不錯，此酒店位置有點難找，但都能找到。
如有車就只限泊一次，及要晚上八點至翌日上午十點為止，優惠價日元800元（如自行入機就1200元），要向酒店前台買停車場券然後停到對面的停車場位。
房間是日式的尚可以，頂層有大浴場及露天浴池可以浸。如是女仕就先要向前台拿鎖匙然後到大浴池女湯門口自行開門。
早餐沒有什麼吃，建議訂此酒店就不要連早餐，因為款式太少。

部屋タイプ、本館と別館があり、よく分からなかったので直接ホテルに電話をし、本館＝新館との説明を受けました。それを確認して実際、本館を予約しましたが、訪れてみると、旧館の方を案内されました。
抗議をすると、謝罪はありましたが、旧館の価格での予約だと説明され、新館にするには差額が必要とのことで、仕方なく支払いました。
事前に電話で確認しているにもかかわらず、その対応には、納得しがたいですが、揉めるのもいやなので、差額を支払いました。
でもやはり、モヤモヤは残ります…
サイトで、誤解を招くような表示をすべきではないと思います。
朝食は皆様書かれているように、クオリティの高いものでした。全てを食べられなかったので、連泊したいくらいでした。
新館のシングルはかなり狭さを感じました。
お風呂は、どこが展望？という感じです。
洗い場が3箇所、これは少ないのではないでしょうか？
シャワーのカランの、出しっぱなしを防ぐための自動戻し、過去イチでの戻りが早く、驚きました。あっという間にお湯がストップして、流石にこれはちょっと使いにくいです。

Персонал очень гостеприимный и воспитанный. Завтрак, это пригоршня риса, стакан сока, ещё что-то, толку никакого. Очень маленькая ванная комната. В туалете можно застрять. Стекло в окне комнаты матовое, ничего не видно. Кому это пришло в голову ??? Ощущение, ка -к будто спишь в капсуле, а не в отеле. Окна фактически нет. Доплатил, 500 Йен, переехал в прекрасный отель на другой стороне реки, на карте видно.

The hotel basically has everything we need for our stay in the Shimanto area. As I booked the hotel very cheaply, there is nothing to complain for such a price. They had a happy hour during the night time where they served drinks and curry rice. They also have breakfast which is sufficient enough to give us energy to start our day if adventure in the southwestern area of Kochi.

LLinyuRINGOThe hotel is about a ten to fifteen-minute walk from Nakamura Station. However, its proximity to souvenir shops, restaurants, and convenience stores makes it quite convenient. Just be aware that the nearby restaurant closes at 9 PM.
Breakfast is a complimentary buffet for guests. I can only say the Oden was delicious, but everything else was rather subpar.
It was fully booked due to Golden Week, so I couldn't switch to a non-smoking room. However, the window could be opened for fresh air and ventilation, and there was also a humidifier in the room, so I was still reasonably satisfied.

GGuest UserYou can see it’s a bit old hotel but the twin room we got was not too small unlike typical business hotel. There are signs of care of the people running the hotel, since as the staff, cleanliness, and so on. Reasonable for the location.

ZZhanshiJLZNice hotel, the room is large, the dinner is very rich, and the shuttle service of Shifang Qingshui City is also provided. The underwater pavilion, the aquarium, and the tour trail are nearby, very convenient and the scenery is beautiful.

The staff at the reception and the staff who guided me around the building were also very polite.
The room opened the door in the single room and let me use two rooms for two people!

The room had a toothbrush and body towel on the washbasin.
The futon reminded me of a country house with an old-fashioned heavy bedding. laughter
The toilet and bath are shared, but I could use it without any problems without meeting or wearing it.
The building is old, but the location was good in front of the convenience store.

AAnonymous UserIt is best to check the navigation route when walking to Avan Hotel from Sukumo Station. The parking lot under the elevated road will go around a long way. The hotel also provides a welcome drink upon check-in, which is very good.
The hotel room is very quiet and clean, and the staff are very nice

3330ma104It is full of Showa feeling, but it is very clean. 5 minutes walk from Kochi station. There is also a coin laundry, so you can wash it. There is a large communal bath and an open-air bath on the top floor, so you can get rid of your tiredness at once. I would definitely like to stay again when I go to Kochi.

GGuest UserThere was a room type, the main building and the annex, and I didn't know it well, so I called the hotel directly and received an explanation with the main building ＝ new building. I confirmed it and actually booked the main building, but when I visited, I was guided to the old building.
When I protested, I apologized, but I was explained that it was a reservation at the price of the old building, and I had no choice but to pay for the difference to make it a new building.
Despite confirming by phone in advance, I was not convinced of the response, but I didn't like to rub it, so I paid the difference.
But after all, the moody remains ...
I don't think you should make misleading displays on the site.
Breakfast was of high quality as you wrote. I couldn't eat everything, so I wanted to stay for consecutive nights.
The single in the new building felt quite narrow.
Where is the view of the bath?
Isn't this less than three washrooms?
I was surprised that the automatic return of the shower curan to prevent it from being left out and the return in the past was quick. The hot water stops in a blink of an eye, and this is a little difficult to use.
