非常棒的入住體驗！這次在比什凱克選擇了吉國之星酒店 （luckyStar Hotel），位置真的超級便利！ 酒店地處市中心，去往主要景點非常輕鬆。國家地標阿拉套廣場和國家歷史博物館步行即可到達，城市氛圍濃厚。想要感受當地風情，著名的奧什市場也在附近，可以買到新鮮水果和特色手工藝品。如果對建築和宗教文化感興趣，聖尼古拉斯東正教堂同樣不遠，安靜而美麗。 無論是打車、步行還是利用公共交通探索城市，這裏都是完美的起點。對於商務和休閑旅客來説，這裏都是物超所值的選擇。強烈推薦！👍

Отель не большой и вроде бы ни чем не отличается от других, но хочу выделить плюсы. Утром завтраки начинаются с 8 ми утра а на сайте было написано с семи. Попросили сделать нам боксы и утром специально ради нас открыли кухню. Пусть на завтрак было только кофе и фрукты, но сам факт что открыли раньше уже нас обрадовало. Заказали нам такси до аэрапорта, нервничала и психовала по своим днлам постоянно, но сотрудники старались спокойно отнестись ко всему. Вечером после брони так же помогли с сумками.

Lokasi Ramada Hotel sangat baik, ia mudah untuk perjalanan, dan perkhidmatannya juga baik. Ia adalah kos efektif untuk tinggal di luar musim Kemudahan bilik adalah standard, sarapannya lazat, supnya lazat, dan halamannya juga sangat bagus. Ia disyorkan untuk tinggal.

酒店地理位置很好，離勝利廣場和Bishkek Mosque都不遠，附近也有大商場和超市。但房間的話，不知道是什麼原因，廁所一直反味兒，必須得關着門不然有點受不了。房間的暖氣有問題，空調開不了暖風，所以室內温度也很低，正好遇上比什凱克降温，有點難受。這個酒店應該平時接待團隊遊客比較多，我們住的兩晚，每天早飯都會有很多團隊遊客用餐，菜品供應得就很不及時。整體來説還是可以，就是這些細節做得不太好。

Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

Kelemahan utama hotel ini ialah tingkap yang buruk. Rasanya seperti anda sedang tidur di tepi jalan dan kereta sentiasa memandu melewati anda. Tiada penebat bunyi daripada tingkap ini, walaupun pada hakikatnya anda berada di tingkat 10. Kalau tidak hotel biasa. Semua yang anda perlukan ada: seterika, bar mini, jubah mandi, selipar, dobi. Sarapan pagi sedap.

Чистый, современный номер. Приветливый персонал. Очень вкусные завтраки в ресторане Лесной при отеле. Хоть и выбор не большой.

รร. นี้อยู่บริเวณใกล้ใจกลางเมืองบิสเคก เดินทางสะดวกพอใช้ ต้องมีรถจึงจะเดินทางง่าย แต่น่าเเปลกใจที่ไม่ทีที่จอด อาหารเช้าพอใช้ ความกว้างของห้องโอเค แต่ห้องที่ได้ค่อนข้างเหม็นบุหรี่ ภาพรวมดี แต่คิดว่าราคาสูงเทียกับสิ่งที่ได้รับ เฉยๆ
