Hotel 4-Star di Chu, Kyrgyzstan

The hotel is good, the location is great, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the shower hose in the bathroom was broken, and the shampoo and soap dispensers were difficult to use. I accidentally left my bag in the breakfast area and informed the staff, but neither the restaurant nor the lobby staff showed any concern or asked for any details. There was no follow-up or progress at all.

Kakitangan di lobi hotel kelihatan agak pemarah dan tumpul, tetapi apabila saya bercakap dengan mereka, saya dapat melihat bahawa mereka cuba bersikap mesra dengan kemudahan yang bersih dan bagus, tetapi sarapan pagi terasa kurang.

This was my second stay at the hotel and I would not recommend if you are sensitive to smoke smells. The hotel seems to cater to many Chinese tourists whom seem to smoke quite a bit despite the hotel being non-smoking. Management should try to fix the problem. When we complained; they said there were no more rooms and offered no solution. Only when pushed they claim they would help, which was only an open window, and it did not make a major difference. Also location is sub optimal, you needed a taxi to go anywhere meaningful. Also hotel seems quite dated but basic amenities were there. Simple breakfast.

這次入住皇宮花園酒店，整體體驗真的非常滿意，可以説是我在當地住過比較舒服、性價比很高的一家酒店。 首先，酒店的位置非常方便，樓下旁邊就是 24 小時超市，半夜想買水、零食或者日用品都不用擔心。出門過一個紅綠燈，不到 200 米就是非常有名的俄羅斯大教堂，步行就可以到，周邊環境也很有氛圍感。旁邊還有當地很火的 Kulikov 蛋糕店，甜品、麪包都很好吃，平時買點蛋糕、喝個下午茶非常方便。對於旅遊、出差或者短住的人來説，這個位置真的很省心。 酒店的住宿環境也很舒服。房間佈置簡約大方，沒有複雜誇張的裝飾，但是給人的感覺很温馨、乾淨、實用。房間裏面採光很好，白天陽光照進來，整個房間都顯得特別明亮。床品也很舒服，被子柔軟親膚，躺下之後整個人有一種被穩穩託住的感覺，睡起來很踏實。晚上休息的時候也比較安靜，不會覺得吵鬧，整體睡眠質量很好。 讓我印象比較深的是酒店的小花園。花園雖然不是特別大，但是打理得非常用心，草坪、小樹、綠植都很乾凈整齊。白天坐在遮陽傘下面看看風景，喝喝茶，感覺非常放鬆；晚上燈光一開，整個小花園的氛圍感一下子就出來了，安安靜靜的，很適合坐一會兒放鬆心情。早上推開窗户看到滿眼綠色，心情也會變好。 服務方面也很加分。工作人員態度很好，溝通很耐心，給人的感覺不是冷冰冰的酒店服務，而是比較親切、自然、有温度的服務。沒想到酒店還有接機服務，這一點真的很貼心，尤其是第一次來當地或者帶行李比較多的客人，會感覺方便很多，也會有一種被照顧到的安心感。 早餐也不錯，簡單但比較實在，能滿足早上正常用餐需求。房間衞生做得也比較乾淨，整體住下來沒有什麼不舒服的地方。對於我來説，酒店最重要的就是乾淨、安靜、位置方便、睡得舒服，而皇宮花園酒店這幾點都做得很好。 總體來説，這是一家很適合出差、旅遊、短住和長期入住的酒店。位置便利，周邊配套齊全，房間乾淨舒適，床品柔軟，環境安靜，還有一個讓人很放鬆的小花園。住在這裏不會有陌生感，反而有一種像回到家一樣的温暖感。下次來這邊的話，還會優先選擇皇宮花園酒店，也會推薦給朋友。

Kelemahan utama hotel ini ialah tingkap yang buruk. Rasanya seperti anda sedang tidur di tepi jalan dan kereta sentiasa memandu melewati anda. Tiada penebat bunyi daripada tingkap ini, walaupun pada hakikatnya anda berada di tingkat 10. Kalau tidak hotel biasa. Semua yang anda perlukan ada: seterika, bar mini, jubah mandi, selipar, dobi. Sarapan pagi sedap.

Останавливался в отеле на одну ночь после ночного перелета. Заселился в номер очень быстро. Номер оплачивал через сайт Trip.com. рублями тут же на ресепшене , что очень удобно , так как наши карты в Бишкеке не работают. Номер просторный, хороший вид из окна. Из отеля удобно добираться до основых достопримечательностей города. Хочется отметить доброжелательность персонала отеля и достойные завтраки. Я бы порекомендовал данный отель друзьям.

It was a lovely hotel not far from the airport, the main star of my stay there was the front desk staff, especially Mr. Malik who speaks excellent English and an amazing problem solver. I was looking for a city to city ride without any Kyrgyz or Russian and he helped me to secure it without any problem. He even helped me to dodge suspicious and ridiculously overrated taxi drivers Thanks to him, my travel was smooth and joyful. Also the breakfast was delicious. Overall, a very good experience.

Sıradan temiz

The hotel is brand new (just 2-3 months) and the room is amazing with state of art amenities. The bathroom amenity was great and the bidet is superb. However, since the hotel is new, massage, cafe, bar, entertainment center and mart is not opened yet. Note, all staff are Chinese and their Russian and English is poor so Google translator is necessary. I’m giving 5 star even considering above facilities not functioning in mind.

除了離市區遠，應該來講還是不錯的酒店，雖然不是真的皇冠系酒店，不過前台會英文，早飯可以景觀不錯，房間性價比適中，樓下沒有商業
