Our two-night stay was fine, and we didn't have any specific issues with the room. The only minor point was that in the twin room, the space between the beds felt a bit too narrow. Please note that the dryer is out of order.

It was close to Leipzig Central Station and the room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were good for the price. I would like to make a reservation if I have a chance to come to Leipzig again.

The staff were all excellent and helpful.
Cleanliness could be improved; the pillowcases and sheets had mildew spots. Fortunately, I had a spare sleeping bag.
The hostel's facilities were somewhat lacking.

Only downside no aircon
But is reflected in price for area
The reception and bar people were lovely
There is some vegan options , ..an outside veranda
Couple minutes from train station
Would for sure stay again , perhaps not during a heatwave , but it was great and aimed to make things easy for travellers, a luggage scale downstairs also.

1. Self Check-in Automat is very self-conscious, presents as birth year 2008 and cannot be corrected.
All data already entered during the booking are not automatically available, but must be entered again.
2. Door closed without function, good half hour waiting for housemaster.
There are left-hand telephone slips before reaching the hotline/noise number, I don't understand this under an emergency number.
It would have been better to provide an alternative room immediately.
3. No invoice corresponding to the booking / the amount paid. (Invoice amount is 20% lower than the invoice amount. What is that for a booking / you could also use the word fraud and/or tax evasion.
As a business traveler, this is a whole disaster
Conclusion:
as a business traveler, the hotel is completely inappropriate

This place is in the middle of the city centre. Such a convenient location. Its so beautiful and too good to be a hostel. The staff was super friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend. They do have a breakfast on the lounge and gave a 10% discount on my first drink in the bar, which i find pretty awesome.

The accommodation is very central to the city centre. The reception lady is friendly and nice. The room was convenient and clean.
What we didn't know that refugees were located there that require security 24/7 and therefore have renounced reservation for breakfast because it came like in a youth hostel. This should be solved differently for hotel guests. Despite 24/7 Security and payment of parking fees, the car disk was shot at night, for several vehicles. In this situation, the staff was completely overloaded.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The room is slightly smaller but well-equipped and feels quite modern and stylish. Convenient transportation, there is a tram stop in the past three minutes. Self check-in, did not find the front desk successfully, but the front desk clerk also served the lobby bar waiter, very busy, so I waited for a few minutes, but the waiter's attitude is still very good.

GGuest UserEl lugar tiene unas buenas habitaciones, aisladas del ruido exterior, con cortinas y una estructura que no molesta a quienes duermen abajo por quienes están en la cama de arriba. La cocina está bien equipada. Los baños tienen buen espacio y son completos. Los espacios comunes son buenos sin embargo no son tan cómodos si uno quiere estar fuera de la habitación por bastante tiempo. El aseo de los baños, especialmente de las duchas puede mejorar. Pero en términos generales es un muy buen hostel. Tiene cerca transporte público y almacenes para comprar comida así como restaurantes.

The location is great. Affordable places to eat and a Rewe are very close. The building is located in a quite backyard. You can sleep like a baby in the wild heart of the Neustadt and you can easily go to bars and dancing locations or have a drink at their own bar in the same building. Across the street you can dance at the „Ostpol“, Glühwein and beer gardens, designers and tons of art are just around the corner. I recommend leaving the tram at the „Bischofsweg“ station. There is also a Café at that corner where you can get gluten-free pancakes 😍

GGuest UserHave to explain why I’m giving 3/5 for cleanliness: I think there was a trash juice leakage in the stairway which left a trail and stank while I was staying. Other than that it’s a perfect place for solo travelling - good price to value, friendly staff, ease of checking in and out, adequate facilities and amenities... Overall it was a great experience
