Hotel 2-Star di Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia

I’ve stayed in the girls dorm for 3 nights. The assigned me an upper bed because the lower beds were occupied. As I arrived late, they stored a key for me at the reception. When I wanted to get it there was no key for my specific room and locker. I also couldn’t reach someone via WhatsApp. I then went for shopping and when I came back I met a guy who works there. He was so nice and helped me to get a key with a spare locker. Thanks to him I could unpack my stuff and lock my valuables. In the room were three other girls. Two of them seem to live there for weeks. Not sure why they live there instead of an apartment … The room was nice, but could be cleaner. Especially the bathroom inside the room could be more cleaner. I also prefer bigger bathrooms where more people can get ready. The location of the hostel is close to the new metro and needs about 15 minutes by foot. A big supermarket (LuLu Hypermarket) is on the same way.

It needs to be completely renovated and renovated in a hotel and it's fired healthly, and there's a very unpleasant, unpleasant smell in its room, which is, God dear, I couldn't sleep well.

The room smelled great and was very clean and pleasing to the eye. There was a clean King size bed and a big Smart TV. Although, I wish they had left me with more than one towel and extra toilet paper. There was a mini fridge, microwave and Tea kettle which was great to have but they did not provide tea cups, tea bags, coffee, sugar etc.. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would come back again.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. To be honest the staff were very catering, I even checked out later than I was allowed to which I really appreciate from them and they let me leave my luggage in the hotel when I was leaving for a short while, would definitely recommend.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Riyadh. The rooms are well-equipped, though the beds in the twin room are a bit small, just enough for an adult who is 1.8m tall. It seems most twin rooms in Riyadh hotels have beds this size. There's a large Lulu supermarket just a 5-minute walk behind the hotel, which is super convenient for daily necessities.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was stunning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. The hotel’s location was also perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. the breakfast was average and can better

The hotel is comfortable and feels like your family. The place is well equipped. We, business owners, have always suffered from the high price of their laundry and ironing service. They excelled in this service. The service is excellent and the price is excellent. An abaya washed and ironed for 18 riyals. This is special and they cooperate with the guests. Also, their restaurant section has an excellent chef and good variety. Their staff is excellent and their morals are very high. The variety of modern spaces, the lobby and the rooftop garden make you feel like you are in the middle of Riyadh in a very beautiful way. A unique experience and the location is excellent. The experience is very bad. The recommendations and room descriptions on Ctrip need to be corrected urgently. All single-price and twin-bed rooms have no windows. Only the large family suite has a small window. The garden is only a small ten feet wide, and the door is locked to prevent thieves. Not enough hot water for bathing The breakfast selection is small and the quality is not high The Chinese restaurant downstairs is not open There are many local restaurants nearby
