Hotel 2-Star di Hessen, Germany

The room was tiny; we had to put our luggage on the bed to open it. European hotel beds are generally small, and no one cleaned our room during our several-day stay—there was basically no service. The front desk staff seemed to be just going through the motions, chatting amongst themselves, and didn't seem particularly fond of Chinese guests. There was road construction nearby, so taxis had to take a long detour and still couldn't get close. There's absolutely nothing around the hotel, just residential areas. You could walk for 15 minutes and not find a single restaurant. It's right by the highway and feels very desolate.

It was good to be close to Frankfurt station The rest was normal. The room rate was cheap. It's enough to stay. I would like to stay again when I go to Frankfurt.

Budget level of hotel, front desk receptionists are not all well trained, some didn’t know the exact staying rules, I paid extra 1 night before arrival due to flight delay, but staff is asking for additional charges for the very same day booking, (they corrected the mistake eventually though). Cleaning staff work quality is not consistent. Some ladies are doing great job, some guys are barely finish the room cleaning task. Not holiday inn standard that I expected.

The counter staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a typical German breakfast, including bread, ham, cheese, and cereal. It's very close to the subway station, a 5-minute walk, and there are several supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and dm drugstores nearby. The downside... the hot water pressure in the shower is unstable, sometimes fluctuating between hot and cold.

Good room, good location, right next to the Rebstockbad terminus of tram line 17. Breakfast OK (but the eggs were only boiled). Friendly staff. The only active elevator goes to every floor where someone has pressed the button.

We stayed one night at the niu Charly in Frankfurt, just across from the Hauptbahnhof. The hotel itself was excellent — modern, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast on the top floor was a highlight, with a full selection and great views. The location was super convenient, as we dropped off our rental car at the station and walked straight to the hotel. The only thing to be aware of is the area around the station. It’s very busy, with a lot of street activity and groups of people around, especially in the evening. We felt safe inside the hotel, but less so walking outside at night. During the day it was easier, and the hotel staff and facilities were fantastic. Overall, a great hotel in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience — just keep in mind the character of the station district if you’re planning your stay.

The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are new and complete, and there is a small kitchen. The place is one stop away from Frankfurt Airport and very close to the exit of S8/S9. It is also very convenient to go to the city. When I went, the apartment building was still being renovated and the elevator could not be used, but there was security to help with luggage. Overall, I was satisfied and recommended.

Highly satisfied! The room was impeccably clean. The mattress, in particular, was incredibly comfortable, rating around an 8-9 on the firmness scale. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, including eggs, sausages, bread, coffee, orange juice, tea, milk, and cereal. The orange juice was especially delicious!

Really nice hostel, clean room and bathroom. The staff are helpful and kind. The only slight downfall is the location, it’s not very close to the city centre but the walk is 40ish minutes walk to most of the famous attractions. Other than that, it is a easy to find and a good hostel
