Das Personal war freundlich, hat aber ständig alles verwechselt. Dreimal mussten wir zur Rezeption, um unsere Reservierung zu bestätigen. Das Versprechen, das Taxi umzubuchen wurde nicht erfüllt. Perfekte Lage. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Ziemlich gutes Frühstück.

We had been very expecting to come because of the high assessment. Unfortunately, our room was on the first floor without lift in a dependence just a few meters from the reception. We received three keys to get through three doors to our room. The breakfast was already in the room for two days. The eggs had to be cooked themselves. But there were a few portions that had to be reordered. The room was modernly furnished and offered good comfort, but was not too big. The reception didn't even call us a taxi, we had to do that ourselves. Tours were not available at all.
