We have an amazing & wonderful stay at Studio City Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It really set the tone for the entire stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the attention to detail—from the fresh linens to the well-stocked bathroom—was impressive. What stood out the most was the level of care and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always ready with a smile and thoughtful recommendations. Overall, this hotel delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My family and I had a great time staying over. We were welcome with great service from the team Ken, Joseph, Lucky, Chloe and Tina.  We were very lucky to arrive during the cocktail timing.  Check in was smooth, Chloe was very thoughtful and understanding towards my daughter needs and prepared the extra bed for my daughter.  Cocktails hours team were fabulous, Tina was clear with my check in paperwork and she is so easy to speak to. Really capable and anticipatory with my family needs.  Ken, Joseph and Lucky, they went the extra miles of servicing us, my family and I really had a fantastic time at the club lounge and stay.

Booked this hotel for Dylan Wang concert. Staff are polite and helpful. Moment you step into the lobby has great vibe. Room are spacious just the lighting is abit dull. Just 1 thing to feedback the card sensor in the lift seems malfunctioning time to time (cant scan to detect to reach the floor). But in overall, if I ever coming for concert at galaxy arena, I will definitely book this hotel again!

Terletak berhampiran bandar lama Macau. Berjalan kaki dari kebanyakan tempat. Kolam renang yang bagus, tidak dipanaskan, bilik wap dan sauna yang hebat. Pemandangan sungai yang bagus. Bilik sangat selesa dan besar. Reka bentuk agak tua, memerlukan sedikit penyegaran. Agak mahal untuk apa itu, tiada sarapan pagi. Penuh dengan keluarga dan kanak-kanak di mana-mana, bahagian biasa yang bising semasa cuti Cina. Kakitangan yang baik, sangat membantu.

My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored. Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.

Good hotel, the location is convenient - 2 minutes to Grand Lisboa. The building os quite new and it got the whole mall under it. It's not fully open yet but they got some restaurants, coffee shops, small shopping stuff, pharmacy. I'd say that they need to have a do not disturb card - they only got clean my room button now. And beware of group Chinese tourists which can take a long time to go through the reception The breakfast is great, nothing to say there. Staff is English speaking which is great. Cari hotel sementara waktu malam! Tiba-tiba saya ternampak sebuah hotel baru di trip.com bernama Hotel Renjian! Tempah sekarang! Masuk bilik hotel! Anak sudah menangis! Wah! Wah! Walaupun bilik ekor! Tetapi lebih besar daripada bilik lain! Kakitangan yang bertimbang rasa juga datang dengan bekalan kanak-kanak! Zhong membawa selipar pelbagai saiz dan membandingkannya dengan kanak-kanak! Saya mempunyai malam yang baik untuk mendaftar masuk dahulu! Walaupun topeng mata datang dengan semburan bantal! Tetapi mereka semua mempunyai cenderahati dan bar mini Yingji Alangkah baiknya Zhong Gai malam itu👍! Sarapan pagi kedua adalah sangat baik!

Apabila kami mendaftar masuk, penyambut tetamu Pan sangat membantu Memandangkan kami menempah bilik berasingan dengan keluarga dan rakan-rakan kali ini, kami meminta pengaturan, dan Pan melakukan yang terbaik untuk mengaturkan kami. Semasa menunggu, kami pergi ke ruang istirahat di sebelah meja depan untuk berehat. Kami melihat kakitangan hotel yang bertanggungjawab menambah makanan dan minuman, dan lain-lain, dan sikap mereka sangat baik. Tempahan hotel kali ini termasuk sarapan pagi, yang merupakan ***a separa bufet Kualiti makanan adalah lebih baik daripada yang dijangkakan. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan perjalanan ini dan saya percaya saya akan menempahnya lagi.
