Hotel 4-Star di Florida, United States

I chose this hotel primarily for its shuttle service to Universal Studios, but the shuttle schedule was quite limited. They only offered shuttles *to* Universal in the morning and *from* Universal in the afternoon. The last return shuttle was at 8:40 PM, which is a bit tight considering Universal parks close at 9 PM – it would be much better if there were later options. Definitely make sure to book your shuttle times well in advance, otherwise you might not get the slot you want. Breakfast had a slightly better variety than Drury's, with more fruit, but it still lacked vegetables. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in as early as 11 AM. On the first day, we received two complimentary bottled waters, but none thereafter. When I asked the front desk, they told me to buy water from the supermarket on the first floor. However, on our last day, I managed to get some from a cleaning staff member – I guess she felt too awkward to refuse. My thanks to her!

During our four-night stay at this hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The accommodations were exceptional, particularly the comfortable bed and pillows, which ensured a restful night’s sleep. While the location is somewhat distant from downtown Orlando, we did not find this inconvenience to be significant. We had breakfast daily for four consecutive days, and the menu remained consistent throughout our stay. While we would appreciate the opportunity for a slight variation, such as scrambled eggs prepared with a sunny-side-up option, we did not encounter any major issues with the breakfast service. Apart from these minor observations, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Orlando, Florida.

We had a great Stay. Everything is so beautiful and nicely renovated. The service was above and beyond! This new and improved longstanding resort is a must stay! For Cassidy at the pool bar to the towel and float attendant to the gentleman bartender at Dante’s everyone was well trained and friendly!

Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

A great hotel that satisfies both business and vacation. The hotel staff were all friendly. See you next year.

In addition to the breakfast is quite rich, the other is really too general, the front desk's brother accent is very strange, the room is not soundproof, the name is very magic, in fact, it is still a common motel in the United States, and children are only because there are some simple children's play Facilities only

It was the great experience staying in Pestana. The breakfast was great, spacious rooms, coffee and cookies at front desk for my daughter and we used Uber for Disneyworld that seems better option to be flexible. We didn't able to use shuttle buses on our stay as we don't think it is returning back on time. The location is ideal and close to Disney spring and Vineland outlet mall after the Disney fun to have some some shopping and rest. I am so grateful to the Manager Mihaela who made out visit super special by upgrade our room and offered late check out as my daughter wanted to take rest. I would appreciate Precious who being very soft and gentle resolving all our concerns during our stay. We will definitely stay again and will avail the parking option.

For the most part was ok. However, I had to argue multiple with the. check-in desk about certain aspects of my reservation. My reservation came with free breakfast and complimentary drinks. When I checked in the clerk insisted that breakfast was NOT free, that it was an extra charge and even when I showed her my reservation information she disregarded it. I finally had to activate my phone's Trip.com app and go to her supervisor who finally acknowledged the amenities and showed her how she was wrong. I should not have had to do that.

The room was OK, the breakfast was delicious and filling, suitable for a family with a big appetite like us

Hotel location is quite good. Close to the beach. Go to the game and go directly to the boat. It is a round-trip ticket. Breakfast is delicious and not expensive. Asians should like it. In addition to parking, it is a little difficult. Other facilities are not bad.
