A beautiful hotel with absolutely beautiful room. The view was gorgeous and the food was really great. Really enjoyed staying there. The employees were also really nice. Nothing to complain about. Absolutely loved it there!

The Palais Bülow is a real gem. In private hands, an extremely high level is achieved with an outstanding price-performance ratio. The Bulow Palais is located in a relaxed part of the so-called Neustadt, the actual origin of Dresden, not far from the banks of river Elbe. From there, the other side of the Elbe with the Frauenkirche and Semperoper can be easily reached after a relaxed and beautiful walk. Halfway through, the exciting and unique panorama of the city between Renaissance and Baroque can be seen behind the back of the 'Goldene Reiter'. At the Bulow premises itself the entire service ensemble is always approachable, mindful and courteous with cordiality and friendliness. A high variety at the breakfast buffet is invitingly presented and tastes fresh and delicious. Servings at the table and bar are a culinary joy! Put your table service and bar tender to the test and let them conjure up something special for you. Tidiness, rooms, atmosphere... - oh you guessed it: beyond expectations!

Lage super, direkt an der Frauenkirche wir hatten ein Upgrade bekommen,obwohl wir nur einen Last Minute Preis bezahlt hatten Zimmer super , gross und luxuriös Fahrräder wurden im Gepäckraum verstaut und durften dort auch nach dem Checkout noch bis zum Nachmittag verweilen SPA Bereich in Ordnung, aber der Zugang zur Dachterasse nicht möglich, Besucher des Dachterassenlokals jedoch in den SPA Bereich einsehen und auch eintreten wir den Preis, den wir nur bezahlt haben, ein absolutes Highlight in Dresden

Best hotel in Leipzig apparently. The experience is top notch. Rooms have very comfortable beds, Nespresso machines and speakers in the bathroom. Guests can use the sauna for free.

중앙역과는 도보 20분 정도의 거리인데, 드레스덴이 작은 동네란 것을 감안하면 조금 멀게 느껴지기도 합니다. 당일치기라면 중앙역과 더 가까운 숙소를 추천드리지만, 그게 아니라면 이 호텔은 후회없는 선택이 될 거에요. 5성급의 서비스와 깔끔한 시설에 비해 합리적인 가격이 만족스럽고, 위치 또한 모든 랜드마크와 가까워 관광하기에도 적절합니다. 조식 서비스도 이용했는데요, 작지만 알차고 깔끔해서 배채우기 딱 좋았습니다 ☺️

We changed to this hotel at the last minute and I'm glad we did. The location is excellent (opposite the Green Vault museum - well worth a visit), and the buffet breakfast was very good - well-stocked, with lots of hot options. Best of all was the executive lounge which came with our business category room. The lounge had a great range of beer, sodas (we loved the rhubarb soda,) and cheese, bread, ham etc at 6pm, plus an excellent selection of coffees - it was a lovely place to hang out rather than head to a restaurant. Our room was large - as pointed out in several reviews, the sink area is 'open-plan' but the shower and loo are behind closed doors! Dresden was only a pit-stop for us on a long European trip but we were so glad we made the detour and to this hotel. (NB: the spa/sauna area in the basement is good but the sauna is 'textile free' - ie nude - which was a shock to these UK travellers!)

I spent three nights at this hotel. My room was on the fifth floor with a view of the square. The location of the hotel was absolutely great, right next to the Frauenkirche, just a short walk from the Albertinum, Zwinger, Opera House and other tourist attractions. I was surprised how small the lobby was. Just a reception desk, a few chairs and a glass elevator. The hotel was very quiet, which I really appreciated. My room was spacious and modernly furnished. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was large, there was both: a bathtub and a shower. The wifi was super fast and worked well. The only thing I missed here was a kettle. The breakfasts here were absolutely amazing. It was served buffet style and at the same time you could choose from the menu (because breakfast was included in the price of the stay, I didn't have to pay anything extra for ordering from the menu). The staff were nice and helpful. Staying at this hotel was a good choice.

In the 3 years since I last stayed here, the hotel has declined. I am a Marriott Gold member, My first room was right next to the elevator, and when I went downstairs and asked to be moved, I felt as though I was inconveniencing the desk clerk. They gave me a room one door further down. When I came home that evening, I had a leak in my ceiling that was creating a large puddle and continually dripping. I put a bunch of towels down and let them know. By the following evening, the leak had been fixed, thankfully. My room also had a large Jacuzzi tub with the shower above it, which was very difficult as you almost had to stand on the sloped part of the tub to be under the shower. It was also tricky getting in and out of the tub as it was very high. Perhaps the thing that I found the most disappointing was that the only choice for breakfast was to pay €35 for buffet. I asked if I could just get a cup of coffee and a roll and the answer was only if I paid €35. This seems silly. There was nothing horribly wrong with the hotel, but the overall stay was just unpleasant. Certainly not five star.
