Удобное расположение, практически в самом центре, в пешей доступности рестораны ТЦ магазины, все что нужно. Три дня проживание получились в рублях порядка 8 тысяч. За эти деньги был предоставлен великолепный номер а также включены завтраки. В номере качественный ремонт и отделка. Хорошая большая мягкая кровать, панорамные окна, кондиционер, хорошая дорогая мебель, отличная ванна. А также все расходники: мыло, шампунь, халаты, полотенце. Всем рекомендую, сервис отличный6 обязательно приеду еще раз.

My stay at the Ramada in Bishkek wasn’t great and I couldn’t wait to leave! Upon arrival the guy on reception was so rude and looked at me like a piece of dirt. I asked if any rooms had a good view (which they did because I’ve seen the photos), he laughed, lied and said no! Originally put on the 3rd floor it seemed really busy. I got 3 hours sleep the first night as other guests decided to “hang out” in the corridors. I was actually quite scared as they were being really loud, aggressive and just being a nuisance. The next day I asked to move, which they allowed me to. I moved up one floor, sadly I encountered another group of people travelling together who also liked to leave their room doors wide open so that they could go between rooms. Seriously never experienced a hotel like it, I barely slept again and my 4 nights of lacklustre sleep were appalling. First room the tv didn’t work, there were hair all over the floor and also on my pillow. Second room the tv worked but all channels were in Russian and if you’d like any tea tray refills you’ll have to ask!! Breakfast was okay, you can get an omelette or eggs when they can be bothered to come out of their cupboard. Most things are laid out and you can help yourself, which is fine. The best thing about this place is the location and being able to walk places. Beware it was the Golden Tulip hotel until Ramada took it over and don’t seem to have done any improvements. Room configurations are weird and have more hidden corners that are just odd. Airport transfers are $20 which seems quite excessive for Bishkek. A taxi is roughly 1,000 KGS. Safe to say I wouldn’t stay here again and possibly not at another Ramada either.

Stayed 2 nights as part of a Tour group. I wish we had been able to stay longer. It is in a great location. The room was superb, spacious, with a lovely little balcony, good complimentary coffee, very comfortable beds, great aircon and bathroom. Lots of storage space, very clean. The breakfast was superb. There is a great terrace bar, superb cocktails and snacks, and wonderful service. Very good value for money. The very best of the seven hotels we stayed in during our trip.

the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. English spoken at front desk. the hotel was neat and clean the room comfortable and a very nice breakfast. it was convenient to restaurants and easy for the local cabs to find. I enjoyed walking in the area and the nearby park.

Three-week solo business stay in March-April 2022. Perfectly clean room with modern fixtures and furniture. Fast and reliable wi-fi throughout hotel. Very high-quality breakfast included with room, with diverse, tasty, hot and cold buffet options as well as eggs, pancakes, etc. cooked to order. Small but well-equipped fitness room with weight machine, stair climber, treadmill, free weights. Very quiet location but within close walking distance from city center, Erkindik greenway, many great restaurants, supermarket, etc. Considering all this as well as price, I think that it would be difficult to find a better option, even among hotels with more famous international names nearby. The staff are all very professional and genuinely happy to help. Over my long stay, I felt fortunate to receive excellent service from Kymbat, Asel, and Ayana at the front desk, as well as Timur, Samat, and Azamat in the restaurant. All these staff members worked with admirable efficiency and energy even though they seem to work extremely (perhaps excessively) long shifts. I hope that management recognizes their great work, perhaps with overtime pay for the longest shifts, and gives them a chance to rest during the slow times in the middle of the night! I am sorry not to have noted the housekeepers' names (they do not have name tags, but still I regret not asking), but they always did perfect work and should be recognized too.

A nice hotel but certainly not a 4 star as it is mentioned on most of the booking websites. Room service, Food & Beverages not available 24/7. Self service to fill up drinking water in a jug kept in the room from a dispenser kept on each floor near the elevator. All Rooms are different sizes so if you book them as per the info, you will be in for a surprise. The location of this property is absolutely perfect right in the city centre with everything close by. It has a restaurant with a wonderful view. The breakfast lacked the variety you would expect but decent though.

Trafik di sini pada asasnya sama dengan bas mini negara. Teksi adalah sangat murah dan anda boleh memuat turun sendiri perisian panggilan teksi. Hotel ini terletak berhampiran Konsulat Cina Amerika, tidak terlalu dekat dengan bandar tetapi bandarnya tidak besar, jadi tidak mengapa. Sepatutnya ada tempat letak kereta di tingkat bawah.

Местоположение прекрасное, под окнами вечная пробка и гудки. При поселении взяли деньги за ранний заезд. Всё бы ничего, но сначала поселили, а уже потом взяли. Карточку дали одну на двоих и на просьбы дать вторую, поскольку это просто нормально, а иметь одну карточку ненормально и неудобно, ответили, что нет, мол, не положено. ********. Стульчак от унитаза живёт отдельно. Кабина в душе закрывается наполовину, потому что дверь попросту у́же проёма, дверь в туалет не закрывается вовсе. Кондиционер шумит, но не вентилирует. Холодильник просто шумит. А розетка в номере одна, спрятанная за холодильником. В общем, комфорта не ждите. Не для того существует этот суровый бишкекский отель, чтобы вы а нем расслаблялись, понимаете ли. В тонусе надо быть, товарищи!
