My stay was great and the view from my room was phenomenal! The only thing I wish had been better is the check in process. The room was ready about 5 hours after I had arrived to initially check in at 12. I had activities planned during the day so it wasn’t as much of a big deal but could’ve been better. Otherwise, the front desk team, especially Ashley and Diamond, were very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

房間可以，比較大，但沒有任何景色，窗口對的是一個天井。房間毛巾不算乾淨，有短毛髮遺留，床品很舒服。早餐不含，吃了一頓難吃的白人飯，滑蛋加培根麪包，花了100多刀。酒店位置比較好，周邊有地鐵和超市，很安全。算比較商務的酒店，大堂都是談事和拿電腦辦公的。酒店幾乎沒什麼服務，問問題也不是特別殷勤，基本是所問非所答，職業假笑。然後退按金很慢

We had a great stay at Intercontinental Chicago. we booked this hotel after a lot of considerations. Location is the best. Great breakfast buffet, my daughter loved the fresh strawberries and egg Benedict. This is going to be our go to hotel when in Chicago!

cozy, small hotel in a good area, close to everything. the rooms have everything you need, a coffee machine, wine glasses, a minibar, a refrigerator, slippers, bathrobes and the necessary toiletries. From the window of the suite, a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. the cleaning was daily, but not perfect, there was a lot of dust in the corners on the floor and on the furniture, but it was a wonderful stay and the overall impression of the hotel did not spoil. I will stop in the future.

位置不錯，服務一般，1 1樓日料可以嘗試。在芝加哥這個位置去到哪裡都會很方便，湖邊、購物、吃飯都比較近。

호텔은 죄가 없습니다. 교통이 좋다보니 날씨 좋은 계절에 밤부터 새벽까지 폭주족이 부릉부릉 거리며 달리는 소리가 너무 생생하여 밤을 이틀 동안 거의 깊게 잘수가 없었습니다.

As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that my stay at The Langham, Chicago was one of the best I've ever experienced. The location is fantastic, and our suite (702) was exceptional—spacious, luxurious, and beautifully appointed. Special thanks to the entire Langham Chicago team for their outstanding hospitality and service. If you're looking for one of the best options in Chicago, this is it!

衞生和環境很好！離密歇根大道很近，離海軍碼頭也很近！坐在房間可以觀看每週三和週六的煙火表演！缺點一酒店的早餐味道不是很好吃，二是房間空調的風聲太大，影響晚間休息

Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay. Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff! A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table. Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you. The rooms are super clean, and the location is right by everything, from bars, restaurants, the river walk. Also, the hotel staff was phenomenal. We need help with a friend and they assisted us without any complaints, and told us to reach out if we needed anything else.
