這個酒店整體給的體驗還是不錯的，基建的話，設施可能有點老舊，早餐還不錯，但也比較簡單，自駕有點累，附近設施比較便利，購買東西很方便，去了旁邊的很有名的湖，基本上就是這些了

設施一般 和中國經濟型酒店差不多 墨西哥的酒店一般都沒有 牙具和拖鞋。一樓有茶和咖啡 熱水，這點非常好。我不習慣喝冷水 很多酒店得單獨去要 有的還沒有。酒店旁邊有墨西哥餐廳。日餐需要走五分鐘左右。酒店對面有個***。針對於瓜達拉哈拉的物價來説 這個酒店性價比很高
前台服務員會説英語，我訂了一張去墨西哥城的車票，工作人員非常耐心的幫我確認了車站的位置。

This is a great place to stay at as it is right in the center of town and you can walk to two mercados (Corona/San Juan de Dios) The hotel staff is very aware of your safety and room was comfortable (small) but I did travel alone. And the view for breakfast from the terrace was AMAZING.

i recomend the hotel, is clean, the rooms, the pool, hallways, bathroom, beds, the restaurant, everything is clean, honestly was a surprise for me, ( i was in The Hard Rock Hotel 6 months ago in a Jr. Suite, and thats expensice, smell bad, i have some compleins with that Hotel) but in Radisson Tapatio Guadalajara i have a good experience, the buffet is plenty delicious, the service is excellent, i was for 6 days and everything was excellent! definitely i came back.
Also the rooms are big and very quiet, my girls an i was very satisfied.

The hotel is well-equipped, with large-screen TVs, coffee machines and hair dryers in the rooms to meet daily needs. The gym and swimming pool equipment are well-maintained and comfortable to use. The conference room is spacious and suitable for business activities. The overall facilities are modern, and you can feel the attention to detail.
Service
The service staff are enthusiastic and efficient in checking in and out. The room service responds promptly and can solve problems quickly. The restaurant service is thoughtful, and the speed of ordering and serving is satisfactory. The front desk staff is also very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and transportation information, and provides a lot of help.
Hygiene
The hotel has excellent hygiene conditions, the room is very clean, and the bedding is fresh and odorless. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the towels and toiletries are neatly placed. There is no garbage in the public area, and the elevators and corridors are also very clean. The overall environment makes people feel very comfortable.
Environment
The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, with a high greening rate, giving people a sense of relaxation. The room has good sound insulation, and almost no outside noise can be heard. Convenient transportation, close to the business district and attractions. The lighting design at night is warm, which enhances the overall living experience.

GGuest UserI don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms.
I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

The hotel does operate a car.
There is also an airport pick-up service.
The height is so great to see the landscape and the facilities are great.
It's not cheap, but you can get the service you paid for.
The exterior of the hotel also contributes to making you want to go.
The rooms are spacious and wonderful. It has a large room that can accommodate 5 or 6 people and it seems to be a very good hotel for families to come and hospice.

AAnonymous UserWe upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

AAnonymous UserI was at this location 2 years ago when it was Grand Fiesta Americana. The dinner restaurant menu and quality were excellent. As Hilton the quality of food at the restaurants has definitely gone DOWN from a 8 to 5. The night entertainment is very bad. They need to do some more fun pool activities and night shows. There is nothing to do at night after dinner. I would recommend working on better menu options, quality of food and entertainment. The Mexican restaurant has mainly American food. The Italian restaurant has very limited options and the food is not good at all. I couldn't even eat my Italian food. But the location, service and view of the hotel is excellent. I hate writing negative reviews but this is an honest review. Thank you!

GGuest UserPerfect location to walk into town! Highly recommend booking the oceanfront rooms, as the others open out onto the pool. Miguel did a sterling job serving us drinks every day on the beach! I can't rate him highly enough! Live music every night, the food was varied every meal, and we received a complimentary upgraded meal, which was delicious. Loved the all inclusive deal! The beach staff were very helpful to provide beach chairs, umbrellas and tables (thanks Emilio!). The front staff allowed us a later checkout, and the cleanliness of the resort is exemplary! I would definitely come back again! A wonderful experience!
