O atendimento da equipe foi muito bom, apenas a estrutura do hotel quel já está bem desgastada desatualizada pelo tempo, parte de enxoval e movelaria precisam de uma renovação.

Quarto arrumado e bem limpo. Tinha a nossa disposição talher, copo e prato, o que apesar de ser básico, muitos hotéis não fornecem. Atendimento bom e rápido. Possui restaurante o que pra mim é uma facilidade e comodidade. Excelente localização para minha necessidade.

le petit déjeuner est toujours excellent et incontournable toutefois le réseau wifi ne passe pas dans tout l'hôtel et est très instable. Obligé d'aller au Lobby pour connecter son portable ou ordi portable. J'avais déjà eu ce problème au mois de Mars et le problème n'est toujours pas résolu. Attention la Cop 30 arrive avec beaucoup de voyageurs d'affaire. Faudra résoudre ca rapidement et dans tout l'hôtel. Sinon c'est un hotel que je recommande particulièrement

Чистый и просторный номер, отдельный гардероб, чистый санузел, приветливый персонал, помогали в дождь - подходили к машине с зонтом, сервис отличный. Спокойно ночью, поют птицы утром, приятный садик во дворе… Будем рады снова там остановиться.

Hotel muito bom, localização perfeita, quarto grande e bem organizado. Eu fiquei por duas diárias, fiquei hospedada para realizar um curso. Ao chegar no hotel sempre conseguia estudar mais um pouco, pois a mesa e a cadeira que o quarto possui, são excelentes. Gostei também do minibar que o quarto possui. Um ponto de atenção foi o aparelho de ar condicionado que aparentava ser antigo, pois fazia muito barulho.

GGuest UserThis was our first time in an Andrade hotel. We were there only for two nights, arriving early, leaving with a late-checkout. For the location, I would say the the hotel is not on walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. I can be mistaken, but the only site of interest nearby is the botanical garden Bosquear Rodrgues Alves. As for the clealiness, the room was clean, however the bathroom was not, although they cleaned twice during our short stay. The tap and the sink were still dirty. We enjoyed the breakfast. There are enough items available to put together a healthy breakfast. If their availability allows it, the hotel offers the possibility of a late checkout at 16u pm instead of 12u for 100 reais. This is absolutely great! As far as I know in most other hotels you are obliged to stay another night.

DDaymi HernandezI loved the hotel, good location, what I didn't think was cool was that when I called to make the reservation they said they only had a double room with a single bed. Well, when checking in it was the same answer. When we went to the hotel room, the door lock didn't even open and we were allocated another room, the last one having a double bed. How come it had a double bed and it never appeared in the reservation. Everything else was great, breakfast tomorrow with a lot of variety, everything worked perfectly.

GGuest UserSecond time I go to Atrium and really is excellent, quality service and very beautiful and quiet place, the night place is sensational!
The only thing that doesn't worth the price is food, which was the time I wanted to give a second chance for a restaurant (we were disappointed for the first time) but the fish was out of the point again. Moreover, it seems that green smell is considered as vegetables and not as temperament ... The smell was well made, but, full of green smell, changed the taste of food. But it was all right!

MMariaLíviaThe hotel is very good, perfect location, a large and well-organised room. I stayed for two days, I stayed hosted to take a course. When I arrived at the hotel I could always study a little more, because the table and the chair that the room has are excellent, and I liked the minibar that the room has. One point of attention was the air conditioner that seemed old because it was making a lot of noise.
