The hotel is located near the Philips Academy Andover school, near the Chili ́s restaurant and also a gasoliner.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at Sunbird Resort and Hotel. I’m not too familiar with their other location which is adjacent to the main hotel called Sunbird Annex. The continental breakfast was nice, clean, and things were replenished for the most part. Fruits, different juices, pastries, eggs, sausages, and coffee. Although the scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausages seem to all come from a bag that was microwaved, but what more can you ask for? It was tasty, clean, and enough to feed everyone.  I read from other reviews that a s’mores kit was available for kids but was told they only provide the lighter and propane. Not a big issue, but definitely a plus if it was available as advertised. Shuttle buses and night time movies were nowhere to be seen, but I did not ask about those so I can not really speak to that.  Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The staff was responsive. The room was cleaned daily and no issues with cleanliness. The room was definitely not a Hilton, bathroom could use an update. Again, for the most part it met my needs and my little kid had a blast.

The hotel is located about a 5-10 minute drive just outside of Plymouth. It is in a residential area with nothing else around it but it is right on the beach of Warren Cove. One side is set up as a motel with doors on the outside, and the other side with room doors on an interior hallway. The kids loved watching how high the water came up in the morning at high tide. In the afternoon it is great for walking and skipping rocks, and watching the gulls & sandpipers. It was a bit too chilly to use the outdoor pool, but the indoor pool and hot tub area were great. Both were a bit smaller than expected, but not usually occupied. Continental breakfast is served daily from 7-10 consisting of the usual breakfast pastries, a couple of cereals, and a Belgian waffle maker. Coffee, hot chocoate, tea, apple & orange juices were also available, as well as some yogurts in the fridge. The owners let me know that the restaurant located in the hotel should be open in a few months, and that all the rooms were getting redone in the next year. I already reserved a 2-bedroom suite for next August.

Clean, nice front desk staff. Very good location for my needs, close to a shopping area with many shops and restaurants.

The hotel service is good, the breakfast is a simple Western meal, the room facilities are a bit old, but fortunately it is clean and sanitary. It is basically the best hotel in this small town.

I love this hotel I stay here everytime I come to Massachusetts but the room 301 we had need some work done. So the pullout bed wouldn’t go back in for us. The bathroom towel hanger was broken as shown in picture. The knob in the tub very loose otherwise we had a good one night sleep over.

It is a 5-minute walk from the Red Line subway Andrew station, with convenient transportation, very clean and comfortable, providing drinks and fruits, and the boss is a foreigner and very friendly. It’s will be my first choice next time.

We booked the highest priced room and received the lowest priced room. The excuse was: “our policy is that we don’t guarantee the room booked for 3rd party Party bookings. We don’t give refunds, talk to your booking agent.” So much for prepaid no recourse bookings. Hilton was no help in making this right on the spot. We will see when there’s time to contest the bait & switch. Trip.com was good about offering a partial refund of the difference in cost. However, they want your bank account information to send the refund. I don’t know about you, but I am not willing to send complete banking information to someone in Singapore. The hotel room was great with a wardrobe room with a microwave, coffee machine, an ironing board and iron, a toilet and bath room, and the main room with a King size bed. If you stay long, they will provide room service once every 2 days. The heater in the room by the window works very quickly but can be too noisy if you have turned it on while sleeping. The reception area provides free water, coffee, and biscuts all day, and the reception staff are always around. Breakfast is extremely good with many Western culinary choices. The metro station Washington Street is just 5–10 minutes’s walk away downhill. There are also a few shops and restaurants in the neighborhood around the station.
