Hotel 4-Star di Washington, United States

They put me all the way to the far away building when my flight is 5am and I need to leave at 3am. Then, the access card cant open the door when it snowed and we had to walk through around the building. No explanation of amenities etc at checkin.

The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, with a convenient location and front desk staff who are both professional and friendly. The surrounding area feels very safe and pleasant, and transportation access is excellent. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay — highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Much better than I thought. Great location, very close to Pike Place Market. The service was so-so — I called for slippers and a toothbrush, but they didn’t arrive even after an hour, so I went to the front desk to get them myself. The front desk staff, however, were very helpful.

The amenities aren’t what they used to be. Allot has changed but the staff is amazing.

My experience was good not great in that it will not be a memorable experience and I will most likely try a different hotel/inn next time. Which I am really surprised about because of the fact that I have been at a coue of 3 star hotels in spokane that were way more and the doubletree is supposed to be a 4 star. The best part was the breakfast very tasty. The room was clean enough but out dated there were a few cheap upgrades not what I would have expected from a 4 star hotel.

去雷尼爾山hiking時住的。優點是很新，乾淨，消耗品也是不錯的品牌，可以説酒店本身無可指摘。缺點是第三方平台訂的雙床房，到店後告訴我沒房了，衹能給大床房。幸好我訂房後立刻給該酒店發了郵件，在信中確認了房型等訂單細節，並且得到了酒店確認訂單的回信。因此酒店前台在看到郵件後找來了負責人，提供了我認可的解決方案。總的來説酒店不錯，服務一般吧，要謹防甩鍋。

Friendly staff and good services. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Modern, comfortable and easy to use facilities.

Расположен в очень романтичном месте. Добротный, чистый, по-хорошему дорогой отель. Номера небольшие, но удобные. Вид потрясающий Очень комфортно и приятно было здесь находиться. С удовольствием вернемся еще раз.

The room was big and clean, and the area felt really safe. I could walk to most places, and public transportation was convenient. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit.
