The kitchen was poorly equipped with very few utensils, which didn't match the otherwise lovely decor. It was also uncomfortable to sleep without curtains. The USB charging port by my bed was broken. And I had to ask for bed sheets and mattress covers myself, which was a very odd arrangement.

This hotel in Venice is super convenient, less than 200 meters from the train station, and feels very safe. They even offer free luggage storage, which is a huge plus. Just remember to bring your own lock! 🔒

- two male workers bothered us twice !!! after we checked in. they wanted to fix the air conditioner, even though I told them we didn't need it!!!

The location is perfect, right in the center. The entire building and rooms have been recently renovated and are very stylish.
Our host, Lorenzo, greeted us warmly and friendly. We had a wonderful chat and were happy to help with any questions.
The rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, brand-new dishes, a corkscrew, glasses, a dishwasher... the bathroom has everything you need, and the bed and linens are so beautiful, we didn't want to wake up.
We'll definitely be back again!

Check in and out was straight forward, the hotel allowed us to leave a luggage with them the day before our check in. Room was clean and there was a good set of tv channels, with sufficient amenities for a night.
During check in, the counter staff initiated for us to collect breakfast boxes during our check out as we were leaving early but it was not the case when we eventually checked out; another guy simply said that it was unfortunate with no apology despite the guesthouse offering breakfast boxes to begin with.

Located near Ferrovia waterbus station and Santa Lucia train station. You’ll need to walk a lot or take the waterbus to other areas such as St Marks’s Square.
The staff were friendly and even provided us with packed breakfast as we had to checkout early in the morning (before Breakfast time).
The room was spacious - mini touch ups here and there will improve the room.
Will definitely stay here again if I have an early morning train to catch next time :)

No physical reception. Hotel difficult to find by the address given. We had to put the name of the hotel located opposite to find it more easily. Once in front of it, you have to call the number written on the door and it was not correct, however I had the one indicated in the reservation. Once inside, there is a pocket with the name and the room key on the reception counter and we have to look for our room. to just arrive, drop off your suitcases and leave it is okay but otherwise I would not recommend it.

My friend lost his bag at the vaporetto stop. The hotel staff immediately contacted the police, and he returned safely the next day. I'm truly grateful for their assistance.
The room had good air conditioning and was comfortable. For some reason, the central heating was on even though it was August, but the air conditioning was great and the room was always at a comfortable temperature. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pros: proximity to everything, if you want to explore, you can change mid-day, rest, and take a shower before heading out in the evening; breakfast is sufficient to satisfy your hunger, 24/7 COFFEE 😀, bathroom is clean, easy entry at night, quiet neighborhood. Cons: close to everything, it's a shame not to go, which means more walking.

NNati❤️An interesting place to stay when visiting Venice. Prices were good. It is a student dormitory (on 8 floors), while the last, 9th floor was opened as a hotel in March. The room is clean and has its own bathroom. We received a nice gift on arrival - a welcome card, water and vouchers for drinks at the hotel bar. There was a fridge in the room which is definitely a plus. The hotel is eco-friendly and at every step encourages through various forms to be eco-friendly as well. Hotel guests can use the gym, table football or billiards on the ground floor. If you don't feel uncomfortable in a student environment or like this kind of energy, this is an interesting concept to try. Breakfast was simple and sweet, the only salty touch being the option of toast. Staff was friendly and smiling. CX Mestre is very close to the Mestre train station from where you can get to Santa Lucia in Venice in a few minutes.

KKaty16The service was liked, left things in the morning and was furnished to walk. Settled in time, the room is small but everything for convenience is. The bathroom is visible to be renovated. There were soap facilities, fan, towels. For breakfast, cruassan, 2 buffets, jams, coffee. The hotel location is excellent. Of the shortcomings: it was a little dusty in the room and it was cool as well, but there are blankets and climate control.

BBuduThe room was big and spacious , and the view from our hotel was also good . We really liked and enjoyed . The only issue we had is the bathroom , it was on the second floor and we are on the first floor. When we asked about it on the reception , the staff on the time at 2 pm on 18-3 was quite rude. I dont know why she need to yell. Its better to say in a polite manner.
