The hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was fantastic and friendly and always went the extra mile. The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives

The front desk person Maria was so nice and so was security/ shuttle driver Scott (?). Such friendly staff eas appreciated after a long trip and late check in. The room was very clean and you can tell that the property was well maintained.

Staying at this hotel was comfortable, unfortunately the pool was being repaired so we couldn’t make use of it. The check in process was cumbersome! Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

Saya hanya memberikan 3/5 pada perkhidmatan kerana apabila kami tiba (selepas berjalan di tepi papan tanda ”hotel paling mesra di Vermont”) kami diberitahu dengan tidak menyesal dan bermuka batu oleh lelaki muda di meja bahawa mereka ”akan dipanggil sebagai ihsan” tetapi ”lokasi saya tidak datang melalui sistem tempahan” yang saya tidak boleh tinggal di sana melainkan kami telah dikuarantin 14 hari tanpa membeli-belah runcit atau melawat dengan keluarga atau rakan-rakan. Dia berkata bahawa dasar Vermont ialah jika daerah anda mempunyai lebih daripada (beberapa # saya tidak ingat) kes aktif setiap juta, anda tidak boleh tinggal di sana. (Tidak kisah bahawa daerah saya hanya mempunyai 130,000 orang / 52 kes aktif -- jadi saya rasa mereka membiak untuk mendapatkan nombor setiap Juta???) Saya telah membuat pra-bayar untuk bilik ini, jadi BERTUAH UNTUK SAYA kerana saya bekerja dari rumah dan tidak mempunyai kehidupan sosial, saya dapat tinggal. Saya tidak pernah memikirkan apa-apa semasa membuat tempahan kerana di sini di NH dan Maine, semua iklan radio mengatakan bahawa Vermonters boleh melawat ”tanpa sekatan” jadi saya tidak pernah terfikir untuk menyemak apa yang Vermont katakan tentang kami. Saya tidak tahu sama ada ini masalah Trip.com atau masalah Comfort Inn --- Tetapi SESEORANG sepatutnya menelefon orang. Bayangkan jika anda ditolak selepas perjalanan yang jauh?? Dan Rutland ialah Vermont ”Tengah” jadi mungkin sekurang-kurangnya 45 minit ke mana-mana sempadan negeri jika anda memerlukan hotel baharu. Kemudahan: Saya memberi 2/5 dan sekali lagi, tidak pasti sama ada ini salah Trip.com atau Comfort Inn - tetapi TIADA SARAPAN kerana covid. Jika anda seperti saya dan masukkan sarapan ke dalam kos hotel, ini akan menjadi maklumat yang berguna. Ya, saya tahu mereka mungkin tidak akan menikmati bufet, tetapi mereka boleh membuat sarapan beg kecil atau kupon ke McDonald's (bersebelahan) atau sesuatu untuk menebus fakta bahawa mereka mengiklankan sesuatu yang mereka tidak miliki. Kolam renang dalaman juga ditutup, yang saya jangkakan. Tetapi sekali lagi, itu harus dinyatakan semasa membuat tempahan - jika saya mempunyai anak kecil dan mereka menantikannya dan kami mendapati ia ditutup semasa ketibaan, itu akan menjadi buruk. Secara kebetulan, saya bekerja untuk tempat di NH dengan kolam renang dalaman dan mereka dibuka dengan temu janji jadi hanya satu keluarga berada di satu kawasan pada satu masa - sesuatu yang perlu dipertimbangkan. Bayangkan ulasan hebat yang anda akan dapat jika keluarga boleh meluangkan masa di kolam renang peribadi untuk bercuti! Yang berkata, hotel ini telah diubahsuai sejak kali terakhir saya menginap di sana. Ais bersih. Bilik bersih. Penjaga rumah adalah sebaik yang dia boleh. Wanita meja depan pada hari ke-3 (daftar keluar) juga sangat baik. Wifi mudah diakses. Pengajaran daripada lawatan ini: Ambillah tanggungjawab anda untuk MENGHUBUNGI HOTEL sebelum tiba untuk mengetahui protokol. Jangan gunakan pilihan kami memilih hotel jika anda mengambil berat tentang kemudahan seperti sarapan pagi dan kolam renang, kerana anda tidak akan dapat mengetahui apa yang tersedia sebelum anda mengetahui hotel yang anda dapat. Mesej kepada Comfort Inn: Hubungi orang ramai sebelum mereka memandu 4 jam untuk ke sana. Dan apabila mereka tiba di sana, cuba menjadi baik dan menyenangkan, itu akan membawa anda lebih jauh. The staff is friendly here. The hotel is pretty central but about 10 minutes to Bennington College. They don’t provide housekeeping. You have to ask for everything. And if you fill out the form for certain housekeeping items, they still don’t come. Breakfast was nice. WiFi works great. Rooms are a little stuffy but you can open the windows.

very nice, spacious and comfy room where my wife and myself were able to relax for our trip

Hotel is brand new, very clean , staff us very accommodating, only downside is no pool

各方面都挺好，特別是早餐很棒！床墊有些太軟了

This is a good little place to stay. It’s not fancy. But it’s nice enough for a night or 2.
