非常非常的推薦有預算的都選擇這個酒店！ 房間窗户可以直接看到護城河～距離景點（熱氣球、神社）都非常的近！ 交通：佐賀車站直接坐昭和巴士（唐澤方向）可以到酒店 或者最方便直接打車。 服務：最後一定要誇一下酒店前台的服務人員！真的幫大忙了！由於九州地區暴雨被滯留在了佐賀出不去，然後行動不方便，想把行李直接快遞到福岡酒店。 前台有一位戴眼鏡的女士，特別好的協助我填寫宅急便訊息！雖然最後快遞公司因為大雨的原因，可能無法在我離店之前將快遞寄到我下一個酒店放棄了，但是酒店服務人員還是大大的協助了我！ 餐飲：夏天太熱了，就在酒店一樓的咖啡廳坐下來邊喝咖啡邊看風景吧，也是非常不錯的一種休閑選擇。（年輪蛋糕很好吃）

The facilities are fantastic here, it is cleaner than any other place I've been to and the views are unbeatable. Most importantly, the night staff working the front desk made it such a wonderful experience. The hot spring they provided which I think it is just hot water. Also, when my hand touched the bottom of hot spring, my hand smell like disinfectant, perhaps they didnt clean it comprehensively. Also, the sound insulation is really poor.

We had a 4 night stay at Mercure Saga and had a wonderful time! The lobby is very spacious and beautifully presented. In the afternoon, they provided afternoon tea with snacks and complimentary drinks, which was a lovely touch. We stayed in an ocean-view room with futon beds. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of three. The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight, there was such a wide variety of food to choose from! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks as well to the Kudon services for their great hospitality. Thank you again for such a pleasant stay. We were very impressed and will definitely come back again!

We drove 1.5 hours from Hakata to this hotel, quick far away. The osen hotel is pretty large and have public and private osen bath to choose from. Originally we booked the room with hot spring both but have been checked into a different room with a separate bath tub only. The hotel insisted this is the same room type and need to charge additional charge to upgrade to the better room that can have a separate hot spring bath. I called Trip.com and they admitted that there is some confusion on the room type and has agreed to pay for the extra charge to upgrade to the better room. So finally we paid the upgrade charge and moved to the better room with the hot spring bath. So overall it was still a very good experience. 今次日本旅程最正的🥰 有公共溫泉♨️浸，消除整天的疲勞 房間亦有獨立溫泉♨️ 一泊2食、每位職員都非常有禮 早餐亦非常美味，品種多多亦精緻 一樓更備有免費茶點，啤酒、紅酒、下酒物均有 全部免費供應，房間亦備多款免費飲品選擇 周圍環境亦不錯 對面是一個湖。周邊種滿櫻花樹。

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. It is a large hotel and the price was reasonable for the quality of the stay. The highlight for me was the cleanliness. The hotel also boasts a fantastic amenity: a rooftop onsen (hot spring). It was incredibly relaxing and offered a great way to unwind after a long day of travel. The main downside, however, was the dining options. While convenient, both the breakfast and dinner buffets were quite expensive. There are probably more affordable local options nearby if you are looking to save on meals.
