Pleasant stay in Heritage Hotel. Perfect location. The room is big and spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is really good as well. The staff at the reception is really nice and welcoming. Room assigned is on 4th floor, which we could hear footsteps from the room above us at 6 am in the morning. Request for a room on the top floor, 6th floor, if you're a light sleeper like us. The restaurant is really good. We went there for dinner twice during our 3 nights stay in Heritage Hotel. The soup was really good. We ordered the char grilled salmon with pumpkin risotto, really delicious 😋

A well appointed hotel with an adjacent underground car park. The location is close to the city centre and just across the courtyard of the hotel is the Promenade Gallery building (Promenaden Galerien) with a no. of good restaurants. The hotel offers breakfast (chargeable), but no lunch or dinner. Both the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The rooms have a work desk, tea/coffee service and a mini refrigerator. A large window provides light and a view of the outside world.

A new fresh hotel. Great concept. Tasty food (dinner and breakfast). Great view over the lake from the room (6th floor - West side). Plenty of free parking spaces including a bunch of charging slots for electric cars. Motivated and exceptionally friendly staff. Quick Wi-Fi in all areas. I saw a LAN socket in the room (didn't try it though). Great gym. Sauna was open. Nearby tourist attractions are easily reached by car. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Austria.

Modern Courtyard - clean and well maintained. Rooms are nice and spacious. Quiet location so not noise at night. Parking downstairs very convenient. Did not have breakfast as they charge €24 which is a too high price tag for a Courtyard breakfast. Bar: cozy and very friendly staff. Reception staff: you may run into long waits as the reception also assumes concierge duties which may results in rather lengthy conversations. That is a bit of an issue. We witnessed a nearly endless conversation about where free parking can be found. That is a no-go. Also, strange handling of the EUR 10 per day and person F&B credit you get as Premium client. They base it on US$, thenn apply Fx to equate it to EUR and then install the credit That results in you spending EUR 20 (rouding it up to 20 with tips) at the bar and the running into a EUR 3.96 additional charge (Fx delta EUR 1.98 per person). Total non-sense a bit cheap as well. No other non-US Courtyard I ever stayed does it like that. That is the sort of stuff they should put an end to - it just leaves a mixed impression despite the hotel itself being of good quality. That is a pitty but I have made such experience a few times in Europe this year - maybe a post-Covid attempt to recover cash. God knows. And: watch you Bonvoy account - points don't show up promptly. Again god knows why.

Clean and new. We had a one-bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Kitchen was well-equipped. Heated bathroom. Underground garage. A very comfortable stay. Point to note is that this accommodation has no human being for check in, check out and if you need any help, there is no one. Check in is done through a phone app. You will need (roaming) data, otherwise you cannot open the door. And if you need to call their hotline for help, you will be using international calling (depending on where you come from). As long as you are comfortable with this kind of arrangement, this accommodation is 10/10. I will stay again. As with all apartments, there is no service and you will be expected to sort your rubbish and dispose them at the bin center. Bad Goisern itself has nothing. We used this accommodation as a base for the surrounding area. The apartment is within walking distance to an Italian restaurant and a supermarket.

Nur durch absoluten Zufall und last last minute hier gelandet. Aber was für eine Überraschung! Spektakulär die Lage, freier Blick von knapp 1000m auf den Hallstätter See. Ringsum Natur und Ruhe. Da steht ein Haus wie aus dem Ei gepellt, beim Nähern verfällt man beinahe ins flüstern. Und drinnen? Glaubt man sich in einer Bibliothek wiederzufinden. Gemütliche Tische und Sitzecken laden zum verweilen, ein Kamin trägt im Winter bestimmt zur tollen A**osphäre bei, an der Wand und auf den Tischen und eigentlich überall im Hotel: Bücher, Bücher, Bücher.. Bücher die durchgeblättert, entdeckt, an- durch- und fertiggelesen werden möchten. 12 Tausend, so sagt die Chefin sind es im Moment und dank der Kooperation mit vielen Verlagen, werden es regelmäßig mehr. Schuhe werden beim Eingang ausgezogen, das stellt gleich mal das gewohnte Hotel Erlebnis auf den Kopf. Dadurch schleicht man allerdings auch angenehm leise durch die äußerst hübsch gestalteten Räume. Eine gemütliche self-service Bar mit ausgesuchten Weinen, lokalen Soft drinks bis hin zu französischen Champagner lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dazu modernste Technik - eine app öffnet die Türen, das gemütliche Bett, liest einem auf Wunsch sogar vor! Frühstück gibt es hier den ganzen Tag (!) und abends verhungert man auch nicht, man wird entweder im Hotel oder in einem nahen Gasthof fündig. Das ist ein so ein spezieller und entspannter Platz, man möchte einfach gar nicht mehr weg. Und ja, das Lesehotel hat auch einen Fernseher am Zimmer :)

