The hotel is comfortable and clean, because it is new so everything is still good, but please give the reception at check-in, and we are asked to wait, and at the time asked how long to wait when the room is ready, the answer is .. I don't know, so the impression is not professional, can be replaced with ... we try as soon as possible, ok, that's it, overall everything is good, keep up the good work!

Got a room where the door wasn't closed, so you could see inside a little from the outside, the bathroom was pretty clean, only the toilet leaked, the price was okay, the bed was pretty comfortable

I stayed at Shakti Capsule Cihampelas in Bandung from May 11 to May 14, 2025. It was a great choice for my stay in the city. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Cihampelas, close to shops, food stalls, and attractions. I also rented a motorbike from RMB - Rental Motor Bandung, which made getting around even easier. The capsules were clean, cozy, and well-lit. I had a comfortable rest every night. The shared facilities, like the bathroom and common area, were always tidy. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The hotel staff were friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, it’s a solid option for solo travelers or anyone looking for an affordable, no-frills place to stay in Bandung. I would stay here again!

The clerk is friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Recommendations for staying. Only unfortunately, the rooms are not cleaned every day but 2 hours once unlike other hotels and the parking lot is not large.
