Hotel 4-Star di Quebec Province, Canada

A single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal. The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness. Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left on surfaces, such as an iPad, mobile device, or dark-colored clothing, quickly accumulated dust or grime. Photographic evidence further substantiates this claim. Upon departure after a two-night stay, we attempted to address this concern with the reception. However, instead of offering an apology, the staff questioned our delay in reporting the issue and offered a complimentary coffee as compensation. How funny.

酒店位子非常好 有自己的地下停車場也有桑拿而且房間很乾淨！酒店的人員服務態度非常好 床也很好睡 提供的洗浴用品及乳液很好聞 我很喜歡 總之有機會再來魁北克會來住這裡

In town for a JFL show. Location was very convenient and the rom was immaculate. Resto on ground floor is very nice for a convenient meal of quick snack after travel and check-in. Staff are very pleasant and professional and were quick to accomodate our request for a room with a bathtub. My wife likes to soak after the travel part.. had a pleasant special effects surprise at bedtime when the streetlights below penetrated above the curtain/drape rod and produced a bit of a light show on the ceiling. Not enough to interfere with sleep and just right as a night light for the mid night trips to the washroom. All in all very nice hotel in a very convenient downtown location at a reasonable price

Snug room that the hot shower and warm air were all working in severe winter in Montreal.  Perfect location with 5 mins walk from the metro station. Also the hotel provides plenty parking lots which suitable for driving visitors. Staff are always friendly and answerable!

Chambre confortable, avec plancher sans tapis. Système de chauffage efficace. Le comptoir de la salle de bain est toutefois très petit. Aussi ,  les tissus mouchoirs (kleenex), très minces, ne sont disponibles que dans la salle de bains.

We’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants.

위치가 환상적이다. 샤또 프롱트낙이 눈앞에 바로 보이고 올드 퀘벡의 중심에 위치하고 있어 어디든 이동하기 쉽다. 벨보이부터 발레파킹 담당자, 데스크 직원까지 모두가 불어, 영어에 능통하고 친절하다. 호텔 자체는 오래되어서 룸의 구조 자체는 낡았으나 새로 리모델링하여 깨끗하고 단정하다. 물론 샤또 프롱트낙에 숙박하면 좋겠지만 여건상 힘들다면 클래랜던 호텔이 최고의 대안이 될 것이다.

Great hotel in central location, amenities with pool, gym and bar area are good and front of house staff very helpful to take receipt of a parcel for me and give me during check-in. Also having benefit of late checkout was very helpful

I stayed for three consecutive nights and left a $5 tip each day. However, only the first day was properly cleaned. On the second day, the cleaning was very careless — the bathroom floor and the room floor were not cleaned at all. They only replaced the towels and straightened the bed. The shuttle driver, on the other hand, was very kind and even  helped carry the luggage.

A quirky little hotel that is directly on the main drag in Gatineau. The room was a good size, though the tiny bathroom left a lot to be desired; it was old, dated, and so small that the sink was in the main room. The bed, however, was very comfortable and the desk/tv setup was great. Lots of convenient receptacles for plugging in phones and the like. The fridge in the cupboard made that cupboard very hot and I'd imagine those fridges won't last long as burnout must be a thing... Weird, convoluted directions for getting to the hot tub from our room; make sure to leave a trail of breadcrumbs or you may be lost forever. Front desk staff were professional and completely bilingual, which was very much appreciated.
