Amazing place to stay and relax. Winter would be even better as there is an on-site onsen swimming pool and Spa for extra cost though. Gym is the best.

Room was clean and amenities were good. Had sufficient utensils and cookware for warming/preparing food. Bathroom supplies were above average and adequate. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Enjoyed out stay there. Only gripes are location is down the hill from the popular attractions, so had to climb up to go to those places. We didn't mind, but could be tedious for other, especially when there's snow; and our room was towards the back of the building with the gas station next door, which was busy and created a lot of noise. Other than these, the price was decent and close to bus stop.

We were so happy for our night of staying in this hotel. The room was amazing, not to mention the beautiful bi-level room that we got. The facility was so clean, the bath, the beds, the crews all were amazing. Looking for our next trip and staying in this hotel.

Located by the heart of old Quebec, the location was extremely convenient and the guest services team had kindly arranged a room with a great view. The size of the room was good and service generally is wonderful. The hotel has parking and provide amenities but you have to remember to request them yourself. The treats for kids was a nice touch if you're travelling with family.
Areas for other guests to note is that there are 2 parking options: 1. Self parking (cheaper) 2. Valet parking (more). The parking team said there's lots of cars and hurried us to hand over the keys and did not present us the option. The hotel while well kept is still slightly on the older side. If you have younger children, they may need some assistance to reach sinks or soaps etc.
Overall enjoyable stay.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, la chambre était très propre. Beaucoup de commodités dans l'hôtel. Situé dans un petit regroupement de boutiques et restaurants, donc tout à proximité.

This is my second time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first time. I had to book this last minute since the Airbnb I had booked did not work out as needed. The staff was friendly upon arrival and listened to my requests. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I will always come back to this hotel whenever I come back to visit Montreal.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—right in downtown and close to all the fun spots, many just a short walk away. The lobby greets you with a refreshing scent and genuinely warm smiles from the staff—they make you feel right at home from the start.
I had the juiciest steak ever, and the 24-hour heated pool? Total relaxation! The only thing I’d change is the pool’s location. You currently have to walk through the restaurant and lobby (which are open to non-guests), so it feels a bit awkward strolling by in your swimsuit. A private walkway or different pool spot would make it perfect!
Overall, I had an incredible time and would definitely come back. 🤗

强强盗There is a Shuttle bus that is very punctual and has short intervals, which will undoubtedly allow long-distance tired passengers to get a rest as soon as possible. Shuttle drops off every half an hour, and shares the same bus with Best western next door.

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in and check out process was smooth. Unlike other hotels Home2 suites offered check out at 12 noon, the staff were welcoming, The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh options.

LLittleMoonMoonI love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint.
I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

Llinlinlin_00The room is a little small, but the view is good. It is a bit inconvenient to change two elevators to go up and down the stairs. The front desk service is very thoughtful and polite, and there is a special car at the door. The location of the hotel is very convenient and quiet at night.

Service: Warm and attentive.
Facilities: They provide towels, but other toiletries are quite limited, so you might want to bring your own.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, and they sort their recycling too.

GGuest UserI love this place! It's a total disappointment. I live nearby and I go there for fun. However, the big disappointment is the restaurant La Traite...price, quantity, wine $20 a glass...I would never go back there again. For the rest, what happiness!
