建物は古いホテルを改装しているようです。トイレバスは昔ながらのビジネスホテルのユニットです。フロントや一階部分は今時の雰囲気になっています。立地も便利だし、ホテルは寝るだけならこの金額、充分ではなかろうかと。朝食は甘いパン、バナナ、ヨーグルト、*が毎日。連泊の場合はご注意を。

Персонал очень гостеприимный и воспитанный. Завтрак, это пригоршня риса, стакан сока, ещё что-то, толку никакого. Очень маленькая ванная комната. В туалете можно застрять. Стекло в окне комнаты матовое, ничего не видно. Кому это пришло в голову ??? Ощущение, ка -к будто спишь в капсуле, а не в отеле. Окна фактически нет. Доплатил, 500 Йен, переехал в прекрасный отель на другой стороне реки, на карте видно.

お遍路の旅で一泊しました。 静かな環境でぐっすり眠ることができました。
翌朝早く出発して松尾峠を越えて観自在寺へ徒歩で向かいました。 約２１キロです。
ホテル前のレストラン「かつ村」のとんかつがおいしかったです。

設施雖然比較老舊，但整體還算乾淨，大浴場開放17:00-21:00，冰箱與廁所都是共用，很像學生宿舍，空間算大，房間風景也好，遍路道上方便的住宿之一。

The hotel basically has everything we need for our stay in the Shimanto area. As I booked the hotel very cheaply, there is nothing to complain for such a price. They had a happy hour during the night time where they served drinks and curry rice. They also have breakfast which is sufficient enough to give us energy to start our day if adventure in the southwestern area of Kochi.

LLinyuRINGOThe hotel is about a ten to fifteen-minute walk from Nakamura Station. However, its proximity to souvenir shops, restaurants, and convenience stores makes it quite convenient. Just be aware that the nearby restaurant closes at 9 PM.
Breakfast is a complimentary buffet for guests. I can only say the Oden was delicious, but everything else was rather subpar.
It was fully booked due to Golden Week, so I couldn't switch to a non-smoking room. However, the window could be opened for fresh air and ventilation, and there was also a humidifier in the room, so I was still reasonably satisfied.

GGuest UserYou can see it’s a bit old hotel but the twin room we got was not too small unlike typical business hotel. There are signs of care of the people running the hotel, since as the staff, cleanliness, and so on. Reasonable for the location.

台台南WeiThe boss's English is very good and the service is friendly. The location was a little far from the station, but I drove myself, so it's not bad. The disadvantage is that the soundproofing is really bad. The neighbor speaks louder and I can clearly understand what is being said. Breakfast is just a simple salad with side dishes. ZZhanshiJLZNice hotel, the room is large, the dinner is very rich, and the shuttle service of Shifang Qingshui City is also provided. The underwater pavilion, the aquarium, and the tour trail are nearby, very convenient and the scenery is beautiful.

GGuest UserI went in after check-in time, but the bath wasn't ready. It was in the room so it wasn't a big problem, but if you're on a pilgrimage, you'll want to complain.
It's probably unavoidable due to the location of the inn, but since it's the main intersection in the town, the pedestrian signal sounds are pretty loud until 10pm. The signal doesn't change to a flashing light even after 10pm, so the sound of the engine revving when it goes from red to green is quite loud.
Finally, it's great that the toilet is in the room, but it was annoying that the washlet didn't work.

AAnonymous UserIt is best to check the navigation route when walking to Avan Hotel from Sukumo Station. The parking lot under the elevated road will go around a long way. The hotel also provides a welcome drink upon check-in, which is very good.

3330ma104It is full of Showa feeling, but it is very clean. 5 minutes walk from Kochi station. There is also a coin laundry, so you can wash it. There is a large communal bath and an open-air bath on the top floor, so you can get rid of your tiredness at once. I would definitely like to stay again when I go to Kochi.
