Area is okayish although the building off-season is a bit creepy. 1 toilet and 1 shower per floor. Cleanish but the shower is super cramped so you will have to step in to be able to close the rest of the shower closet. Cabin is supposed to have some sort of TV and high tech functions but clearly this has not been mantained. Bed is extremely soft. I would have slept even better if the dorm light could be switched of; instead the light bled through the curtain opening, necessitating two different sleep masks. Free breakfast in the morning which is always nice!

Worth staying at this hostel for the price. This was my first solo backpacking trip, and the hostel was amazing. The receptionists were especially friendly. I arrived a bit early before check-in time, but the receptionist kindly let me check in, even though it was his lunch break. He explained all the amenities and showed the must-visit places in Milan on a map. He also offered to store my luggage, and when I felt a bit worried, he kept it safely under his desk. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

Auberge avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute : le premier soir de mon séjour, j'ai eu un petit souci avec mon lit et une solution a été trouvée dès le lendemain. Le dortoir exclusivement féminin où j'ai logé est peut-être un peu petit pour six personnes et la salle de bains aurait peut-être besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement...
Petit plus : le métro à 30 mètres qui vous emmène en 10-15 min dans le centre.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the station and super easy to find. The room, bed, bedsheets, and bathroom were all spotlessly clean—truly the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff at reception were incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful, which made the experience even better. I was welcomed with a coupon for free drink and had the chance to join a fun painting event where I got to take home my own painted tote bag. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! 🌟

Очень милый отель! Комната была супер уютной, милейший интерьер. По фото все не так представлялось. Для прогулок по городу нам было удобно, пару раз пользовались троллейбусом и метро рядом. GGuest UserOstello Bello Grande is a clean and comfortable youth hostel. The capsule beds are exceptionally clean, spacious enough, and provide a secure night's sleep. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The location is generally good, about 3 kilometers from Milan Central Station, requiring a short bus ride, which makes getting around quite convenient. It offers good value for money, and I highly recommend it for solo travelers!

Facilities were great, with some complimentary fruits, veggies, and condiments, plus a self-serve drink station (though some items like towels incur a charge). My roommates were lovely too. There's both indoor and outdoor space available, the location is excellent, and the directions provided were very clear.

BBavariaNothing particularly noteworthy. It's a bit out of the way, an apartment building that functions half as student dorms and half as a hotel. It's good if you're driving, as parking is available, and then you can take public transport into the city center.

AAmariel-aroundtheworldI had such a lovely stay at this hostel and I truly recommend it! Even though I only stayed for one night, my experience was amazing and I would absolutely come back on future trips.
The beds are very comfortable and the bed linen is 100% cotton, which I really appreciated — it makes such a difference for a good night’s sleep. The bathrooms are very clean and warm, which is especially nice after a long day out.
I stayed in an 8-bed room and everything was very well organized. The whole building is beautifully decorated and has a really nice, welcoming energy. You can feel that care has been put into the space.
The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. There’s also a garden and a terrace where you can enjoy coffee, tea, and water with free access. The kitchen offers free pasta, some vegetables, and other food options available for guests. I didn’t personally use this service, but it’s such a thoughtful touch to have it as an option.
It’s also a great place to connect with other solo travelers. They organize events like karaoke and comedy nights, which create a really fun and social atmosphere.
Overall, 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

I recently spent five nights at this hotel, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional service. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay, with all the amenities I needed to relax and unwind.
The hotel’s facilities were excellent—whether it was enjoying a delicious breakfast each morning or taking advantage of the convenient location to explore the area, everything exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the overall calm, pleasant atmosphere.

WWanderman ExplorerThe hostel is located 8 minutes walk from Milano Bovisa Politecnico train station. Direct train to and from Malpensa Airport T2 just takes 30 minutes. As far as getting around the city of Milano, there is a Tram-Bus stop (Bausan) just under 5 minutes walk from hostel (after the round about).
The 4 bedded sharing room comes with en-suite bathroom with timed hot showers. Bath towel available for rent at 2€. Hostel-wide WiFi access available. The in-house bar-bistro offers good selection of Italian and international fairs. For weary travellers the in-house dinning option is most appreciated.
During the day, the common area has a more co-working vibe. As the sun sets, the ambiance transitions to a buzzing vibrant bar-bistro.

GGgyydaochupaoThe location is great and the staff are really helpful. It's a huge bonus that the kitchen supplies are free. However, your experience really depends on your roommates. If you end up with snorers or messy people, it can be a real headache. I did, so I asked the front desk to help me switch rooms, and they were very cooperative and changed it immediately. Overall, it was still a good experience.

RReduan YusofWe stayed at Central Hostel BG as a family of three adults and two children, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very central and convenient for walking to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made travelling with kids much easier.
The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a family stay. The beds were comfortable, and the hostel was generally quiet at night, allowing everyone to rest well. The common areas were tidy and well maintained.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially when we needed assistance with directions and local information. We felt welcomed throughout our stay.
For families looking for affordable accommodation in a central location, Central Hostel BG is a good option. We would recommend it to families who value location, cleanliness, and friendly service.

SSzn YiVery nice and helpful people. Because of my different phone number used, I did not get the check-in procedure from them but lucky enough we arrived during the housekeeping time and met a very nice cleaning lady to help us contact the staffs and sorted everything out. Very nice and clean room with all amenities needed even with free coffee and water in the minibar. It looks just like how the photos displayed on the website. Fast and easy check in and check out. Free luggage locker in the apartment before check in and after check out. Location is pretty good, Metro M4 that goes directly to LIN airport is just around the corner and it takes only 15 min by foot to the city. But the mobile signal in the building is a bit weak, if the cleaning lady did not allow us to use the wifi, it’d be difficult for us to use our own mobile data to open the doors.
