和洋室。 古い旅館で年季が入っているんだろうな、と不安でしたが、リノベートしたらしく、思ったより綺麗で広さも十分でした。 松島湾を臨むパノラマヴューも申し分なし。 冷蔵庫は空で、お水のボトルはありませんでした。 残念。自動販売機でお水は160円。 トイレ、バスルームは別で、綺麗でした。 館内着はクロゼットに浴衣がサイズ豊富に揃っていました。 大浴場は、温泉ではなく沸かし湯で残念ですが、浅めのインフィニティ露天風呂は気持ちがよく、松島湾を一望でき良かったです。 男性用、女性用と朝晩入れ替わらないので、景色は男女ともほぼ同じなのでしょう。 サウナはありませんでした。 夕食はブッフェにしては具材が良く、期待以上の充実したディナーでした。 切り分けて頂いたローストビーフは、お上品に薄く一枚とかじゃなく、ドンとサービス精神良し。 火が通り過ぎてる？と思ったけど、柔らかくて美味しかったです。 松島なので蒸牡蠣やカキフライも。 そして大ぶりの海老チリソースも良かった。 お刺身は、まあまあ。 ちょうど苺フェアをしていて、デザートは苺三昧で嬉しかったです。 反面、朝食はイマイチ、というか、まあ一般的。 お値段以上の滞在でした。ありがとうございます。 The hotel is on top of the hill over looking Matsushima Bay. The panorama view is just wonderful. The location is close to Matsushima Kaigan station, however, since it is quite a steep climb. If you come by train, I suggest you to take a complimentary shuttle bus provided by the hotel which runs through the Matsushima tourist area almost all day long. The lobby is spacious. When I had a question and approached a young staff member, she was wearing a name tag that read ”trainee.” and she was with her boss. I felt a pleasant feeling that her boss was watching over her with smile and kind manner. The same feeling happened at dinner time. The male boss (I believe his name tag is Mr. Kikuchi) with the young staff lead us to the tables and explains the buffet. He is kind and considerate not only to us customers, but also to the trainees as well. Being trained under this boss would likely understands what a customer service industry is like. Regardless of the rating of the hotel (inn), I believe that a good hotel not only has thorough employee training, but also the ability to provide considerate service to guests. I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room facing the sea. I was worried that the inn would be outdated, but it seemed like it had been renovated, and it was much nicer and spacious than I expected. The panoramic view overlooking Matsushima Bay is also perfect. The fridge was empty and there were no water bottles. disappointing., though. Water from the vending machine costs 160 yen. The toilet and bathroom were separate and clean. As for in-house wear, there was a closet stocked with yukata in a wide variety of sizes. The public bath has boiling water rather than a hot spring, but the shallow infinity open-air bath was pleasant and had a great view of Matsushima Bay. Since the men's and women's bath facility do not change in the morning and evening, the scenery is probably the same for both men and women. There was no sauna. Dinner had good ingredients for a buf

Best view in the Matsushima bay. The reception staff can almost always speak very good English, if not they are very helpful nonetheless. Amazing dinner and breakfast, with a superb view of the sunset with our welcome tea and snack when we checked in. The room is beautiful and comfortable. The private onsen provides a prime viewing spot. It is definitely with the splurge!

The staff at the hotel were far from friendly or accommodating. Their lackadaisical attitude and indifference towards the guests were disappointing, to say the least. Requests for assistance or information were met with apathy, leaving me feeling ignored and unimportant. It is evident that the staff lacked the proper training in customer service and hospitality. The accommodations themselves were subpar and in dire need of renovation. My room was outdated, with worn-out furnishings and a general sense of neglect. The cleanliness standards were questionable, and I encountered several maintenance issues throughout my stay. The lack of attention to detail and upkeep was simply unacceptable. In terms of dining options, the hotel fell short yet again. The on-site restaurant served mediocre food with limited choices. The quality of the meals was average at best, failing to impress even the most casual of diners. The lack of variety and flavor left me disappointed and longing for better culinary experiences. Furthermore, the overall ambiance of the hotel was lacking. The atmosphere was dull and devoid of any character or charm. The common areas felt neglected and poorly maintained, further contributing to the overall sense of dissatisfaction. In conclusion, my experience at the 大江户温泉物語松島温泉壯觀酒店 was far from satisfactory. The room (I had the basic level option) was gigantic for Japan, with a huge picture window and a view to die for. To say I was blown away upon arrival would be an understatement. The hotel is spacious and uncrowded. I suspect it caters almost exclusively to the Japanese market so some instructions were on rather informal notes, or simply only in Japanese. The rate is breakfast and dinner included but also includes unlimited alcohol from 7pm and coffee/tea/refreshments all day with an icecream bar in the late morning and afternoon. The silence and sleep quality was superb as was the bathroom with shower. The 'set meals' are a little strange for Western habits in that a full menu is offered but is selective as you need to present at a chefs station to have your dish prepared. The nominally western menu was still quite unusual and the Japanese typically such. As the menu does not change night to night, you may find yourself wanting a change by the 4th night. There is no meal service at lunchtime, so you need to prepare, either by taking a trip out, or by finding something light at the nearby 7/11 as any other restaurants are a good 20 minutes walk away.
