Hotel 4-Star di Sergipe, Brazil

I liked the food and pre-service, the team as a gentle and demanding whole, and I only have a reservation ( suggestion) for the facilities, and for the air conditioning control, I would like a furniture beyond the fixed on the wall. The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite . I exchanged .
