Very kind and courteous staff. The room is well equipped and has a good layout. Breakfast with wide selection of Chinese and Western options. Definite recommendation! Only minor point is the cleanliness of the tables in the restaurant, especially the mats on the table and chairs could use a wash. Not the end of the world, but for a hotel of this class I would expect better.

Amazing hotel with superb facilities. Best breakfast buffet we had anywhere in China. We used the pool, sauna, steam, gym, ping pong, and billiards facilities, and got nails done at the salon. Everything was great, and the staff was always super friendly. Likewise in the ******* cultural goods shop and at the concierge desk. All around excellent stay.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Service is amazing. Breakfast is extremely good with a very big choice of western food. At check out Isabelle even gave me some complementary coffee for my train trip to Lhasa, as well as a gif box from the hotel. Absolutely value for you money! One of the hotels in China that really deserves 5 Stars! Thanks!

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at the Luxery Blue Hotel. The decore is beautiful and the place is clean. The staff is professional and responsive. Manger William ensured our stay was comfortable and he continually went above and beyond what was required to ensure we had the best stay possible. He helped print off our documents for our next trip, and even helped us get our forgotten passport to the train station just in time. We are incredibly impressed by his communication skills, professionalism, and kindness. This place is a must stay when you're in Xining next.

The service was professional and friendly with staff willing to go the extra mile by bringing my luggage to the room and providing a fruit plate. The room had a beautiful view of the city. I had the rare choice of taking a bath or shower in a room with a modern, but cozy freshly decorated appearance.

非常好的體驗呢！酒店位置按導航很好找。一行5 人入住4間房，3分鐘內辦法入住；入住的大床房房間面積比較大，整潔漂亮，功能也非常齊全。好大的果盤，豐富且新鮮，細節滿感感！最感動的是同行小夥伴高反，前台即刻應答送上血氧儀與氧入瓶，瞬間安全感滿滿。稍遲為高反的小夥伴送來了早餐，簡直不要太貼心，必須點個贊！

在格爾木市中轉，一開始訂的酒店不大行，臨時換到希爾頓，隨便看了下評價就定了，原本以為在海西州不會有星級標準的酒店了，沒想到格爾木希爾頓超過了我的預期。大堂前台迎賓早餐和客房都是五星標準，細節滿分。而且也是比較少的有空調的酒店。外賣可以送到門口。有地下車庫免費停車。早餐很棒。前台小姐姐也超漂亮。衞生間潔具也都高標準的杜拉維特和高儀。水流大水壓穩，熱水沖足，沒有下水道味兒。床品也很不錯，一貫的金可兒系列舒雅好睡，緩解了青甘大環線的疲憊。有機會還會再入住這裏。美麗的海西州，完美的希爾頓。
