We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Location is near the monasteries that we plan to visit. Our room has a balcony and a nice view. There's also a lift in the building, so we don't gave to climb the stairs with heavy luggage.
It has a wide variety of breakfast spread.
We arrived earlier than check in time, around 2pm, there's no one at the reception. We went back after lunch and were able to check in. Maybe we should have informed them that we are arriving earlier than 3pm.

Hotel maravilloso en Kastraki. Dos noches maravillosas. Personal super amable. Desayuno excepcional. Lástima que toda esta perfección del hotel se viera truncada por un aire acondicionado que tenía vida propia. Incomprensible. Se encendía y se apagaba sin que nosotros con el mando lo solicitáramos. La única solución fue cortar la luz. Una locura.

The hotel is perfectly located at the beginning of the sightseeing tour for Meteora. Free parking is available across the street. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. breakfast was great with tasty Greek food. The host gave us detailed info on what to do and se in Meteora.

Great location in a quiet area with ample parking. The room is clean, cosy, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the staff provided impeccable service. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe staff were very helpful even though it was nearly the end of the season. My room on the first floor (no lift) had an electric kettle and mugs, a small refrigerator and a hair dryer. It was a double room with a balcony. (I was on my own but there is no discount for single occupancy, but this appears to be normal everywhere). The room might seem small to some, but I found it's compact design, including large walk in shower, separate wash basin and separate toilet, very acceptable. Maps of the island and the town are provided in reception. The guest house is very close to the town centre, a short walk down a little hill and you are immediately in all the little streets that run down towards the port and front. There are many cafes and restaurants on the front, just be aware you will always pay more to drink or eat at these and there are plenty of bars and restaurants just a little inland. Think twice about hiring a car because the bus service is excellent.
NB This is for Trip.com: you were not very helpful when I received a message regarding opening times for reception, which meant my flight would arrive too late in the afternoon to get into 8Kto. I used your live chat and was told to use the 8Kto number to which I could never get a response. I tried live chat again and was assured that you would find out what I should do before my arrival date (mid-September) - you never did. Using the net I finally found an email address for the guest house and they immediately responded to my message, giving me instructions on how to get in and find my room when I arrive. Surely you should have been able to give me the email address in the first place, especially as you advertise your service as always giving immediate support to travellers.

LluvlifetravelLoved the location, the villa and the management. Our villa had a beautiful balcony view over the lake and a wood fire inside a well as central heating. The owners were super kind and friendly. The hotel villas are in a very remote location high in the mountains and that's what we loved about it. Stunning scenery all around, it was beautiful. Dinner was available at the hotel but we wanted to go for a drive. We had coffee and a light meal at Plaz Pezoulas which was about a 15min drive away. The shower was hot and breakfast was nice. The owner gave us 4 bottles of water for our drive upon checkout which was very thoughtful. 10/10

AAnonymous UserSoundproof is very bad. I can hear someone talking clearly in the next room. Breakfast is average level. Front desk and staff off work after 9pm, it’s hard to reach out to them in the night in case you need help.

JJIANHONGI like the retro hotel very much. From the moment I entered the hotel, the service of the hotel is exactly as seen in the British movies. The environment inside and outside the hotel is very good, the door is simple and elegant, and the outside is picturesque. The breakfast dining environment is very good, the food is very rich, the service staff is also attentive and elegant, the entire dining environment is quite satisfactory.

I arrived injured and in bad shape, and the hotel owner treated me like I was her family member. It's encouraging to meet such good people. I will definitely come back here again.
I must mention the bed which was extremely large and comfortable.

I totally recommend. We had a great experience though we were in off season so during summer we believe it would be a bit more crowded. Breakfast was very nice and all the people very kind.

리리엔리엔The hotel location was not bad, but the room was very small. I stayed for two nights, and on the second day, when I asked for two bottles of water, they said to buy them at the mart. I was embarrassed. I thought it was because it was so cheap.
The front desk staff was often absent at the announced check-in/check-out times. I saw a guest wandering around in his car after arriving at around 8 PM. The city tax is only 1 euro for both. The stairs to the room were very narrow and dangerous. The lights didn't turn on. There was no elevator.
Parking was on the street.
The bathroom shower was so narrow that my arms touched the wall when I washed.
The hotel location was good for going to shops and restaurants.

TThoreThe studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people.
