Hotel 4-Bintang di Wilayah Miyagi, Jepun

It's my 2nd stay here in this hotel, and I love it. Nice room layout, ample space for a solo occupant, comfy bed, and pillows. I like the bit where i can open window slight ajar for ventilation. A little corner to lounge, sip my morning coffee, and watch the street bustle below. Good amenities are provided, and service staffs were polite and helpful.

Good location as it is near to Sendai train and bus station where there are lots of malls for shopping and travel to other places. Room is quite nice and spacious. But there is no washing machine in the hotel for use (I may be wrong about this).

Good location very near Sendai Station  Nice room & hotel decor is modern  Dining & shops around  I chose a queen bed room  I stay on the 15th floor (train platform side)  I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view  However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable  Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area  Breakfast is good I like the fresh kiwi vegetable juice & cold cut beef  One thing to improve in toilet (no hangers for clothes)

The hotel is modern and the room is larger by Japanese standard. As practised by most hotels, amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be taken from the reception counter. The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts. There is a laundry room, but the wash may not be thorough as my clothes did not come out smelling fresh.

クリスマスにツインルームで予約しました。 ユニットバスじゃないホテルを探していた為、ダイワロイネットに。最初に通された部屋のバスルームがバリアフリーのバスルームだった為（お部屋の詳細にはそのようには記載されてなかっです）一応フロントにお願いしてみた所お部屋を変えることが出来ました👏 唯一、？だったのは換気扇のスイッチが見当たらない事…バスルームの湿度がとんでもないことになってました笑 それ以外のサービス、立地、はとても良かったです！ なんと言ってもリファ完備なのが◎女性には嬉しいサービスです✨

這次旅程，我和家人玩得很開心，選購這間酒店地點很適中和方便，周邊有很多商店和食肆可供我們一家人選擇，房間十分舒適和寬敞，酒店也很美觀，早餐膳食非常好吃， 十分欣賞，性價比真的的性價比，我和朋友有一個舒適休息的一晚。下次再來的時候，一定會選擇這間酒店，中轉站是一個很合適的酒店。

Very comfortable hotel. Having a lounge service and a bath house on top was nice. Breakfast unfortunately was fully booked and the rooms were a tad small but both were manageable. Overall an excellent stay and I will definitely recommend to others.

The hotel was perfectly nice for a short stay. It is just over 5 mins walk from JR Sendai station’s West Exit. You need to navigate elevated walkways, walk past a store called “Loft” and walk to the end of the elevated walkway, to a building called “Labi Sendai”. It’s got a Daiso in it. A lift will take you down to street level on the same side of the road as the hotel. I had a single room and it was reasonably spacious. What struck me was how nicely appointed it felt. At the bedside was a small sofa with a table, which was a good place to put all my things and charge my electronic devices. The bed was comfortable for me and the bathroom was fine. The only thing missing in the room was a safe to store my valuables while I was out for the day. I had to lock my laptop in my suitcase.

Terdapat rambut di atas katil. Angkat bantal ke atas. Dan di atas lantai bilik tidur terdapat rambut yang tersangkut pada stokin. Berhampiran stesen bawah tanah Tetapi pintu keluar di sebelah hotel tidak mempunyai lif. Mandian onsen kecil di luar, mampu merendam 2 orang pada satu masa. Terdapat popsikel percuma, ais, dan ramen lewat malam. Sarapan pagi adalah banyak, tetapi meminta susu hangat tidak tersedia untuk saya. Kami terpaksa mengambil susu sejuk dan memasukkannya ke dalam air panas sendiri.

Nice Sea view and onsen. Great variety of seafood buffe and breakfast but taste was acceptable. There is hotel shuttle bus service but the last bus was before 6 pm. The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It's out of GO service area but there was taxi waiting in front of the station.

I am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before. Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here. Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

The cleanliness standards were questionable, and I encountered several maintenance issues throughout my stay. The lack of attention to detail and upkeep was simply unacceptable. In terms of dining options, the hotel fell short yet again. The on-site restaurant served mediocre food with limited choices. The quality of the meals was average at best, failing to impress even the most casual of diners. The lack of variety and flavor left me disappointed and longing for better culinary experiences. Furthermore, the overall ambiance of the hotel was lacking. The atmosphere was dull and devoid of any character or charm.
