The location is very convenient as it is located beside SM and other major malls. The rooms are clean but some must already be repaired. We had to change rooms twice because AC was not cold and because door was too hard to open. But, the front desk were kind and immediately accommodated our concerns. A good restaurant is located on the ground floor. Make sure to drop by!

Great facilities and good service. The staff was very accommodating to every question and request. A beautiful view from their rooftop bar. Will definitely recommend this as a comfortable place to rest and relax.

We got to check in immediately and whenever we have requests, they would see to it that it will be catered right away. The breakfast was also good and the personnel were approachable 🫶🏻 we had a great stay overall.

The location is very good. Less than 5 minutes walk from Gaisano Mall. Easy to check in. Room is okay that is enough for 2-3 days sleep. Price is good. They have towel,soap and shampoo. Also have TV and fridge. You can ask for a hairdryer if you want. They have water dispenser on the hallways which is very good! It would be nice if they have cups for coffee.

Its nice hotel very accessible to the main city of ozamiz....very clean and natures friendly ....

It has a Swimming Pool but small. Although it may not meet my criteria of the kind of Pool whenever we Go to resorts, the island is surrounded by beaches and mountains that we ought to treck and swim upon. But the place has a Very nice ambiance. Cool music on evening gigs, and kids Amenities to compensate for lack of Space. Hence tic tac toes, chess, and other puzzles are free to use during lul Times. True to its name, its a Good place to unwind. The staffs are friendly, courteous, and chill.

It was a beautiful holiday vacation again here in camiguin and where choice to stay in mabini lodge, everything is absolutely perfect staff is friendly and accommodating as well good ambiance and classy room !!! All I can say it was enjoyable stay in mabini lodge!!! Me and my partner was so much enjoyed stay in place thank you!!!

The place is family friendly. The atmosphere is really cozy. Its cold at night so you guys should bring a jacket ✌️The view from above is breath taking. They have 4 types of pools with an infinity view of the city of cagayan. They have a play area in the poll for the kids. My kiddos like it the most. It was a fun experience. The room is big and it has a balcony. Thank you.

It was a 40-minute drive from the airport. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast great - special mention to the coffee. The staff are courteous and very accomodating. They have a free wi-fi which a good way to stay connected especially this was a business trip.

From arrival until departure, I felt welcomed. The rooms were clean and efficient. The beds, especially the pillows were very comfortable. Hot water worked well. It’s right along the national highway so very convenient. And the restaurant on the top floor was so good that I ate there both nights instead of going out looking for a meal. I will definitely stay there again.

I am really disappointed about the staffs I dont know what is her name but she cant treated us well, she shows attitude to us and I hate that, we are open minded and understanding of all the protocols and policies in the hotels but you’re staffs is very attitude is it because we are still young? we paid exact amount! and all we need is to enjoy that place but your staffs are very attitude I hope you will train them a right manners! ps*I wont go back anymore*

we went to this on dec 28, 2021 at 2pm. hoping that we will just check in because were already tired from travelling from zamboanga to CDO. and we already paid our reservations 2 weeks before our trip. yet, when arriving at their counter. their front desk employee told us that there were no more available rooms. (see how stupid their ways of processing works ? and we cant even park our vehicle properly. their free parking means that its 2 blocks away from the actual hotel -_-. and they didnt even mention that. but the worst part is. on our 2nd day of vacation. my family and i decided to go to seven seas water park. that means we need to leave early and to leave our hotel for the whole day. and so we did. on the 3rd day. dec 30, 2021. my brother notice that his money worth 5000 thousand pesos was taken from his wallet inside our room. where he left it. and so after noticing that we got rob. we decided to confront the hotel asking them to show their footage of their cctv. and they denied us. they said, ( only their manager has the password for their cameras.) and so what we did is we ask for the number of their manager to inform them about our situation. when speaking to the manager. She was already screaming at my mom through their phone saying that my mom violated their boundary, saying that she trespass to their counter. do you guys hear how stupid thats sounds ? were the ones who got rob and yet their the ones who are more angrier . to fact that the room has only one entry and its the front door of that room, its means that they used the spare key of our room to get inside and stole my brothers money. so my brothers and my mom went to the nearest police station to report the incident. after reporting it, 2 of the police officers went with them from the police station to the hotel. after the police office confronted them , they immediately attend the police office with their IT head to access their cctv. why didn't they do this when we were asking for it ? . after hours of checking the cctv they told us (my family and the police) that their cctv are not recording anything.

This is our 3rd time at this resort and we returned because of positive experiences in the past. We came in the late 90s and 2012. Pros: Mango shake! Mango shake! Mango shake! Their bar makes the best in the Philippines! In front of our room, hotel has hanging racks for wet gear / clothes which was very helpful. The pool is still amazing and now has lifeguards. They have a small “beach” area now which wasn’t available in our prior visits. The resort has beautiful greenery everywhere, and tons of upgrades and expansion since our last visit. Resort is walking distance to the boats that will take you to White Island. Cons: Keep your hotel towels close to you at all times. If you happen to lose one, they charge a crazy amount. It drove my family of 7 counting towels. Bring your own, don’t use theirs. We stayed in the 6 person family room with the loft on top. The paint on the spiral 🌀 staircase would get sticky when wet. You will then track blue prints everywhere. They may have used the wrong type of paint for the metal stairs.

