Hotel 3-Star di Matanzas, Cuba

Very clean, the furniture is new, the staff is great! Breakfast is so-so, the same things every day

Mi experiencia con la reserva de este hotel ha sido horrible,puesto que reserve un tipo de habitación estándar y al llegar a recepción del hotel ,me asignaron la habitación de la sección economica que se encuentra a dos calles de las instalaciones del hotel starfish cuatro palmas ,son como unos alojamientos a parte del hotel principal ,decepcionante ,en el hotel en Cuba me dicen que en trip.com donde hice la reserva ,no son muy explícitos a la hora de hacer la reserva ,no te dan todos los detalles ,la puerta de la habitación que conlleva al balcón ,tenía problemas al cerrar ,nos teníamos que desplazar casi dos calles para ir al hotel ,donde estaba los restaurant ,piscina y demás servicios ,horrible la experiencia

房間和床單都還比較乾淨，但是枕頭一股黴味，酒店已經盡力把最好的給遊客了。沒有停電，吃的東西冷盤很多，因為我感覺不太乾淨所以沒有什麼可吃，每天會有豬肉和雞肉供應，沙灘非常非常漂亮舒適，工作人員也非常熱心，有免費網絡，網速的話，辦公也夠用了。

這家酒店很不錯，設施齊全，菜品豐富，服務也很好就是蒼蠅和巴拉德羅的其他酒店一樣多。

В отеле второй раз, питание хорошее, бар неплохой, в номере не было сидения унитаза, до обеда вода в душе была прохладной, для недорогого отеля неплохой уровень

Goods: the BEACH. the hotel’s location (near also to a dolphins pool that has a show and offers to swim with them). Experienced staff is generally friendly and attentive. The swimming pools are pretty new and in good shape. Rooms are spacious. Food at buffet is varied for Cuban standards. They have aquatic ballet show, live rock band and beach party depending on day & schedule. Beer and rum are authentic. To improve: room and some hallway furniture need repair or changing. Bathroom/bathtub needs anti slippery rug. The bathtub is useless as it is not tapped. Bath towels are too small. Swimming pools and their bars close at 6 pm. Swimming pools lack shade during the day. Few seafood and salad options at buffet. Drinks are served in disposable small cups.

The facilities were good enough for what you pay. I should not complain about the food since given the circumstances they did their best to keep us fed at all times. In fact, they offered a large variety of meat and veggies, desserts, etc. On the other hand, for heavy drinkers, this place should be an oasis since you can have access to all the alcohol you want at all times. My husband certainly loved that fact. Regarding the entertainment, the first night with dance performers was good, however, the second one with singers was not. I think they should work harder on this issue. If you want a get away from Havana, this is definetely the place to stay. A very relaxing,enjoyable spot for honey mooners or loners who simply want to have time on their own.

Plaj havlusu bulmak imkansız. Suyun az akması sebebi ile klozet 1 saatte doluyordu. Yemekler güzeldi. Özellikle alakart retorantta. Çalışanlar çok keyifliydi. İhtiyaç anında yardım ettiler. Otel konumu merkeze yürüyüş yarım saat mesafede. Herşey için teşekkürler.
