Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my marriage anniversary . The rooms are spacious and airy. Broad corridors , clean lobby, nice cosy restaurant. The staff are very helpful. The food is very tasty and served hot. I plan to come and stay again

At my previous booking the allocated room was always at 7th or 8th floor and was spacious incomparison to my this booking. And specifically i always mention room at high floor. And the ac directly opposite to the bed was not working though it was centralized ac but the vents had some problem due to which the air flow was not coming. Otherwise everything was good since i have booked the hotel previously also few times

The place is located at the roadside so its easier to find and wheelchair accessible. They have a functional lift so both able and disabled people can easily access the floors. We have booked a few rooms for our Para players and we didn't find any issues at this place. It's near Sarusajai stadium also around 3-4 kms . Rooms were clean . Staff were helpful.

Location of the hotel is convenient and is nearby to dibrugarh university and also to new market. I had an excellent stay experience, rooms are clean, fragrant and hygiene maintained, very comforting, food delicious. Hotel staff was courteous. They kept asking about the stay and anything needed.

Mayfair spring valley is one of the most naturally beautiful properties in the north-east. The food and hospitality are top-notch and as usual the size of mayfair rooms can never disappoint one. However, please note that it’s a widespread property so be prepared to walk a little even though they get you cars in a jiffy but that takes out all the fun of staying there. Additionally my room had a water supply issue, which i am afraid is in quite a few rooms and they are trying to fix it. Since, during my stay almost all of the property was booked by a wedding group it was problematic to get services as an individual guest. But all in all a must stay property in monsoon or winters and ensure there is no wedding there.
