Местоположение хорошее,но качество сервиса очень хромает. В номере без просьбы не убирались вообще, раз в 4 дня примерно по просьбе. Воду в номер не ставят , обосновывают тем, что это не отель, а апартаменты. Завтраки не очень, хотя в отзывах читала что хорошие. Можно за гораздо меньшие деньги Вкусно позавтракать неподалеку. Никаких принадлежностей кроме мыла и шампуня в номере также не было.
Превосходный отель, в котором чувствуешь себя как дома. С первых минут сотрудники отеля окружают заботой и вниманием. Вкусные завтраки, ежедневная уборка и удобное расположение отеля это несомненно радует гостя, но люди, которые там работают делают отдых максимально приятным и хочется вернуться в следующий раз в этот же отель и рекомендовать это место своим друзьям❤️
Oh it was fabuloussssss! The staff were so nice in the restaurant and and on reception. They left a lovely note and a birthday cake for me in my room which was very nice and unexpected. The hotel is so close to the beach just a few steps down and they have sun beds and a table reserved free of charge for guests. There are lots and lots and lots of restaurants and small eatery’s on the beach with activities. Very nice hotel would go again.
The hotel was terrific, and the service was outstanding. The ladies at the reception were especially helpful. We had forgotten our jackets on the bus, and they kindly contacted the bus company on our behalf to track them down. Thanks to their effort, we got our jackets back! I’ll definitely choose this hotel again if they maintain the same level of service quality.
I travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva.
We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional.
Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable.
We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room.
Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened:
1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day.
2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do).
The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working.
The location is great - walking distance to Slovenska and Mogren beaches, old city and shops. A nice balcony to take breakfast on. Dedicated space to keep and hang clothes in both rooms. Shadowy parking. Picturesque garden with kiwi, lemons etc. The host takes care of local registration. All good!
Бесплатная парковка на улице, в гараже 10 евро. Сложная навигация внутри отеля. Вроде все новое, но слабовато. Персонал очень приветливый. Завтраки слабые, выбор небольшой. Номера маленькие, на балконе не развернуться. Спа только по записи, на 5 человек и максимум на час. Вернуться не хочется.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic 3-night stay at Ruzmarin Spa Hotel during May. The hotel is just a couple of years old and is in a beautiful setting in the hills just outside Budva. Absolutely spectacular mountain and valley views wherever you look, a really pretty spot.
We had a double room with balcony which felt quite spacious and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, fantastic shower and the views from the balcony were superb. We dined in the on-site restaurant several times, dinner twice and breakfast three times. The food selection is great for a small restaurant, quality was good and the service was excellent with a small, intimate feel of a family run restaurant.
The staff were lovely, unbelievably helpful and friendly, most were excellent English speakers too which helped us a lot. Special mention to Nađa (sp?) who handled our check-in (we arrived quite early) and check-out, arranged transport, provided great recommendations and did so with awesome hospitality, in a friendly, kind and mature manner beyond her years.
The location is a little out of Budva, we didn't have a car, so it was about 10 minutes in a cab (about 8-10 EUR) or a 40-45 minute walk into the old town. The walk in is down hill, both routes have large sections without a footpath, so you're sharing the road with the cars a bit. The coastal route has a good path for much of the journey, but the road is close, busy and loud. We didn't use the pool, though it was open and looked well maintained. Plenty of chairs and sun-loungers which were popular. There is also a spa and sauna which my partner used and enjoyed.
Overall, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet and loved the feel and welcoming environment of a beautiful boutique hotel, we would definitely recommend.
GGuest UserIt was a good stay. The location is amazing for travellers with a car. Kotor is only about 40 minutes drive away, Budva city centre is just 10 minutes by car and Petrovac and Saint Stephen Island are also not far away. I requested a room with a view and got one. Although the view was not the best, the staff were very sweet and helpful.
The apartment was very clean and met my expectations. However, the pool at the hotel is not big but if you want spa facilities they are located nearby.
