I was treated well by everyone here. My room was clean, with a working and effective air conditioning. The location was quiet. I requested a quiet place and the SR section to stay in was sufficient. I have nothing but positive things to say. Everyone made me feel welcome and my needs were taken care of. Thank you.

We had a super super delightful and pleasurable stay in Fairways. I would definitely come back. Our room was clean and spacious, nice smelling with the ionizing machine and with complete toiletries. The toilet had an awful smell all throughout but we didnt raise that concern anymore. Even if the resort is not at the beachfront of the main beach, staying here is so much worth it. It is in the midst of nature, with fresh air, secure, trees all around. Totally refreshing, hearing the sound of birds and insects outside our villa. We would just go to station 2 (after the sumptuous buffet breakfast) using the free shuttle and go back at 3pm to enjoy the foam party at the pool til night. No hassle whatsoever for the location. We got to enjoy the powdery white sand beach and the secluded private resort as well. We didnt bother to do island hopping coz the beach and the resort amenities were amusing enough. The beach in the resort premises was not good, though. The current was strong, it was jellyfish season and there were trash in the shore. Hope they maintain the cleanliness of that area as well. It's a short walk going to the Keyhole. I highly highly recommend this wonderful beach reaort. No other place to stay when in Boracay. Thanks Fairways, we will be back!!!!

The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

The whole stay made to perfection down to the last dot, lots of reasons to recommend Savoy to everyone, I'll try to make it short: (Do note that this is in a perspective of an introvert) Location: The hotel is situated in Newcoast Boracay, a few minutes away from the center, perfect for people that wants a bit of privacy and an access to a private beach which is accessible for guests on Hotels around Newcoast. Facilities: Aesthetically pleasing lobbies, gym access, swimming pools, amazing restaurant, and quipped restrooms. Mind you ALL places are clean, and has a great smell that's good on the nose. An available refresher on the reception area was a great idea, and y'all always have towels available to use for guests swimming in the pool. Just plain perfect! Room: We booked a Deluxe with 2 Single beds, everything was so clean! Working bidets, soft linens and pillows, a fast Wifi which is something I'd need if I will stay long while able to connect for work purposes. Working cold and hot shower, bidet, and has bathrobes and towels available! Again perfect! Transpo: Let me make this as a separate note as travel to Newcoast takes 20-30 mins, which is very far from Dmall, and expensive to rent an E-trike everytime we go around the island. Savoy's scheduled shuttle service was a great touch, specially to us who DIY'ed our way to Boracay. Our first day and we waited at Jollibee, hoping to be allowed to hop in on the bus even if were still about to check in. Kudos to Kuya driver that was more than happy to take us to the Hotel. (I didn't include the option van to the private beach cause we preferred to walk) Customer service: Now the last part and the crucial one at that, specially as a Supervisor working in a Customer service (Call Center), my expectations are high, and specific. I didn't expect y'all be working THAT hard. From the drivers, the front desk ladies who were very responsive and very welcomy and knowledgeable, those people working at the restaurant making every table spotless and preparing the meals, the guys that I believe is the life guard that oversees the pools, the securities around. Grabe kayo, I wish that all other hotel's follows the way y'all interact with your guests. out of 10, I'll give you guys 1000 for the rating. We wished we could stay longer, it feels amazing staying in Savoy, and we will definitely go back soon!

The hotel amenities is limited only to the Gym, swimming pool and sauna. It’s location is quite excellent if you tend to go on shopping, bar hoping and visits to car dealers in nearby areas. It is also a few minutes away to Festive Walk. Very convenient also for people coming from and to the Iloilo International Airport. Buffet breakfast is not that grand, probably early morning there are plenty of foods choices but when you come to take your breakfast a bit later in the morning, the availability of foods are becoming lesser. Express check out is not the name of the game at Zuri. Guests should wait a minimum of 5 minutes to confirm that the room you have slept in is free from damage, lost items and the linens are stains free. Staffs are very welcoming, polite and friendly.

My favorite ones so far are the ones in Siargao and bgc but Astoria Current here in Boracay is one of my favorites now because of the great ambiance and personnel. Vibes are everything. Aesthetic, music, and people make your vacation worth it and it's 100% worth it here. Thanks also to Kevin for being great and accommodating! 💛

I'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

Only booked this hotel as it wasn't away fromy other hotel at 357 hotel as it was station 3 was thinking all hotes where quiet but as I was passing for food I couldn't believe what I was hearer the loudest music and this was only 11am so I went in to cancel the booking as we wanted a relaxing time not club land, but was talked into upgrading to a bigger room further away, I was shown the room and told by chrtitine that room wasn't rental out as it wS they told suite once in we sat to watc-nthe sunset then to be soaked from the top then realised it was the water from in infinity pool, so now we had a balcony that we couldn't use and 500£ for 3 night was shocking. The hotel staff didn't care or get the idea that I paid so much for this room because of the Seaview and we couldn't even sit on it as water came over like a waterfall.

