The hotel is located in the Central district of the city, next to the Sochi TV Tower. Nearby are the Mercure beach, the A.F. Debolskaya Organ and Chamber Music Hall and the New Sochi Theater. The distance to the airport is 22.8 km, to the railway station - 1.2 km.
The rooms offered are bright and cozy, with all the amenities for living: air conditioning, a bed and a wardrobe. The private bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and hygiene products, in addition, there is a bathrobe and slippers. There is a refrigerator for storing food, a kettle and dishes for a convenient snack.
You can have a full meal in the hotel restaurant. A small recreation area with a children's playground is organized for guests.

Отель на горе, но прогулка не утомительна. Хочется отметить вкусные завтраки. Очень хороший ароматный кофе. С удовольствием вернемся."

GGuest UserОстанавливаемся в этом отеле второй раз, первый раз были в 2021 году. Своевременное заселение. Большой просторный номер из двух комнат, довольно чисто, свежее постельное бельё. Красивый вид из номера, мы были на 5ом этаже. Есть всё необходимое, зубные щётки, гель для душа, шампунь, тапочки, халаты. В холодильнике платный мини-бар. В номере нет чайника, но в коридоре стоит куллер с горячей и холодной водой. Завтраки вкусные и очень сытные, в соседнем с отелем доме. При уборке каждый день меняют полотенца и добавляют гигиенические принадлежности. Выбираешь по меню, в котором отмечаешь нужные блюда, чтобы на утро их приготовили: на одного человека можно выбрать три горячих блюда и 2 напитка. Единственное, что немного расстроило, то это то, что на фото в номере был диван, и выбирали этот номер, в том числе, и из-за того что он там был, а при заселении оказалось, что вместо дивана 2 стула. Так же, в ванной комнате очень не удобно сделана занавеска для ванной, во первых, сама занавеска довольно узкая, а во вторых, штанга, её держащая, выполнена под наклоном, поэтому, как не двигай занавеску она закрывает только часть ванной и вода брызгается за её пределы, хотелось бы, чтобы этот нюанс исправили. Во всём остальном, могу сказать, что отель достойный, чтобы в него возвращаться вновь.

The room itself is spacious, easy to fit a snowboard cheque on the floor and even a bicycle) That is, all you need for short-term stay. Bed large, mattress even more or less, but already sold in places.
Of the downsides: smells of carpet with a tuchet, socks or something like that. Make cleaning the floor cover! Restaurant on the ground floor with twisted reviews do not visit, I do not recommend. Around many other beautiful institutions worthy of your attention.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a day through Trip.com, very convenient location in the very center of Sochi, quick check-in, cleanliness in the hotel! Good new linen, soft mattresses. It was interesting to see the block with amenities for 12 rooms. Everything is very civilized and clean. There is a restaurant with a buffet, breakfasts, lunches, dinners. In the block there is a kitchen with a microwave, dishes, refrigerator. The bathrooms are very clean! The plumbing is new. Thanks to the hotel for the opportunity to stay at affordable prices in the city center.

OOLEGOf the pluses is a good restaurant and a free sauna with a swimming pool. The room is small but decent, not ripped, a sauna. But the downsides were more.

There is no hotel access from the word at all. You will be loaded directly from the track under the enabled emergency. No parking too. Search where to put the car on your fear and risk.

To the honour of the hotel staff, despite the unreturned tariff, they agreed not to take the payment for unexpected days. However, they said that the issue needs to be resolved with Trip.com. And here the whole rotten essence of this resource came out. Support for two days could not solve the issue. And eventually stated that they were not against, but, NOTE, the mediator through which they work refused to return. Money is small. Let them suppress. If there is any sense in travel abroad, use the Russian Federation booking on Trip.com I do not advise you. Support is slow and unradiated. Work through layers that have a decisive word in disputed issues. There was hope that here she was replacing ************. However, alas, it is not Bucking.

RRAVILLived one day, in a room without a window. But that's not a problem. The air conditioner worked well, it was comfortable. Good mattress, clean bathroom! polite staff treatment. VVALERIIA BORNРасположение отеля супер, на набережной. Правда прямо ко входу не подъехать, нужно немного пройти по набережной, буквально пару шагов, для нас не было проблемой. Администраторы приветливые, очень гостеприимные, максимально быстро заселили, не смотря на ранний заезд. На крыше отеля терраса с красивыми видами. На этаже кулер с водой, утюг. Номер немного уставший, но уборка хорошая, всё необходимое в номере есть. Над отелем пролетают самолёты, слышно сильно, для нас не критично было, мы используем беруши. Из минусов выделю очень плохую шумоизоляцию, слышно всех и отовсюду. Также из минусов отмечу ужасный матрас, как гамак, вдвоём спать неудобно.

GGuest UserОстанавливалась в этом отеле. Очень чисто, уютно! Атмосфера расслабления в этом отеле. У меня была пересадка в Адлере. Выбрала этот отель и не разочаровалась! В этом отеле есть номера с террасами, я думаю это будут идеальные номера для отдыха на длительном пребывании. Очень хороший персонал на ресепшене, доброжелательный.

AAnastasiiaОчень хорошее место, с удовольствием бы остановилась там снова. В номере есть все необходимое (чайник, посуда, есть даже гладильная доска с утюгом и дополнительная подушка). Предоставляют также дополнительное полотенце для посещения бассейна
Расположение удобное, до моря 10 минут пешком, в пешей доступности также много магазинов и кафешек, где можно поесть
Прямо около отеля останавливается 30 автобус, на котором можно добраться до некоторых достопримечательностей
Единственное неудобство - долго добираться от аэропорта. За такси придется отдать от 3000 рублей. Можно добраться на автобусах, но поездка займет около 2 часов и с пересадкой

SSVETLANA SOCHIIf we hadn't been freezing, I wouldn't have paid attention to such trivial details as the trash in the trash bin from the previous tenants, the inability to connect to the Wi-Fi, and the broken TV. It was impossible to watch anything, apparently because the internet was so weak that the TV would try to connect, but it never actually played anything. The same thing happened with the Wi-Fi. It was very cold coming from the window, the radiator under the window was barely warm, and we set the air conditioner to heat, but the maximum it produced was 22 degrees Celsius (72 degrees Fahrenheit) (the temperature showed on the screen). It was freezing, and the air conditioner certainly didn't blow 27 degrees Celsius. Overall, I think this is unacceptable in a hotel of this standard.
Overall, everything was fine, but... the above spoiled the whole experience.
