Fantastic hotel: great location (2 minutes walking distance to the central railway station and 2-5 minutes walking distance to a large number of stores and restaurants in the city center, the ”Pir, and ”Atollen”), wonderful view, fantastic breakfast, fantastic restaurant (named NOR)… Great service, wonderful staff, clean and quite room with a wonderful view…

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the lake and within walking distance. Typical continental breakfast, good👍. The hotel has its own parking lot, which costs an additional 110kr, which is very convenient and safe. The family room has four beds, which is enough for family travel. Recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in the center of town, about 8 minutes walk from Tranas train station. The breakfast is delicious, and the lunch is a buffet, about 150 kronor, and the taste is also good. The room is very clean, but the hardware in the room, such as the wardrobe, table and chairs, are not strong enough and the material feels poor. The shower area in the bathroom is narrow and small.

Nice basic hotel. For us at least quiet. A walk to the center. A small room, would have been needed more space for the storage of the goods. The third accommodation in the same room would have been funny already, but the rotating floor bed was still for the third.

Ny og pænt værelse, dog uden den sædvanlige indretning. Der var ikke noget TV på værelset og ingen WIFI.

Am Abend nach einer sehr langen Anreise haben wir fast eine Stunde vor der Tür gesessen, Emails geschrieben und versucht jemand telefonisch zu erreichen. Irgendwann erhielten wir eine Email mit dem Zugangscode für die Eingangstür und einer Information wo wir drinnen den Schlüssel zu unserem Zimmer finden könnten. Die Betten waren nicht bezogen und wir konnten auch in keinem der Schränke konnten wir keine Bettwäsche finden. Drei Tage zuvor hatten wir von der Unterkunft eine Nachricht NUR auf Schwedisch erhalten, welcher dieser nette Satz in fetten roten Lettern vorangestellt war: ”Security Alert: This message was composed and sent by the property. If it includes any request for payment or sensitive details such as credit card information, please exercise caution. We recommend verifying the information with customer service to avoid potential risks.” In der Email wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass man für 95 kr/person das populäre Frühstück und für immerhin 140 kr/person Bettwäsche hinzubuchen könne. Wie dies zu bewerkstelligen sei, ging allerdings nicht aus der Email hervor. Vermutlich hätte man eine Email senden sollen. Auch aus der wiedermal nur Schwedisch vorhandenen Website des Vandrarhems war dies nicht ersichtlich. Da bei Trip.com nirgendwo die Rede von hinzuzubuchender Bettwäche oder Frühstück war, ging ich davon aus, bzw. hoffte, dass diese in unserer Buchung enthalten sein würden. Fälschlicherweise, wie sich herausstellen sollte :( Insgesamt eine ernüchternde Erfahrung aufgrund schlechter Abstimmung und Information. Ansonsten machte das HHV einen sauberen und ordentlichen Eindruck - und wäre Sie bezogen gewesen, wäre auch gegen die Betten nichts einzuwenden gewesen.

Wooled in a bungalow with views of the waters. Absolutely good options with completely ok breakfast.

Excellent for a business trip. Enough space for sleeping and a desk for laptop working. Nice morning buffet with a good vararity of food and drinks.

If you don’t have to stay in this city for one night, try not to stay. Breakfast is simple. The environment is generally not recommended. You can consider staying in a larger hotel in a nearby big city.
