Hotel 3 Bintang di Tirana, Albania

I stayed here for 9 days. First of all, this is in a great location. Many of the city attractions including the Skanderbeg Square are within 20 min walking distance. There are lot of great restaurants near by including Opa Greek street food, Juvenilia.. Taxis are right across. There are currency exchanges close by as well. Also if you book any tours, this hotel can be selected as a pickup spot. Room was spacious. Only concern I had with the room was the floors were old and the wooden floors were coming off but this was only in room 6. Others seem to have newer floors. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately TV wasn’t working since there was an issue with the cable payment per the staff. Breakfast was good. Every day it changes but you always get croissant, Orange juice and coffee(Latte or Americano or Espresso etc.). Breakfast area also becomes a bar in the evening. Staff were wonderful. I had interactions with all of them. Very friendly people. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff are very friendly and eager to be helpful. The room is fine, though some little things would improve it. There is no soap dish or shelf in the shower to put the soap or little shampoo and body wash bottles so they must be placed on the floor. There is nowhere to put the toilet paper roll either. They leave it for you on the sink edge - where it could get soaked if you keep it there [There is a douche though for those who don't use toilet paper]. There is only one available electrical outlet but it is conveniently located beside the bed. There were only three hangers and no hooks (this doesn't matter to us as we have our own travel hangers). There is a smart TV in the room which can play You Tube or your streaming services if you log into them. There is a refrigerator. The room has good black out curtains and there was no disturbing street noise. The breakfast is excellent. You help yourself to the food at the buffet. There are eggs, crepes, feta cheese, sliced hard cheese, some sort of deli meat slices, pickled cucumbers and peppers, olives, cucumbers, tomato, various fruits, .5% fat yogurts, excellent preserves, a Nutella type spread, white and whole wheat bread and croissants. They take your order for coffee or tea and it's brought to you. Cappuccinos are one of the choices. There is no safe in the room, so if that is a requirement for you go elsewhere. Also if you use hair conditioner or body/hand lotion bring your own. We wanted to be environmental but there is no ”Do Not Disturb” sign so we told them we didn't need our room serviced/cleaned. We returned to find that they had replaced all of the towels and even changed the sheets. I had left my towel clipped onto a hanger to dry so it should have been obvious that I intended to reuse it. Oh well- we tried.

Da un lato Consiglio questo hotel poiché si trova a circa 800 MT dalla piazza centrale della città , e da diverse attrazioni da vedere . Lo consiglio anche perché si riposa bene senza rumori che vengono da fuori , ma purtroppo ho riscontrato anche diversi aspetti negativi . La camera era sufficiente per quello che dovevo fare , ma il bagno non mi è piaciuto per nulla . Doccia pessima , arrugginita e con la tendina . Lavandino arrugginito . Colazione decisamente scarsa con solo il latte Sterilgarda , qualche brioche vuota e con solo la marmellata di pesca. Caffè in un contenitore a caldo . La macchinetta non c’era … Il personale però è stato gentile poiché mi hanno fatto stampare il biglietto del volo di ritorno nella hall , e mi hanno chiamato il taxi per il giorno successivo . Parlano anche benino l’italiano . Un giorno non mi hanno rifatto la camera però.. . In conclusione ? Vi consiglio un altro hotel

L'edificio esterno scoraggia il viaggiatore ma le stanze sono molto belle, nuove, confortevoli e molto pulite. Il personale è estremamente gentile, sia i ragazzi che lavorano alla reception che la deliziosa signora che prepara la colazione. Pulizia della stanza accurata in ogni aspetto. Posizione centrale, molto comoda. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima. Colazione deliziosa, cercano in ogni modo e con tanta attenzione di soddisfare ogni richiesta. Mi sono trovata molto bene e se dovessi tornare a Tirana, decisamente tornerei in questo hotel senza esitazione.

Accueil très sympathique du réceptionniste qui m'annonce que la chambre est déjà payée. Ayant fait beaucoup de réservations, je n'ai pas vérifié. Après avoir quitté l'hôtel, le propriétaire m'a contacté pour me réclamer le paiement. J'ai dû faire un virement bancaire. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 15mn à pied du centre et avec des commerces à proximité ainsi qu'un parking pour 2,50€/jour. Par contre, la chambre est minimaliste et la salle de bains minuscule avec une installation électrique non conforme. Le lit est confortable et la clim efficace.le petit déjeuner se prend dans le resto à côté de l'hôtel. Il est insuffisant en jus de fruits, café et confiture . Le personnel ne parle pas anglais donc impossible de leur expliquer ce que l'on veut.