We had a very relaxing stay at this place. The staff service is superb from our arrival to departure. We rented the upper unit and the view from the room balcony is stunning- you can see White island. They have a pool, a basketball ring, several spots for photos for your Insta and a separate building to eat and chill. However, it was too cold during the time we went there so we did not use the pool, but that's fine. Staff are very courteous and would ask us if we had eaten yet (when arriving from our daily trips in the city center at night). Food is reasonably priced, delicious and they give generous portions. We only ate breakfast there since we were in the city proper for lunch and dinner. You could also opt to have your food and drinks delivered in your balcony. They also have a bar- I ordered the Espresso Martini and it was delicious. Wifi is strong- they have Starlink and even though there were times the electricity was out (they have a generator though), Wifi connection was there. We worked a bit during the nights we stayed there and the Wifi was strong, especially in the balcony. It fogged 3 out of 4 days that we stayed there and it feels like we are in Baguio haha. We did not use the AC in the room because it was already cold. The bathroom was also very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Going to the location would take us 15-20 mins via rented motor, just be careful with the road since there are many curves, foggy road, but overall, okay. Also, we went there Dec 2024 and it gets dark very quickly at night so if you are from the city, be sure to go to Paraiso by 5:30 pm since the road going there is not lighted. Road is also passable via car since we passed some on the road. They have parking for your car and motor also. Going there, you can pass by Utopia Cafe and beyond the road from Bintana sa Paraiso is Nanaw Cafe- good food also. Overall, a very recommended place if you want to relax in Camiguin. Shoutout to the front desk manager -Jayr and the other staff for inviting us to their Christmas party- VERY FUN!

I would like to thank the owner of Txaleta Ma'am Milet and her hubby for the excellent accommodating hospitality especially the welcome drinks and towels such an exceptional service rendered just like home. The facilities in the room are eco friendly and well groomed. They offer bag, water bottles, towels That can be used for Island hopping and going to some scenic spots. Moreover, they have delicious breakfast, beverage and Full meal of your choice. I love the homely ambiance, cliff scenery overlooking seaview. At night, the surrounding was peaceful just hearing birds chirping pleasant to ears. I had 2 great night sleep with soft comfortable bed. I will definitely come back soon. Although, the hotel is on going construction but the facilities could still cater what's needed. 😍

We had 3 pleasant nights there. It is quiet and you only hear the waves and the wind. The houses are in Bamboo and we slept very well. The staff is very accomodating, very professional and speak a very good english. They really make sure that you enjoy your stay, and in case of issue with some planned activities (For example if the sea become too dangerous), then they offer immediately other activities to compensate. We will definitely come back

Our quick stay was nice. The pool was spectacular! We enjoyed it so much! Our room was okay. We were initially offered with a bigger room as there were 5 of us but we chose to stay in the 4 person cabana as we found the bigger room stuffy and the toilet was sunken. The receptionist was very nice and quick to respond to this request. Our cabana was fine but the hotel could look into ”child proofing” the room as the double deck corners are a bit dangerous. We had to wrap the corners with bath towels. The sliding doors of the toilet and shower room could also do a little maintaining as they were already rusty. We loved the garden and surrounding area. It was so serene and gave us a very relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for morning coffee. The chicken bbq we had for dinner by the pool area was very tasty. Our breakfast was okay. The location is good. It's not too far from the airport and walkable distance to the White Beach Port (around 30 mins) and restaurants. There's also a scooter renting place in front of the hotel entrance. The staff were very warm and helpful. They allowed us to store luggage in the reception area upon checkout while we went to the White Beach and wait for pick up. Kudos to Benj and Grace for their top-notch hospitality and honesty! We highly recommend this for a budget friendly stay.

Sehr ruhig etwas abseits (100m) der Hauptstraße gelegen. Wünsche oder kleine Reparaturen werden sofort erledigt. Das Frühstück wird den Wünschen des Gastes angepasst und das gesamte Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Ich habe selten so eine Herzlichkeit erlebt, dankeschön dafür. Touren kann man direkt im Hotel günstig buchen, der Fahrer und Guide geht auf alle Wünsche ein. Der Pool, die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr sauber, die Toiletten machen hier zu anderen Resorts einen großen Unterschied, selten so sauber erlebt. Motorbiks können direkt hier zu einem attraktiven Preis gebucht werden Einzig der fehlende Kühlschrank/Minibar in den gehobenen Zimmern ist ein Kritikpunkt und in dieser Klasse eigentlich Standard. Aber jetzt bloß keine Angst vor warmen Getränken haben, in der Küche unten kann der Kühlschrank mit benutzt werden. Zusammengefasst, wer sich erholen will und ein tolles Ambiente möchte ist hier genau richtig.
