Hotel 3-Star di Epirus, Greece

No reception… I advised them 2x of the time we would be arriving as travelling from Corfu and took the bus from igouminitsa.. once arrived in igouminitsa at 2pm I notified them again what time we would arrive in Ioanina. We received a pin to get into the guest house, there was no room number provided. Called the number and was told they would call me back. However mobile connection wasn’t very good and OMG the lady that called me back was screaming down the phone at me in Greek and English that I wasn’t putting the correct code into the door which I was… after checking she changed the code so we could get in no apologies nothing. The guest house was quite nice I have to say, very clean but the walls are paper thin and we could hear the men in the next room that we’re really drunk screaming until gone midnight.. was 7 euros in a taxi from the bus station to the hotel so I advise to get a taxi. There was a great gyros place at the end of the road. Would I go back… yes to Ionanina as was beautiful but defo not to that guest house as they were so rude. Does have an elevator too.

The place is legendary… It feels like you’re surrounded by a few small castles. It’s very beautiful, pleasant, and peaceful. I was truly fascinated by the construction of the apartments — it’s very unique. Incredibly clean both inside and outside. The cleaning staff cleaned the apartment every day, replaced everything necessary, and even washed our dishes. The parking is located beneath the apartments and has direct access to the courtyard — an amazing feeling. The pool can be used 24 hours a day. The apartment has everything you need, and even outside in the courtyard — there are sockets, fans, and a shower. An outstanding experience overall.

This lovely boutique hotel is conveniently located in the historic centre of Ioannina city. It is a stone throw away from the lake in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I spent 4 nights here and will definitely return.

Advantage , great location ,free parking near by , AC working and great condition ,small fridge in the room , friendly staff. Disadvantages: Cleaning is sub optimal as some mould in the bathroom room . No welcome coffee or water in the room Very very basic breakfast need some improvements Over all 7 out of 10

Staff super friendly. I asked for a quiet room and my wish was respected. Room was spacious enough with a great lake view. Hot water 24/7. Mini fridge also in the room. Bed was comfy. The only negative for me was breakfast that had no warm/hot food options such as pies, egg, toasted bread etc

Love, love, love this place. Plan to come back winter to experience the winter vibe. Hosts are exceptional, old world charm feeling. We had a fire place and balcony with amazing rural view. Would rate as one of the best places that I have stayed. Can’t wait to head back.

I arrived to Igoumenitza from Brindisi late in the evening so decided to stay here instead of night-time driving to Athens. I am glad I did. Nice place with very nice views. There is a nice village down the hill but I only passed through it driving.

Great locaction: far from the crouds yet close to the town and some nice tavernas; great pools and gym; welcoming environment. Room is basic but clean and has everything you may need 

Perfect for families, really spacious and pleasant. Not centrally located but convenient with parking available on public road

The location is very close to the port of Igumanica, get off the boat and drive for a few minutes. Hotel facilities are outdated and there are no vegetables and fruits for breakfast. Everything else is fine. The highlight is that the front desk and restaurant staff are very warm, and a cafe on the side of 11 pm is still open, you can buy drinks and beer. And the bed in the twin room is obviously much wider than the average European hotel's 0.8 meters. It is a very good choice to stay for one night.
