Hotel 3-Star di Risaralda, Colombia

The good points were the location was excellent, close to the Main Street where businesses are located.  The value was equal to the price paid per day. The bad points were rooms have a dark interior, it has a kitchen but little to no accessories such as pots and pans, dishes etc.  Room had no window or balcony.  Guests were not allowed to enter rooms if the number of guests exceeded the amount of the reservations.  In my case I reserved my room for two , but had two friends visit me so they couldn’t go to the room, only one was allowed so it was rather inconvenient.  Staff was ok, but not the friendliest.

Lovely hotel. Wasn't very pleased with the service received at reception as I needed to pay an extra tax, without realising. And the management were unwilling to resolve my complaint.

The room was comfortable and the overall stay met my expectations. The breakfast was good. A pleasant base for exploring Pereira, or for an overnight stay for the airport.

The place is quite small but the guy atvthe reception is very nice and helpful

It is a small hotel , well located serve a good breakfast give you different options every day , there is hot water and beds are very comfortable , the service of some receptionists is not the best , But in general it was very good . I would stay again in a future

入住佩雷拉嘅epic suite，離開酒店時遺忘一部相機於酒店房間內，隨即打電話到酒店客戶服務尋找相機，可惜職員聲稱沒有發現，然後報警了也沒有用，提醒大家check清楚個人物品，貴重物品一定要跟身。
