Staying here was incredibly convenient for an early morning flight, thanks to their 24-hour airport shuttle service. The room was spacious and clean, and we were even given two bottles of water and cookies upon check-in. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to a nearby mall. We ran into a small hiccup, but Ctrip promptly contacted the hotel and got it resolved. Ctrip truly is dependable!

The location is excellent, and the vibe is futuristic and fun. The staff are very helpful. The only thing I found a bit inconvenient was that everything is controlled by an iPad, although there are a few basic buttons on the wall.

This is a very new hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded me to a sea view room for free. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was almost fully booked during our stay, with many guests, but everything was orderly. It's about a 7-minute walk from the subway station after taking one subway line from the airport. The breakfast quality was good, but the variety was a bit limited. It's also quite close to the cruise terminal.

The location is suitable for a holiday by the lake; very quiet. Guests with cars are very convenient; there is a car park. There are docks where you can rent a boat with your children. The restaurant is nice and the environment is quiet.

The hotel is good for us. And safe. The receptionist was very professional. There was a tall boy with a full beard who was very handsome. He added me as a member and upgraded my room type for free. I will definitely come again on my next business trip. Oh, okay one more.. Nice view from window.

It is worth affirming that their air conditioner is very well done. It is wrapped with marble and wooden boards. It is very convenient to blow clothes or something, and you will not worry about getting the air conditioner wet and causing damage. There is a Starbucks downstairs, but it is not open at night. It opens at 5:30 in the morning. It is very convenient for me who needs a cup of coffee in the morning

Overall, I'd highly recommend this place. It offers excellent value for money in every aspect. This was our first stop on our US trip, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was quite spacious. 1. The location is great; it's just a 15-minute walk to Pike Place Market. An Uber to the airport costs between $60-70 and typically takes about 30 minutes without traffic. However, on the morning we left, we ran into road construction near Seattle Airport, which caused a 30-minute delay after exiting the freeway. So, definitely plan your travel time accordingly. 2. Housekeeping services are provided every other day. Free bottled water is available for self-pickup downstairs.

The hotel is in the center of the city, and I did not drive around. The parking lot is outside the hotel and costs $16. I saw that Dianping had a small Shanghai restaurant where I could eat, but I couldn't find it when I walked over. The washbasin is very personal but not practical

Friendly staff, clean room, good location. Easy to access from SEA airport using Light Rail, 40 minites away, then short walk to hotel. Also easy to access Monorail to Space Needle & surrounding attractions. A few blocks walk to Pike Place, Seattle Convention Center. Nearby stores : Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Ross Dress for Less, Target, Asian grocery store HMart. Would not hesitate to book this hotel for future stays.
