BBerelI recently stayed at ibis in Jerusalem and had an exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the hotel's exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel like a valued guest.
I would highly recommend ibis to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Jerusalem. I can't wait to return!

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor - which I cleaned up. All in all it was fine. But - it was almost impossible to find. I went to the address - and I don't see a thing that resembled a hotel. It turns out, you need to walk through a rusty gate and down a flight of stairs (below street level). It occupies just a small space all on one level. If a lady from the hotel hadn't seen me on the street looking confused, I'd have never have found it.

It not only maintains cleanliness standards but also provides delightful buffet breakfast and dinner options.
Even though it’s located in a lively part of town, it remains a safe and welcoming place to stay.
I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem!

ZZHIYUANThe sanitary environment is still pretty good, but the room is slightly small, which leads to the double beds being combined together; the check-in / out are very fast, I solved it in two minutes, the bathroom has a bathtub, but there is no toothbrush, Toothpaste, so you need to bring your own; The hotel is relatively close to the ancient city, commercial streets and other famous attractions, the location is relatively good; 50 thanks for breakfast, is a typical Middle Eastern style, may not be used to eating. In short, overall is good.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the bus and tram stations, and it's uphill, so getting there can be a bit of a challenge. However, it's within walking distance of tourist attractions like the Old City, so the location is excellent.
Service
The staff were very kind. If I had any questions, I could ask them via WhatsApp on the hotel's website.
Amenities
The room had a hair dryer, hangers, and a TV. The refrigerator was unplugged, so it wasn't very cold (I didn't know how to turn it on).
There also seems to be a washing machine available for free use.

Nice lobby with coffee and tea all the time, was a great place to talk to other guests from all around the world. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
