Останавливаемся в этом отеле второй раз, первый раз были в 2021 году. Своевременное заселение. Большой просторный номер из двух комнат, довольно чисто, свежее постельное бельё. Красивый вид из номера, мы были на 5ом этаже. Есть всё необходимое, зубные щётки, гель для душа, шампунь, тапочки, халаты. В холодильнике платный мини-бар. В номере нет чайника, но в коридоре стоит куллер с горячей и холодной водой. Завтраки вкусные и очень сытные, в соседнем с отелем доме. При уборке каждый день меняют полотенца и добавляют гигиенические принадлежности. Выбираешь по меню, в котором отмечаешь нужные блюда, чтобы на утро их приготовили: на одного человека можно выбрать три горячих блюда и 2 напитка. Единственное, что немного расстроило, то это то, что на фото в номере был диван, и выбирали этот номер, в том числе, и из-за того что он там был, а при заселении оказалось, что вместо дивана 2 стула. Так же, в ванной комнате очень не удобно сделана занавеска для ванной, во первых, сама занавеска довольно узкая, а во вторых, штанга, её держащая, выполнена под наклоном, поэтому, как не двигай занавеску она закрывает только часть ванной и вода брызгается за её пределы, хотелось бы, чтобы этот нюанс исправили. Во всём остальном, могу сказать, что отель достойный, чтобы в него возвращаться вновь.

Расположение отеля супер, на набережной. Правда прямо ко входу не подъехать, нужно немного пройти по набережной, буквально пару шагов, для нас не было проблемой. Администраторы приветливые, очень гостеприимные, максимально быстро заселили, не смотря на ранний заезд. На крыше отеля терраса с красивыми видами. На этаже кулер с водой, утюг. Номер немного уставший, но уборка хорошая, всё необходимое в номере есть. Над отелем пролетают самолёты, слышно сильно, для нас не критично было, мы используем беруши. Из минусов выделю очень плохую шумоизоляцию, слышно всех и отовсюду. Также из минусов отмечу ужасный матрас, как гамак, вдвоём спать неудобно.

Останавливалась в этом отеле. Очень чисто, уютно! Атмосфера расслабления в этом отеле. У меня была пересадка в Адлере. Выбрала этот отель и не разочаровалась! В этом отеле есть номера с террасами, я думаю это будут идеальные номера для отдыха на длительном пребывании. Очень хороший персонал на ресепшене, доброжелательный.

Очень хорошее место, с удовольствием бы остановилась там снова. В номере есть все необходимое (чайник, посуда, есть даже гладильная доска с утюгом и дополнительная подушка). Предоставляют также дополнительное полотенце для посещения бассейна Расположение удобное, до моря 10 минут пешком, в пешей доступности также много магазинов и кафешек, где можно поесть Прямо около отеля останавливается 30 автобус, на котором можно добраться до некоторых достопримечательностей Единственное неудобство - долго добираться от аэропорта. За такси придется отдать от 3000 рублей. Можно добраться на автобусах, но поездка займет около 2 часов и с пересадкой

It was very cold coming from the window, the radiator under the window was barely warm, and we set the air conditioner to heat, but the maximum it produced was 22 degrees Celsius (72 degrees Fahrenheit) (the temperature showed on the screen). It was freezing, and the air conditioner certainly didn't blow 27 degrees Celsius. Overall, I think this is unacceptable in a hotel of this standard. Overall, everything was fine, but... the above spoiled the whole experience.
