Hotel 5-Star di Hovedstaden, Denmark

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Copenhagen. The location by the waterfront was fantastic, with a great atmosphere and easy access to many of the city’s main attractions. The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The only area that could be improved is the arrival experience. For a five-star hotel, I was surprised that there wasn’t anyone available to assist with our luggage. It’s a small detail, but it would make the experience feel even more premium. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would happily stay here again.

It was amazing to see the staircase in person, after only seeing it in pictures. Absolutely stunning. I booked a room-only stay, but when I requested extra amenities, they were brought to me right away. The hotel's service is excellent, and the location is superb. It's just a short walk from the station, which made it convenient for both city sightseeing and longer excursions.

You can take the M2 line directly from the airport to the hotel. From the subway platform, take the elevator up to ground level and walk about 100 meters towards the river. The hotel has modern decor, new facilities, and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including a station for freshly made eggs. It's about a fifteen-minute walk from the commercial street and not far from the attractions on the other side of the river.

We had only one night in a standard room, however it was extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. Excellent shower and all very clean. Reception staff were very polite and helpful, looking after our luggage all day. It was a short trip so we did not eat in the restaurant - it did look lovely We loved the glass installation too! Will definitely visit for longer next time.

Lovely boutique hotel with elegant style and excellent service. Park Lane Copenhagen is set in a historic, beautifully restored building in the peaceful Hellerup area, offering spacious, modern rooms with chic Scandinavian design and great attention to detail. Guests praise the friendly, helpful staff and the calm, comfortable atmosphere. The location is slightly outside central Copenhagen, but it makes a perfect base for relaxing stays and exploring the city by bike or short ride. The on-site dining and bar add a nice touch to the overall experience

Traveling with family, the hotel's environment, service attitude, and breakfast were all excellent! The staff were very friendly! The room was a bit small compared to what we're used to in China. Also, they provide flip-flops here, so if you're not used to them, remember to bring your own regular slippers.

Nice cozy hotel directly on the Nyhavn. Nice staff, easy and fast check in and out. Parking on the Hotel parking right on the Hotel. Rich and delicious breakfast. Rooms were not too large and through the bars in the Rooms that make the room comfortable, but you had just been, especially when you are big, a slightly ended feeling. But everything in all a very nice stay

This is a fantastic hotel with excellent management. Since we booked a room at the last minute, it wasn't ready yet. The front desk helped us find a place to rest while we waited for our room key. After five minutes, they apologized for the wait and upgraded our room. The staff were incredibly welcoming; everyone greeted us proactively. The room was very comfortable, and I loved the decor—all the raw materials like wool, linen, wood, and stone. Entering the room felt incredibly relaxing; I really appreciated the natural materials. The breakfast was fantastic and delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Copenhagen; I loved it!

Recommended for adult holidays It is relatively quiet because it is limited to adults. Breakfast is also very delicious. The room was large and very cozy. The amenities were very substantial and I was happy to have a toothbrush. I have used the same series of hotels before, but I am glad that the eco and natural amenities are substantial. There are slippers in the room, but I think it is convenient to prepare sandals in the pool. It is highly recommended for those who want to spend a day at the hotel.

The traffic is very convenient and the service is very good
