Jika anda mencari bilik yang bersih dan selesa pada kadar yang baik, ini mungkin tempat untuk seseorang. Sebuah pusat membeli-belah terletak tidak jauh dari hotel yang sangat mudah. Memang benar apa yang orang lain siarkan pada ulasan mereka mengenai kecekapan kakitangan, mereka lambat melayan tetamu di hotel. Kami meminta selipar bilik dan meja penyambut tetamu berkata mereka di mana $ 250 Pesos kami menyemak kemudahan bilik di tapak hotel dan ia mendakwa bahawa selipar termasuk, kami menerangkan ini kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan tidak pernah mendapat selipar untuk penginapan 4 hari kami. Mungkin pihak hotel perlu menukar Pengurus Besar.

I stay at this hotel several times per year. When I arrive, many of them know me by name, and say ”Welcome Home”. It truly does feel like home! The rooms are very clean and in great working order. The hotel amenities are great! What really makes the hotel is the people. From the Valet when you arrive when they call you by name, to the front desk, to the hostess at the restaurant (thank you Pamela!) it is amazing. The Marriot Lounge team is exceptional. It is difficult to name a couple and leave others out, but I deal mostly with Ernesto and Effrain, with Daniel running close. They have worked at the hotel for a number of years and are very knowledgeable and efficient. They remember your preferences and make sure they have them when you arrive. One example is the tea that I drink. I didn't want what they had in the tea box. The next time day, they had what I wanted. And, now, each time I come they offer me that tea. Working with Oscar at the front desk has really become a privilege. He is very knowledgeable and is so pleasant to talk with. Something disappointing to me is that many people are served in the Lounge, and many leave with saying nothing or simply ”thank you” and will leave without giving a gratuity at all! Of course, the amenities of the Lounge are an earned privilege for long-time Marriott Members, however, the service team is not part of the ”amenities” and it would be great if everyone gave just a little! A continued, overall, excellent experience. I will return soon!

i recomend the hotel, is clean, the rooms, the pool, hallways, bathroom, beds, the restaurant, everything is clean, honestly was a surprise for me, ( i was in The Hard Rock Hotel 6 months ago in a Jr. Suite, and thats expensice, smell bad, i have some compleins with that Hotel) but in Radisson Tapatio Guadalajara i have a good experience, the buffet is plenty delicious, the service is excellent, i was for 6 days and everything was excellent! definitely i came back. Also the rooms are big and very quiet, my girls an i was very satisfied.

It's a great location but the room was very small and musty, the bathroom was even smaller could not move around at all, the towels old and looked dirty. We only stayed for one night, and didn't spend any time in the room only for sleeping, and the bed was hard as a rock. Pretty noisy at the night but we knew that was the case because of the location, thats why we had ear plugs. We thought it was over priced, but we payed for location not hotel.

El restaurante dónde sirven el desayuno no cuenta con baño para personas en silla de ruedas adulto mayor. Instalaciones muy buenas, servicio de parking falta mejorar la atención y la comida muy buena.

Hotel yang bagus, bersih, ramah kakitangan mempunyai pertunjukan percuma setiap malam pada jam 9 malam tetapi saya tidak menikmati pelbagai kerana hanya penginapan tempatan, pantai tidak jernih air kotor dan di pantai saya ingin bersantai, nikmati sinar matahari untuk mendapatkan tan tempatan datang untuk menjual barang-barang yang sangat menjengkelkan. Saya tidak akan kembali lagi. Maaf diucapkan. Saya lebih suka tinggal di rumah saya pergi ke pantai rumah saya. kecewa.

選擇這家酒店本來是打算提前一晚住在這裏，然後一大早從酒店的專屬入口去看金字塔，避開人流。結果住進來才發現酒店入口兩年前在疫情期間已經關閉！還是要開車繞了一大圈回到景區正門入園。酒店大堂很漂亮，擺拍夕陽一流。還有一隻大孔雀在酒店裡走來走去。房間也還不錯。總體感覺還是有點性價比不太高。可能客流不多，泳池和其他設施有點維護不到位。本來訂了房間包早，不知何故，酒店訂單硬是看不到這一條，趕時間也懶得和他們吵就先付了款，後來攜程客服幫忙溝通完成了退款，贊一個！

Hotel is pretty new so it’s still kept up quite nicely. However I found the staff here at both the front desk and the restaurant exceptional. We stayed here on two different occasions and they were both good. Rooms have the proper windows to quiet the noise outside. Also the hotel has a shuttle to the airport BUT NOT FROM THE AIRPORT so keep this in mind. Uber is not allowed at the airport so you will need to take a taxi by pre-paying inside the airport near the rental car area. If you’re in need of staying near the airport, this is the best choice by far. Breakfast is usually included and pretty good too, not that continental crap. Enjoy! 😀
