A estrutura boa, café da manhã perfeito localização também boa, o que deixou a desejar foi a piscina que no dia que fui tava tão suja, mais tão suja que já estava ficando cinza (nem verde era) e se aproximou um funcionário da aérea da limpeza e perguntamos se ia limpar ele disse que não (detalhe era uma sexta) então não podemos desfrutar da piscina nas nossas 2 diárias

Hotel muito bom, realmente pé na areia, limpo, uma decoração rústica.
Café da manhã com poucas opções, porém tudo bem feito.
As 09:30 solicitei leite em pó e fui informado por um dos funcionários que havia acabado e não tinha para repor.
Obs. Vários gatos no local, algumas vezes vieram na área da piscina e me incomodou. Entendo que em um hotel não deveria haver animais.

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

Tudo perfeito. Nota 9,5. Pra ser nota 10 precisa ter um blackout melhor nos quartos pois a varanda fica super clara ao nascer do sol.
Tivemos apenas um problema com a fechadura, pois o cartão falhou pra abrir umas 3 vezes e tivemos que voltar à Portaria.

O resort é lindo demais. Piscina maravilhosa, área para crianças, animação. A parte da praia é linda tb, tem acarajé, sorvete. Ficamos no quarto frente mar, tudo ok. Achei perigoso para quem está com crianças o fato do quarto ficar em frente ao rio e não tem nenhuma proteção. Atenção redobrada. A comida estava boa, café da manhã muito bom.

Hôtel de standing avec un bel aménagement coin piscine, propreté de rigueur et le service très agréable. A revoir tout de même le check-in qui est un peu lent. Mais pas seulement dans cet hôtel. Séjour très agréable. Petit déjeuner complet et aliment de qualité.

RRabs ShowtimeWe had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

LLorne M.Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer.
We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

The environment is very nice, offering good aesthetics, but the furniture is a little old, which may be a negative point. The reception is good, with careful and performing professionals, and the pool bar is also highlighted, with a happy and sympathetic team, providing a pleasant experience. In particular, Tamires is highlighted by its excellent attention and sympathy, ensuring a quality service.

From the initial service of Catussaba resort I don't remember the name of the official, she, very friendly and gentle, served us super well... we arrived a little before the scheduled time and have already made us available from a room... as we were in 4 (one couple and two children) we expected the room to be ready to receive us... the bed sofa was unrecognized, we asked and soon more resolved... when I went to sleep in my bed I realized I had a screen of blood apparently and I went to watch well until Hair had... we called for the reception and asked him to exchange the bed copper for gentleness... when we returned to the room, I saw that the sleeve was no longer... apparently had changed, however, When I pulled the cover to sleep... I felt wrong because they had the job to turn the dirt copper bed...
Oh, we asked three times to change the control of one of the TV or to change the batteries... we left there without anyone having solved a so simple problem...
Another issue that is worth noting is that the hotel has to check urgently... on the air exhaustor of room 217... was not working! My children on the second day no longer took advantage of the hotel because they were sick and the air quality worsened the situation even more. Things that should not pass unnoticed!!!!
The hotel has a varied breakfast, everything very tasty, the hot pool, the staff working in this area needs more training because one is playing the client to another... perhaps the workforce is heavy because there are few professionals for demand ( holiday).
The park the children loved, the beach is beautiful! The hotel structure is very good! The night is a super pleasant climate!

Mml11127The facilities are a bit old, but the location is excellent, very close to the airport, 20-25 taxi ride, 10 minutes. It's a pity that there is no shuttle bus near the hotel. But the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, and I can order food in the middle of the night.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. Take a taxi back to the hotel and help drive the door and carry luggage. Going out for 2 minutes is the beach, the location is absolutely perfect. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, it is the richest breakfast among so many hotels in Brazil I have stayed in this month. The room is not too big, but the bed is a big bed, the pillow is just right, and the sleep is very comfortable. There are almost snacks and fruits and drinks at the front desk during the day. Stay here next time.
