Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. I stayed here for 3 nights with my friend. 10€ a night was a great deal. Met some fun people at the hostel and had a good time. Location was also convenient with grocery store and bus stop to most places near. My only complaints would be there is extra fee with city tax 10€ each we were not told about. Bathrooms have strange odour, and air conditioning was on all night when it's already quite cold. I ended up getting a cold from the air con. And also me and my friend were 2 women and we were put in 8 bedroom room with only men so was wary of safety, especially since one of the men tried to ask me to sleep with him in the middle of the night! But again the type of customer is not the hostels fault. If you want a cheap place to stay and don’t mind not living in luxury, come here for sure also a great way to meet new people in the city.

WiFi was not working inside the room for two days. We had to come out in the lobby to get a connection. Breakfast was very simple. The location is good as it is very close to Rome Termini. The room was clean and big enough. The bathroom was tiny and it was difficult to take a bath for even a single person. No glasses/cups were provided in the room to drink water. No coffee or tea provided in the room. We requested an electric kettle and the staff told us that it will be given in the morning when breakfast/kitchen staff will come.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Nord Nuova, and had a fantastic experience. I had written to ask for a room on a high floor overlooking the ancient Baths of Diocletian, and that is what they gave us! We had Room 557, a corner room with a spectacular view. We spent a lot of time just looking out of the window. The majority of the staff were wonderful, kind and welcoming. We enjoyed the bountiful breakfast which had everything we could possibly want, including my favorite, decaf cappuccino! I highly recommend this hotel, the location was perfect, just five blocks from Termini Station, and close to the Piazza della Repubblica, and those wonderful ruins of the Baths, just across the street, amazing!

My only complaint is my room had kind of strong odor of cigarettes. The staff was nice, helpful and spoke English. The room was nice, small, but nice; I was just looking for a place to sleep after leaving the airport. The location is the biggest plus. It’s just off the Parco Leonardo stop, which is the first train stop after Fiumicino, so it’s really convenient coming from the airport and quick. It’s also set next to a shopping mall. The area is a little dirty and run down around it, but that didn’t bother me. It’s the not the part of Rome you go pictures, but it’s perfect if the first thing you want to do after a long flight is sleep. I should also mention it was cheap but a great deal for what you get.

Hotel Milani has been an absolute lifesaver for my husband and me when plans for our apartment rental fell through almost 3 weeks ago. They were able to put us up for several days in a very modest room since they were totally booked. As soon as they were able, they upgraded us to a larger and nicer room with a sunny balcony and table and chairs. Francesca, Kara, Ekaterina, Gabriele, and Mariangela just took us under their wings and we're so friendly and welcoming to us. Each evening when we returned, they gave us big smiles and asked how our day was and what we enjoyed. We felt like family and will be forever grateful for their kindness and hospitality. They are each worth their weight in gold! Hilary

The only strange thing is that there was not an refrigerator in room! and it is one of the weak point of it! Room was really neat and clean. I booked directly on their website at the last munute and at a very descent rate. Very friendly staff. The reception gents and the breakfast ladies were super nice and polite. Excellent location. Only 6min walking from Termini station. We were given a room at the terrace that was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Despite of the 32 degrees outside, the cool and fresh breeze was better than an air conditioner. Descent cold breakfast with fresh bread, homemade cake, boiled egg, tea and coffee, etc. The only downside was really the weak water pressure from the shower on the 4th floor but I would not hesitate to come back again next time I visit Rome. Tip: if you have any kind of disability please make sure you let the hotel know in advance once I thought that it could much of a hassle if you were given a room on the 4th floor as you'd need to climb a few steps to reach out the rooms.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. After reading one review left previously I was a little sceptical, I shouldn't have been and it just thought me what I already suspected.some people cannot be pleased. This hotel was charming and quaint and we would be delighted to stay here again. On first sight the area surrounding the hotel does appear run down and rough.howevever after exploring the surrounding area our opinion quickly changed. Any shop or restaurant we went to we found everyone to be extremely helpful and gracious. The hotel itself is a little gem. Our room overlooked a small courtyard and we had a balcony with a seating area. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. On arriving back the second day after exploring Rome we found our beds had been remade and the room cleaned.the bathroom was obviously recently renovated and was spacious.and had a lovely large shower . Breakfast in the morning was more than adequate and a bargain at €5 a person. As for the staff.each of them that we dealt with were more than happy to offer advice on public transport ,giving us a map and writing down which bus/train to take and where to embark and disembark etc.they booked us a table at a local restaurant and a cab on our request.all was done graciously and without any annoyance. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who likes something a little different and unique.

