Hotel 2-Star di Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia

The hotel is totally different from Warwick Riyadh, too old, the bath place is just equipped with cloth but no glass door. The air conditioner is too noisy, I have to turn off it so as to sleep.

Guest surface need to be improved and housekeeping, need to be improved Staff is OK Check out process not satisfied

Very good location. I booked room with window but I can’t open it. Because down floor and in front of construction site.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was stunning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. The hotel’s location was also perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. the breakfast was average and can better

I had to check-in late (4am) and the administration kindly accommodated my request. Convenient location between the airport and the city, have nice tea shops nearby. The only drawbacks are absence of the hairdryer; also, had to request the towels as they were not in the apartment in the first place.

Rooms are good with all the required amenities. Service is good. They clean rooms everyday but on intimation. There is smoke smell in our hall whenever neighbours smoked in their room and that was a great discomfort to me and my 10 month old kid. Car parking was an issue for us. There is no private parking for the property. Other than that we had a good stay for a week in the hotel.

I had a great experience at Su Casa Hostel. The hostel itself is comfortable and well kept, but what really stood out was the community vibe guests were incredibly friendly and supportive, which made the whole stay feel welcoming from day one. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely return.
