Upon entering the hotel is clean and the staff was welcoming and polite. After checking in the walk down the hall made me feel unsure because it is old and outdated. The room also needed updating, I must say despite the hotels need for updating the cleanliness and the extreme comfort of the bed made my stay great. I will definitely recommend and I will stay there again.

This hotel is very good. I recommend it because the traffic is very convenient. Parking is also convenient. The most important thing is that it is very clean. It feels very good. The counter service is also good. The distance to where else is very convenient.

Having to pay for parking was a shock - especially @ $27:00! However, when, as a courtesy, we informed the hotel that we'd missed our connection in Amsterdam & couldn't get another flight 'till the following day they offered to re-book our room; no fuss, no surcharge, so much relieved. Very impressed with that level of service.

Typical motel, not bad

The hotel is nice, it's on a hillside and surrounded by hotels, it feels very safe, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to drive to anywhere in Boston by taking the expressway, and the laundry room charges $2 for washing and drying clothes.

This is a great hotel. Very clean, budget friendly, easy to get to with spacious rooms and close to various amenities like dining, shopping & movies. The staff is very nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the vicinity of Boston & it's suburbs.

I stayed in the Hampton Inn because of it's proximity to my doctors office. It was forecasted to snow and my doctor's appointment was absolutely necessary for me to receive my infusion of medication on schedule despite the forecasted snow. The service I received was good although it began with some confusion about my bill. My reservation was prepaid but it took a while to find this information in the hotel's computer system. I had a restful evening and got to my appointment in the morning without incident and for this I am grateful. There were a few issues that I think need to be addressed. First, ice was not available on each floor and there was no complimentary water in my room. I was disappointed with the unsatisfactory condition of the refrigerator and there was no recycling bin in my room. There was no handle or bar on the shower door to open the door after showering and there was no place to put my towel convenient to the shower stall once I was done. The toilet paper holder was awkward to use forcing me to remove the toilet paper from it and leave it on the sink. These issues are minor in nature but cumulatively they made my stay below average for the price I paid. It was not horrible and no part of my stay was compromised but I have stayed at other Hampton Inns that were exceptional, which is why I chose this one for this important stay. I did have a choice of a Marriot equidistant from my doctor's office. In the future, if I am in need of staying overnight convenient to my doctor's office, I will give the Marriot a chance. Thank you for your attention to these issues and I am hopeful that they are addressed to make the stay of other travelers exceptional.