Unsere Familie ( 3 Erwachsene und ein 7jähriges Kind ) war im August 2021 für eine Woche im Hotel Furian zu Gast. Wir hatten die Familiensuite im ersten Stock gebucht. Von der Chefin des Hauses wurden wir sehr freundlich und nett empfangen. Unser Zimmer war bereits fertig und wir konnten dieses sofort beziehen. Sauber, hell, sehr geräumig, gemütlich – perfekt. Nach kurzer Eingewöhnungsphase ging es dann auch sehr rasch zum hoteleigenen Badeplatz am See. Der sogenannte Badeplatz sprich „ Lakeside“ läßt keine Wünsche offen. Supertoller bequemer Liege- bzw. Sitzbereich, sehr gepflegt, ausreichend Sonnenschirme, Badetücher, Dusche, Toilette,... Und das Beste – die Strandbar! Geöffnet ab ca. 10.00 Uhr – sehr freundliche Bedienung, Kaffee, Wein, Bier, kleine Snacks, … Absolut toll, Urlaubsfeeling der Extraklasse. Abgerundet wird das ganze perfekt durch das sportliche Angebot vom Chef des Hauses: Stand up paddle board oder Wasserski fahren. Zurück zum Hotel: wie gesagt Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Die Damen vom Zimmerservice waren sehr bemüht und ordentlich. Für einen guten Start in den Urlaubstag – das Frühstück! Und wie könnte es anders sein – eine Auswahl an Früchten, Joghurt, Marmelade, frisches Brot und Gebäck, Käse, Wurst, Müsli, versch. Eiergerichte,..... Cappuccino, Caffe Latte, Kakao, Tee, … alles für einen tollen guten Morgen. Sehr freundlicher und umsichtiger Service. Wir haben wirklich nette und unvergessliche Tage im Hotel Furian und am See verbracht – danke an das gesamte Team. Bis bald und weiterhin viel Erfolg.

酒店坐落在哈爾施塔特的新教教堂旁邊，可以算得上是鎮中心位置。房間麪積算是不錯，微小的陽台僅能坐下人，而不能挪動身體（空間太小了）。有浴缸還是算個驚喜的，這在歐洲四星酒店不常見。前台的服務員非常arrogant（傲慢），明顯對於中國大陸（這是重點）客人愛答不理。搞得我很不爽，我對她的態度也是很差，用英語沖她很不客氣（她的英語很爛）。酒店是不能開車進來的，要把車停在鎮上的P1到P4任何一個停車場，然後步行到酒店，所以要提前把行李整理好。早點是普遍歐洲的早餐水平，相信去過歐洲多次或者有生活經歷的人不會陌生，也不會有什麼期望。這個價格明顯是被高估了，整體性價比很低。下午3點才能辦理入住，上午11點就必須要退房，不要問為什麼。

The hotel is not far from the train station! Although there was a problem at check-in, the front desk staff helped me out without any hassle. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to use Linz as a stopover.

My wife and I stayed here for 5nights on half board in the beginning of September. This hotel is located in the best spot of St. Wolfgang and our large room(traditional) was on third facing the square. We saw two wonderful events in the square during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and swimming pool facilities with good sun loungers. We swam in the outdoor pool and lake and enjoyed the spectacular view from the jacuzzi. What a great facility they have here? The breakfast was excellent with plentiful choice of food and fresh orange juice. We also enjoyed the evening dinner with great choice of cuisine and was cooked to perfection. The waiter service was very good indeed. My wife particularly like the leaving gift, the water bottle, which reminds her of our wonderful time in this hotel. Overall the hotel, staff and the facilities were excellent and we had a great time. We will stay here again when we visit this area next time.
