這個酒店整體給的體驗還是不錯的，基建的話，設施可能有點老舊，早餐還不錯，但也比較簡單，自駕有點累，附近設施比較便利，購買東西很方便，去了旁邊的很有名的湖，基本上就是這些了

設施一般 和中國經濟型酒店差不多 墨西哥的酒店一般都沒有 牙具和拖鞋。一樓有茶和咖啡 熱水，這點非常好。我不習慣喝冷水 很多酒店得單獨去要 有的還沒有。酒店旁邊有墨西哥餐廳。日餐需要走五分鐘左右。酒店對面有個***。針對於瓜達拉哈拉的物價來説 這個酒店性價比很高
前台服務員會説英語，我訂了一張去墨西哥城的車票，工作人員非常耐心的幫我確認了車站的位置。

民宿環境不錯，漂亮，很安靜。可惜房間內沒有看到垃圾桶。大門外沒有明顯標誌不太好識別地理位置。無需鑰匙，用密碼進入。傍晚馬路旁有遛狗的居民很友好。

很喜歡這家飯店，酒店本身食物很好吃！有早餐，下5点到7点有歡樂時光的自助餐飲服務很棒！在金融区，附近也有很多餐廳，也有超市和商場，还有洗衣干衣服務，太棒了

This is a great place to stay at as it is right in the center of town and you can walk to two mercados (Corona/San Juan de Dios) The hotel staff is very aware of your safety and room was comfortable (small) but I did travel alone. And the view for breakfast from the terrace was AMAZING.

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

The environment is very good. The hotel is next to the beach and close to the old town, which is very convenient for shopping. The food in the hotel is also very good, with different food every day and performances. The only regret is that I was not able to book a restaurant that requires reservation.

Perfect location to walk into town! Highly recommend booking the oceanfront rooms, as the others open out onto the pool. Miguel did a sterling job serving us drinks every day on the beach! I can't rate him highly enough! Live music every night, the food was varied every meal, and we received a complimentary upgraded meal, which was delicious. Loved the all inclusive deal! The beach staff were very helpful to provide beach chairs, umbrellas and tables (thanks Emilio!). The front staff allowed us a later checkout, and the cleanliness of the resort is exemplary! I would definitely come back again! A wonderful experience!

The hotel is an absolute gem—brand new and impeccably maintained! Don’t let the 1km unpaved access road intimidate you (we were at first); as you approach, the stunning building emerges like a sparkling reward at the end of the tunnel! 😀 One side offers a glimpse of the Mayan pyramid’s peak—pure magic! The other side overlooks the spacious pool and lush gardens. No matter your room’s view, you’re in for a treat. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room service is a steal—totally worth it. The pool is inviting, though the water felt just a touch chilly to me.