Food was excellent; buffet had great variety. The hotel has very polite staff who were receptive to feedback. Special recognition to Jy, Marv, JP, Jean, Marcy, JR, Edel, Eena, Brian, Butch and Sheryl for going above and beyond -always with a smile. Though the facilities were on the small side and equipment a bit dated, the customer service and location were great.

And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

The whole stay made to perfection down to the last dot, lots of reasons to recommend Savoy to everyone, I'll try to make it short: (Do note that this is in a perspective of an introvert) Location: The hotel is situated in Newcoast Boracay, a few minutes away from the center, perfect for people that wants a bit of privacy and an access to a private beach which is accessible for guests on Hotels around Newcoast. Facilities: Aesthetically pleasing lobbies, gym access, swimming pools, amazing restaurant, and quipped restrooms. Mind you ALL places are clean, and has a great smell that's good on the nose. An available refresher on the reception area was a great idea, and y'all always have towels available to use for guests swimming in the pool. Just plain perfect! Room: We booked a Deluxe with 2 Single beds, everything was so clean! Working bidets, soft linens and pillows, a fast Wifi which is something I'd need if I will stay long while able to connect for work purposes. Working cold and hot shower, bidet, and has bathrobes and towels available! Again perfect! Transpo: Let me make this as a separate note as travel to Newcoast takes 20-30 mins, which is very far from Dmall, and expensive to rent an E-trike everytime we go around the island. Savoy's scheduled shuttle service was a great touch, specially to us who DIY'ed our way to Boracay. Our first day and we waited at Jollibee, hoping to be allowed to hop in on the bus even if were still about to check in. Kudos to Kuya driver that was more than happy to take us to the Hotel. (I didn't include the option van to the private beach cause we preferred to walk) Customer service: Now the last part and the crucial one at that, specially as a Supervisor working in a Customer service (Call Center), my expectations are high, and specific. I didn't expect y'all be working THAT hard. From the drivers, the front desk ladies who were very responsive and very welcomy and knowledgeable, those people working at the restaurant making every table spotless and preparing the meals, the guys that I believe is the life guard that oversees the pools, the securities around. Grabe kayo, I wish that all other hotel's follows the way y'all interact with your guests. out of 10, I'll give you guys 1000 for the rating. We wished we could stay longer, it feels amazing staying in Savoy, and we will definitely go back soon!

This is right in front of the beach although far from D’mall. Basic accommodation for a family. Not much choices for breakfast, you may want a fastfood if there are kids.

Perfect place to stay in Boracay. It is the only hotel on Boracay with a Mall within, which makes it so unique because everything you need is already there, and it is only a 3-minute walk going to the pristine white beachfront. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly and helpful. Great location, great service and good value for the money. Without a doubt, on our next visit, we will definitely book into this Hotel again. Highly recommended hotel to stay in the island. This hotel makes our vacation worth to remember.

Arrived early at the hotel tried to walk around because its not check in time as yet. Came back at 11am and saw some early check outs. Waited til 12 and allowed us to check in. It was all good when she said dont stain the bedding or it will cost me. Thats a bit rude and ridiculous. We are not children. Overall it was accessible to all point of tourist spots.

I like hotel-hopping whenever I'm on vacation. My favorite ones so far are the ones in Siargao and bgc but Astoria Current here in Boracay is one of my favorites now because of the great ambiance and personnel. Vibes are everything. Aesthetic, music, and people make your vacation worth it and it's 100% worth it here. Thanks also to Kevin for being great and accommodating! 💛

Only booked this hotel as it wasn't away fromy other hotel at 357 hotel as it was station 3 was thinking all hotes where quiet but as I was passing for food I couldn't believe what I was hearer the loudest music and this was only 11am so I went in to cancel the booking as we wanted a relaxing time not club land, but was talked into upgrading to a bigger room further away, I was shown the room and told by chrtitine that room wasn't rental out as it wS they told suite once in we sat to watc-nthe sunset then to be soaked from the top then realised it was the water from in infinity pool, so now we had a balcony that we couldn't use and 500£ for 3 night was shocking. The hotel staff didn't care or get the idea that I paid so much for this room because of the Seaview and we couldn't even sit on it as water came over like a waterfall.

Food was excellent; buffet had great variety. The hotel has very polite staff who were receptive to feedback. Special recognition to Jy, Marv, JP, Jean, Marcy, JR, Edel, Eena, Brian, Butch and Sheryl for going above and beyond -always with a smile. Though the facilities were on the small side and equipment a bit dated, the customer service and location were great.