Hotel comodissimo vicino alla stazione Termini. Personale eccellente disponibile e cordiale. Stanza un pò piccola ma sufficiente. L'idromassaggio non funzionava ma non era stato comprreso né nella descrizione né nel prezzo. Ottimo buffet a colazione.

Cercavo un residence comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Fiumicino sia per partire la mattina presto sia per riposare al ritorno dal viaggio, prima di affrontare in auto il viaggio di ritorno. Non avevo trovato posto nel solito hotel, più vicino all'aeroporto e con maggiori servizi (ristorante e parcheggio auto interno) per cui ho cercato su internet altre soluzioni. Devo dire che tutto sommato mi sono trovato bene, il residence è situato in una zona tranquilla per cui è ho lasciato l'auto, per una notte, per la strada senza problemi. Ristoranti vicini buoni. Molto gentile il personale della reception che riesce a gestire ogni situazione con i mezzi disponibili pur non essendo presente h24. Camera grande comoda per cui rapporto qualità /prezzo favorevole. Unico problema la mancanza della prima colazione, suggerirei di dotare le camere di macchinette per caffè e di prodotti dolciari confezionati magari anche alzando un po' il prezzo. N. B. Esiste un frigo ma non è previsto frigobar, sono fornite gratuitamente una bottiglietta di acqua per ospite.

Customer service was very poor. We were promised help in getting a local cab from the airport but got no answer (from the 24-hour reception) when we called looking for the cab. So we had to wait 45minutes at 3am to get a cab. On arrival we were told breakfast would run until 10:30am which was welcome after our Kate arrival. On arriving down at 10:25, a rather rude staff member told us breakfast finished at 09:30 and only relented when we said what we’d been told at 3:30am. We also got hit for city taxes even though the booking (on Agoda) said the payment included all taxes. We won’t be back.

This place provided a great two bedroom suite for three of us to rest our weary heads! It might not work well for all travelers of 3 because the access to the bathroom was through the smaller bedroom. The owner speaks English and was very accommodating. He was so kind and helpful. The room we were in was within a locked gate making us feel very secure. I was delightfully surprised when I initially walked in the room. The shower was bigger than most that we experienced in Italy. Dining in the walkable area is limited but doable. A/C in each room worked well. Refrigerator had to be turned on when we arrived but worked fine. TV in the main bedroom. It is located on a side street but because of it's proximity to the airport the planes fly very low overhead.

Due to a computer mixup (we believe), we ended up with two reservations through ***********. When it was brought to our attention we worked with the staff at Isa residence to cancel one booking and we were assured it would be free of charge. Unfortunately we were charged on our credit card for the cancelled booking in full ($150 CAD). Although we were assured verbally and in writing that the booking would be cancelled without charge, the hotel staff has not responded to my repeated requests for assistance. There are two email addresses available on their website, neither of which are valid addresses. My repeated attempts at contacting them through WhatsApp have gone unanswered and they don’t answer their telephone. Although our stay was lovely and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, this experience has been very difficult and frustrating. I would not recommend Isa residence.

This is quaint little hotel right by a very happening street in Fiumicino. We have stayed there twice and had a fun time walking around and also sleep well knowing we were only a ten-minute drive to the airport. This is the part of Fiumicino where the river runs out into the sea, with two drawbridges across it, great gelato, a dozen nice places to eat and drink, a superb little ostrecheria/enoteca, and even a short walk to the beaches south of the river mouth. The staff were great [both of them] and the room was fine; we even had a great covered balcony looking out on the Tiber this time!
