Hotel liegt sehr günstig. In der Nähe befindet sich das Saarpark-Einkaufscenter und Decathlon mit Fitnessstudio. Hotel hat kein Restaurant allerdings gute Bars und Restaurants wie das Stumm's Brauhaus fussläufig erreichbar. Frühstück im Hotel mit guter Auswahl. Kleine Bar an der Rezeption. Kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Matratzen bequem. Hotel kann ich empfehlen.

Hôtel est situé au centre ville de saarbrücken. Vous avez tous les restaurants, magasins il y a egalement juste en face de l'hôtel Europa Galery. Nous avons dîner au restaurant Diner & Pasta, petit restaurant italien sympa et bon.
Chambre propre pas très grande mais fonctionnel. Pensez à faire le ménage sous les lits car les boulettes de poussières, wahoo.
L'hôtel ne dispose pas de son propre parking, il faut soit ce garer aux alentours ou dans le parking payant près de l'hôtel lintercity.
Le gros bémol c'est le petit déjeuner, il n'y a rien en choix juste cereales, pain, oeuf, saucisse, mini pain aux raisons et un espèce de gateau génoise simple couper en carré et du fromage. Faudrait vraiment revoir le petit déjeuner.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der Stadt, aber in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß dort.
Es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.
Die Zimmer ausreichend groß und das Bad ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet.
Das Hotel ist sauber, was auch für die Zimmer zutrifft.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer haben und bekamen dies auch)
Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, wobei die Qualität der Wurst und des Käse gerne etwas besser sein dürfte.
Wir waren mit dem Hotel im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden, zumal es auch, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Umgebung, preiswert ist.

Das Hotel ist okay. Praktisch wenig gemütlich. Einfach ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel.
Im Bad gab es leider nur zwei große Handtücher am Waschbecken gab es kein kleines Handtuch nichts. Das war leider etwas wenig, wenn in der Dusche komplett undicht ist.

GGuest UserThis is just a budget hotel near the train station.
I arrived on a rainy night and was too tired to argue with the front desk. The air conditioning was noisy, and the heating wasn't effective. I ended up sleeping under two duvets.
Facilities: I booked a king-size bed room, but was told that here, a king-size bed is just two twin beds pushed together. Fine, who can I complain to about that? 🤷
Service: They were friendly, but not very helpful.
Breakfast: Let's just say you can fill up on bread.
Everything was pretty mediocre, but its proximity to the train station is its biggest advantage. If you stay here, make sure to stand up for your rights! And make sure you get a warm room; don't compromise like I did. 😂
The hotel offers luggage storage. There are no cups in the room, but you can get a cup for hot water at the downstairs breakfast area. I asked the staff, and they said I could take the cup back to my room.

TTrave_LinaGood Facilities, But Service Was Incredibly Disappointing
The living conditions and amenities are good, but the service I received was a major disappointment and completely disrupted my plans. This is why I feel my spending of time and money was a waste, which is reflected in my low rating.
My problems started with the check-in. I completed the online check-in successfully, but I could not get my access code. I was forced to wait for over an hour at the train station while trying to resolve this. I was stuck in a frustrating loop with a chatbot that kept insisting the code was in my booking details (it was not). Only after I finally managed to reach a real person was the access code sent to me.
To make matters worse, I was then informed that a serviceman would need to enter my room for repairs the next day between 10 AM and 2 PM. I was shocked by this, especially since I had an important work video call scheduled for that exact time. This forced me to find a quiet café to work from, leading to additional expenses.
My rating for service and confidentiality is very low. The lack of communication and respect for a guest's privacy and schedule is unacceptable.

Hhappy_chrisHotel-style apartment, the room is not big, the decoration facilities are old, the sound insulation is not very good, the room hygiene is not done every day, you can tell the waiter when you need it. But the location is very good, in the city center, it is very convenient to nearby restaurants, supermarkets, attractions. There is a kitchenette and kitchenware, suitable for guests who don't want to eat out and can cook in the apartment. The price/performance ratio is OK.

GGuest UserDecent hotel and great location if you are hiking the Saar Hunsrück trail. The sign in the entrance hall with the penalty for preparing food in the room scared me a little as I didn't know what it precisely meant, it is good to ask the owner.

ZZhiainingmengshuThere are quite a lot of rooms in this hotel, which can be said to be the largest hotel in this town. The heating in the room is very warm. The room I live in also has a microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, and everything. Breakfast is quite satisfactory, except for potato cakes and scrambled eggs are hot food, the rest are cold food. The front desk girls can speak English and there is no problem communicating. The cleaning staff can speak German. I like the glass windows of the hotel very much. It is the kind of typical German open window and the ventilation is great. The surrounding area is quite convenient. Go left and there are some shopping malls and small stores. Except that the breakfast is slightly monotonous, everything else is fine.

No restaurant for dinner, but in the immediate surroundings, either over the road to the Brauhaus, with food cafe dishes and, among other things, self-bringed beer.
