Hotel 5-Star di Illinois, United States

I enjoyed the room It was comfortable and had a nice big tub and a big separate shower, that surprised us it was really nice. The restaurant downstairs had excellent food totally worth it!! I had the chicken parm it was absolutely delicious my husband had steak it was perfect! I would definitely recommend this hotel so much to do in walking distance also.

My overall impression of the JW Marriott Chicago is excellent. It's a high-end business hotel that perfectly blends quality and comfort. Located in the convenient and relatively quiet Loop area of downtown Chicago, it's ideal for guests seeking a good night's sleep. The lobby is grand and elegant, the rooms are spacious and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom design is outstanding – everything is exceptionally well-maintained. The executive lounge is another major highlight, offering high-standard dining options for both breakfast and evening meals.

Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay. Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff! A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table. Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you. Laurie & Kevin St.Pierre .

The room isn't huge, but it's clean and elegant. The service was excellent, and the valet parking was very convenient. Luggage storage was also a breeze. The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of shops to explore right outside. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chicago.

The location is very good, opposite the Trump Building, downstairs is the river, and you can walk directly to the Gorgeous Mile, parks, art galleries, etc. There are also many restaurants to choose from around, and it coincides with a large-scale music festival, and the atmosphere is very good. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the hygiene and facilities are maintained at the standards of an old hotel. Recommended to stay!

Very good, but it happened to be the New Year's Day, and the special noise outside was heard in the middle of the night. The restaurant is very good and the service is nice. It's just that the security allowed on the night of the welcome was a bit too much, which was not very comfortable.

The sanitation and environment are very good! Very close to Michigan Avenue and Navy Pier! Sitting in the room, you can watch the fireworks show every Wednesday and Saturday! The disadvantages are that the breakfast in the hotel is not very delicious, and the air conditioner in the room is too noisy, which affects the rest at night.

The hotel's location is great, making it super convenient for dining out and shopping, and transportation is easily accessible. The cleanliness was good, with tidy and hygienic bedding and amenities. The soundproofing in the room was quite good, especially for a US hotel. However, the window in this room type faced a building that was too close, so there wasn't much of a view.

The fourth hotel I have stayed in overseas, and the eighth Four Seasons Hotel I have stayed in the world. It is located on the famous Magnificent Kilometer, and is also across the street from the famous Hancock Tower. Four Seasons Hotel cannot be said to be a perfect existence, but it is hard to criticize in terms of comprehensive services. Time is tight, the only option is to choose a red-eye flight from Seattle to Chicago, lack of rest, and tiredness from traveling, it is still dark when we arrive at the hotel, the front desk will try our best to provide a room for check-in, the city view suite is still a very comfortable choice, plus The impeccable beds of the last four seasons can sleep on your head and relieve your fatigue. The fly in the ointment is that the indoor swimming pool is being renovated, and there is no way to enjoy the joy of swimming.

1. Facilities and Equipment The hotel facilities and equipment are modern, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The overall design is classic and updated with modern facilities. 2. Location The hotel is in an excellent location, located in the city center.
