The hotel is located not far from the station, and there’s a supermarket nearby. Within a 10-minute walk, there are some small restaurants, but be prepared—they’re too small to comfortably fit a family.
I have two major complaints about the hotel:
1. The booking didn’t mention that parking spaces are limited and not managed by the hotel staff, so anyone can park there. We arrived from Tokyo and had to use a paid parking lot near the hotel.
2. At breakfast, you have to wait in line because tables are cleared very slowly. You come down for breakfast and end up waiting about 15 minutes before you’re seated.
3. There’s no way to adjust the air conditioner temperature—only the fan speed. The room was very cold, and you could easily catch a cold.

Had a hard time understanding the check in process it was my first time using a love hotel , every thing is very private. The room itself was amazing. Lots of entertainment and an amazing Jacuzzi. Perfect place to recharge and refreshen after 15 days of walking.

BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at, not even exaggerating. Great breakfast, great amenities and right next to Iseshi station. I miss this hotel already and I’ve only just checked out! There’s a range of bath amenities to choose from and snacks for when you’re hungry, even a pillow bar to suit your needs!

The staff was excellent, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast was great... they even had udon. In the evening we were able to sit downstairs and have coffee and chocolate.

ホテルは寝るだけなので、お手頃&駅近&そこそこ綺麗ならばどこでも良いという思いでこちらを予約した所、予想以上に良いホテルで嬉しい衝撃でした！
①伊勢市駅から徒歩6分程度&道順も分かりやすい
②ホテルの近くにローソンがあり、足りない物も調達できる
③ホテルの近くに夜遅くまでやっている「KILLI BILLI」というカフェもある(クレープが有名のようでとても美味しかったです！食事系も美味しかったです！)(1日歩き回って疲れていたので、なるべく近場で食事を済ませたかったのですが、他のお店はほとんど閉まっていたのでとても有難かったです)
④ホテルのフロント脇にあるカフェ&バーの雰囲気も良く、店員さんのご対応も素敵で、朝食メニューのBLTサンドのパンももちもちでとても美味しかったです！(クッキーやスコーン、グラノーラヨーグルト、飲み物も美味しかったです)
⑤お部屋も綺麗で、必要最低限の物がしっかり揃っていて十分リラックスできました！(パジャマはフロント近くから自分で取っていくスタイルでした！部屋にはドライヤー、歯ブラシセットが置いてありました！)
⑥ホテル自体が良い意味でこじんまりしているので、どの部屋を選んでもエレベーターから部屋までの距離が近く良かったです！
⑦すぐ近くに伊勢神宮の別宮「月夜見宮」という神社があり、人がいないタイミングを狙ってお参りできるのも良かったです
また伊勢に訪れる際はこちらに泊まろうと思います。伊勢以外にも系列ホテルがあるようなので、そちらの地へ訪れる際は候補に入れようと思います。

東名阪道、亀山インターチェンジ降りてすぐ、ホテルの目の前にはファミリーマートもあり、立地は申し分ありません。
建物は結構古いと思います、部屋は小綺麗にされていました。
朝食のブッフェはすごくいいです。一推しの玉子かけご飯、かける醤油が10種類以上あり圧巻です。

Very closed to Kintetsu train station and good access to JR station.. Room is clean but need redecorating. Rceptioni staffs are very helpful. Bonus to have onsen spa on site.
Super market in front of the hotel and a drug store is 1 min walk. Good access to Ise Shrine.

Great location!
Waking up in early morning and walked to Meiotoiwa power spot was such a fresh start of the day.
Sea breeze and calm wave brought us a serene mind on our 2nd day of January.
However, room was quite outdate but clean. I was surprised by thin wall that you can heard the person next room singing song when they’re showering lol.
Breakfast line and space as well as private bath is quite limited. Better to arrive and early check in to pre book both BF time and private bath.

2203835****This hotel is located within the Nagashima Onsen Resort, boasting beautiful surroundings and well-equipped rooms with plenty of entertainment facilities. The service is attentive and friendly, and the buffet offers a rich selection of food. The hot springs are incredibly relaxing, and the outdoor rotenburo garden is spacious and stunning.

KKennyDuring my recent stay at Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu, I had a mixed experience, resulting in an overall rating of 3 out of 5. While the hotel was generally acceptable, there were some notable drawbacks.
One major issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the rooms. I was disappointed to find a significant number of insects on the walls, which was quite unpleasant and off-putting. As a result, I had to deduct points and give it a rating of 3 out of 5 for cleanliness.
Additionally, compared to my previous stay at another Hotel R9 location, the price at Yard Tsu was slightly higher. However, it was still within an acceptable range considering the overall quality of the hotel.
Despite the drawbacks, I must mention that the hotel's staff were courteous and attentive, providing decent service throughout my stay.
In conclusion, while Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu has some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, its reasonable price and satisfactory service make it an acceptable choice for a short stay. However, I would recommend management to address the cleanliness issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests.

GGuest UserWe were quite happy with the hotel, which was fairly new and service staff were very helpful. While preparing my toast, a staff came back again to offer a tray. The common area was fairly adequate with a lot of seating, access to a microwave, small stove and fridge. As an added bonus, there is aluminium foil and plastic wrap available.
Room size was decent, and the design of the layout was good.
The hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere, and it was noticed staff were extra careful to explain with the restaurants nearby.

Mmaya0309I made a reservation to go to the Tsu Fireworks Festival.
It was about a 20-minute walk to the fireworks venue,
so it was very convenient!!
It's also nice that there are four types of private baths so you can relax in them.
I'd love to stay here again when I come to Tsu!!

CCOCOSK8I stayed without meals to watch sports. It's about １５ minutes walk from Ueno City Station, but it was very helpful because the rental car was nearby. There were plenty of restaurants such as Sukiya and Komeda Coffee in the neighborhood, which was more convenient than in front of the station. The room is an old building, but it was nice to be clean and clean.

GGuest UserIt's a twin room, but it might be perfect for someone who wants to feel a little luxurious by themselves! The shower and toilet are separate, and the sink is also separate! It's also great for people who want to buy things at the hotel and take them home for dinner! There's even a microwave in the room!

ららむあんこUpon arrival, they played a welcome drum. The room was nicely cleaned and we had a pleasant stay. There was a wide variety of dishes at dinner, more than we could eat, but since it was in our room, we were able to enjoy it at our leisure. The bath was lovely with a tatami floor.
I was told that toothbrushes were charged, but this was not listed in the hotel details, so it would be nice if this was stated. It would also be helpful if amenities were placed so that only those who wanted them could choose them.
There were two sets of towels and bath towels in the room, which were great to be able to use for bathing twice a day, at night and in the morning.
The staff also gave us detailed explanations.

GGuest UserAn old style western hotel but in general clean. The staff very nice and helpful. I asked them to help phone a restaurant make booking. I didn't realize the restaurant did not open yet. The hotel staff tried calling the restaurant a few times but no one answered. Finally, the hotel staff sent the restaurant a message. I didn't request the hotel staff to do so but they did it on their own. Without the hotel message to the restaurant, we would not be able to have a nice osyter buffet. Thanks them very much. If I have to complain, I should say they have to clean the bath room more thoroughly. The toilet and bath room inside the room were just totally renovated a few years but there were already black stains and mould on the wall near the bath tub. Also, there's dust on the hand rail in the toilet.
