My stay was great and the view from my room was phenomenal! The only thing I wish had been better is the check in process. The room was ready about 5 hours after I had arrived to initially check in at 12. I had activities planned during the day so it wasn’t as much of a big deal but could’ve been better. Otherwise, the front desk team, especially Ashley and Diamond, were very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Intercontinental Chicago. we booked this hotel after a lot of considerations. Location is the best. Great breakfast buffet, my daughter loved the fresh strawberries and egg Benedict. This is going to be our go to hotel when in Chicago!

As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that my stay at The Langham, Chicago was one of the best I've ever experienced. The location is fantastic, and our suite (702) was exceptional—spacious, luxurious, and beautifully appointed. Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay. Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff! A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table. Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you. 호텔은 죄가 없습니다. 교통이 좋다보니 날씨 좋은 계절에 밤부터 새벽까지 폭주족이 부릉부릉 거리며 달리는 소리가 너무 생생하여 밤을 이틀 동안 거의 깊게 잘수가 없었습니다.

Классный стильный бутик отель) вкусный ресторан , сделали раннее заселение… подарили сертификат как участнице марафона и дизайнерские бутылочки с водой… были в Nobu в Лас- Вегасе тоже понравилось
