Leider gab uns der Rezeptionist zunächst Schlüssel zu einem bereits vermieteten Zimmer, was nicht nur zu Staunen, sondern auch Zeitverlust führte.
Den ”Entschuldigungsdrink” konnten wir nicht mehr nehmen, da er nur von 12.00-19.00h gültig war.
Das schöne Innen- und Außenbecken sind leider nicht benutzbar, da der innere Bereich gerade nicht beheizt wird und auch keine Beleuchtung im Pool ist. Nach draußen kann man nicht schwimmen, leider gesperrt und auch eiskalt.

Das Waldhotel befindet sich direkt am/im Wald. Schöne moderne Zimmer, Betten i.O., Matratzen sehr fest, von daher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Bad/Dusche ebenerdig und sehr modern.
Abends wird ein Buffet für 25 € angeboten, was auch in Ordnung war. Auswahl war reichlich.
Alles in allem ist das Waldhotel empfehlenswert.

Volle Enttäuschung schon beim Check in. Selbst eine Bahnhofshalle und ist angenehmer. Datenschutz und Diskretion scheinen in diesem Hotel en Fremdwort zu sein. Das Personal begrüßte die Gäste wie Marktschreier ( laut , sehr unruhig , unangenehm). Vielen Dank an die ruhige Auszubildende so gehts. Da sollte sich die Kollegin etwas abgucken, welche mit dummen Sprüchen ihre Unzulänglichkeit überspielte und auf große Macherin tat .Das Zimmer war für ein Tagungshotel i.O. auch sauber. Frühstück eine Katastrophe , die Bahnhofshallenatmosphäre machte die Erholung der Nacht vollkommen zu Nichte. Kein Platz im Frühstücksraum, der erste Kaffee wurde , gefühlt wie auf dem Schulhof vor der Tür getrunken, aus Platzmangel. Das ganze Hotel strahlt Hektik und Unruhe aus. Das Personal wirkt völlig überfordert. Ein absolutes No go. Beim Frühstück fehlten Körbe für Brot,Teller,Butter ,Brötchen, alles lief hin und her , desorientiert und konfus Gäste wie Personal. Ich kann das Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. 4Sterne wofür? ich hatte auch nicht den Eindruck dass nicht genügend Personal da war, sondern dass dieses absolut ungeschult und unprofessionell arbeitete. Man hatte den Eindruck dass hier keine Struktur vorhanden sein ist, im ganzen Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter lächelten immer nur machten Bemerkungen um den Zustand in diesem Hotel zu überspielen.

Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter am Empfang, die auch am Telefon helfen! So bekam ich z. B. auf Anfrage einen Wasserkocher und die Auskünfte, die ich brauchte. Da ich in der Gegend zu tun hatte, war für mich die Lage ideal. Freie Parkplätze gibt es um das Hotel herum wenig, daher ist es besser, dort einen Parkplatz, ggfs. in der Tiefgarage, zu buchen.

GGuest UserI am writing to formally document a series of service failures, inconsistencies, and a safety concern experienced during my recent stay at IntercityHotel near the airport in northern Germany.
Upon arrival, I encountered unprofessional conduct at reception. Despite the desk being empty, two staff members failed to acknowledge me appropriately, avoided eye contact, and instructed me to wait in a dismissive manner. Although self check-in machines were available, no guidance was offered. I had to identify and request to use them myself, receiving only minimal and inattentive responses.
During my stay, I requested a basic item (a box of tissues) from housekeeping, which was never delivered. This reflects a failure to fulfill a simple and reasonable guest request.
More concerning was the inconsistency regarding late check-out terms. I had agreed with a morning receptionist (Amy) on a late check-out until 3:00 PM for €35. However, when I reconfirmed this with the night receptionist, I was informed that check-out was only free until 1:00 PM and that each additional hour would cost €50. This contradiction indicates a lack of internal coordination and transparency. As a result, I was compelled to leave earlier than planned.
Additionally, my interaction with breakfast/lounge staff was inappropriate and unprofessional. I was met with visible irritation (sighing, dismissive tone), condescending remarks regarding my order, and poor service delivery. The coffee provided was of unacceptable quality (containing grounds and served in a visibly dirty cup). A request for almond milk was handled with reluctance and discourtesy. The final remark, “enjoy your coffee,” was delivered in a sarcastic and unprofessional manner.
Importantly, I also encountered a safety issue in the room: I found a piece of broken glass on the floor at the entrance of the bathroom. This represents a clear lapse in cleaning standards and poses a risk of injury, which is unacceptable in any hotel environment.
While I acknowledge that the room was otherwise clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning, and that the bathroom facilities and breakfast offering met expected standards, the overall experience was significantly undermined by repeated service failures and the aforementioned safety concern.
The pattern of behavior observed suggests deficiencies in staff training, internal communication, quality control, and basic service standards. This falls below what can reasonably be expected from a hotel operating under a recognized brand.
I trust this complaint will be taken seriously and reviewed internally to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

∆∆.zoneI had a very satisfying stay at the IntercityHotel Berlin Airport BER Terminal 1+2. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to the airport. It's a short walk from the terminal, which is perfect for travelers catching early flights or arriving late.
The room was clean and tidy, and quite spacious. The twin business room had comfortable beds and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The facilities were comprehensive, and the overall environment was modern and comfortable.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; both check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and tasted great.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with everything, from the location and room comfort to the service. If I'm ever flying from Berlin Airport again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

LLIANGHotel location is very good, right at the entrance of the train station, the train station has supermarkets and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the ninth floor of the hotel, which can eliminate the tiredness of the journey. Breakfast is better, pure Western food, there is no way for students who can't accept it.

Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

AAnqi doesn’t share food!Pros:
1. Very close to the airport, which is super convenient for early departures and late arrivals. You can even self-check-in if you arrive in the early hours.
2. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is quite large too, making for a comfortable space.
Cons:
1. The room isn't soundproof, so earplugs are a must (and the front desk doesn't provide them).
2. The duvet cover was a bit scratchy.
Overall, it's perfectly fine for a short stay, especially if you're dealing with flight schedules.

HHa_R_KWe stayed in two suite rooms. One for 3 people and another for 4 people. Both suites were spacious, fully furnished, and equipped with excellent amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher.
The location was very convenient: just 3 minutes from the S-Bahn station, 4 minutes from the tram stop (Haltestelle), and only 5 minutes from Ristorante Toscana.
We had a fabulous stay and truly appreciated the comfort and convenience provided. Highly recommended!

It is seen individually that the building has come into the years and could need a little lifting in the form of color and newer equipment. For the location is very good, centrally located and everything is well reached. You should work with this pound.
