Hotel 2-Star di Southern Peninsula, Iceland

I booked this hotel because it's convenient for catching flights; the front desk can help me book a taxi to the airport. However, I booked a bed in a dormitory, which means I have to get up at 4 AM to catch my flight, but my roommates will be arriving around midnight. If you mind that, it's better to book a private room.

The hotel service was great, and the staff were warm and friendly. Both check-in and check-out were very efficient, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. However, the overall room environment and cleanliness were just average; some areas felt a bit dated, and there's room for improvement in detailed cleaning. The location is convenient for catching a flight or for a layover, as it's close to Keflavik Airport. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.

I chose the last accommodation before leaving Iceland. The accommodation was neat and quiet and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was great too.

We stayed our last night and were pleasantly surprised. Very nice atmosphere, with a good breakfast. Upon our arrival we were able to relax in the outdoor jacuzzi and enjoyed a very pleasant conversation with Cristina who welcomed us and made us feel at home. We would not hesitate to stay again
