Quarto com carpetes em muito mau estado e de aspeto imundo, pintura de uma das paredes a necesitar de reparaçao, mobiliário do quarto obsoleto (velho), ao ligar a agua da banheira, esta saíu meia acastanhada (ferrugem da canalizaçao)... nao recomendo de todo, o quarto so merece as 4 estrelas do hotel pelas áreas, tudo o resto é de um hotel de 2 estrelas, no máximo. Nao volto a me hospedar nesse hotel a nao ser que sofra de obras profundas de remodelação.

Excellent hotel overall. Great location and friendly staff and great grounds/view. The experience there could be dramatically improved with just two small changes: 1. Poolside service - as it is, you have to get your own food and drink. Adding an app or call system would be awesome. A pool waiter/waitress would be amazing. 2. Better mattresses. They felt quite hard, like a budget mattress not appropriate to a nice hotel.

Красивые виды у этого отеля, сервис хороший. Ночевали одну ночь. Услуга прачечной там длится 36 часов, пришлось застирывать пятно на штанах в ручную. Территория большая, с выходом к океану. Внизу песок черный, очень красиво. Были в феврале было ветрено, но из за малого количества гостей в отеле в этом была своя изюминка. Всем рекомендую. Завтрак континентальный, с выбором блюд каша, омлет, десерт. Было вкусно. Вечером ужинали в ресторане при отеле, всем понравилось. Отдыхали компанией вечером у бассейна пили портвейн )

Bel hotel , bien qu'un peu vieux. Les piscines interieurs etvexterieurs sont super. Par contre le restaurant, en particulier les buffets du soir, sont trés decevants et pas du tout au niveau de l'hotel.

The hotel is located near a botanical garden. Thermal pool, 2 open jacuzzis and an indoor SPA creates a wonderful atmosphere. The ladies who clean the room deserve the highest rating as it is tough to keep everything perfect while the guests are using the thermal pools with iron (volcanic spring) water. Nice breakfast and terrace.

Hotel agradável, excelente qualidade/preço, atendimento e conforto 5* , pequeno almoço muito bom, com mt diversidade e produtos mt bons. A única coisa que poderiam tentar melhorar é a internet que nao se apanha bom sinal nos quartos, no piso restio (recepção, sala pequenos almocos,bar,etc apanha-se bem,mas nos quartos o sinal é muito pouco. Mas independente disso o hotel é muito agradavel tal como o seu staff. Recomendo

Hotel muito bom para ficar hospedado, seja para uma escapadinha ou para uma estadia durante um maior período de tempo. Fornece uma experiência agradável. Comodidades muito boas, decoração bonita, boa limpeza, funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Quartos espaçosos e cama confortável. Zona do spa, piscina, jacuzzi, etc, é agradável. Pequeno-almoço bom e variado e o jantar buffet é ótimo, com várias opções e comida saborosa.

We had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.

Localização ótima, staf simpático, pequeno almoço muito bom. Zona de spa: água fria, o jacuzzi não tinha todas as funções de massagens a funcionar, espreguiçadeiras insuficientes, pavimento extremamente escorregadio se usar os chinelos de quarto.

No me gustó nada la atencion de los empleados de la recepcion. La primera frase en un tono soberbio fue que solo hablan portugués. La cafetería la abren a las 10h por lo que si quieres tomar un café antes de salir es complicado. La sauna y baño turco no funcionaban y las habitaciones normales, no me parece un 4 estrellas

Les + Le petit déjeuner buffet assez copieux La piscine couverte et la salle de sport La salle de bain très correcte Le parking Le personnel très agréable et compréhensif Les - Nous avions eu une chambre où un bruit était très désagréable. Nous avons donc simplement demandé à changer de chambre. Ne pas avoir pu profiter du restaurant à cause du Nouvel An

Tranquilo, elegante, bien situado aunque en una calle muy estrecha y con el coche es difícil aparcar. En general bastante bien.

Hotel localizado no centro de Angra, acessível a pé, quarto bonito e grande, fantástico pequeno almoço. Funcionários simpáticos.

Ons beste verblijf van de 6 Azoreneilanden/ Our best stay of the 6 Azores isles We verbleven slechts 2 nachten op 7 en 8 juni in een junior suite. Zeer ruim met een verblijfsruimte en bijhorende kleine keuken, slaapruimte met erg ruime bedden, badkamer en terras met uitzicht op de oceaan. 2 televisies aanwezig. Gebruik gemaakt van het buitenzwembad en van het bubbelbad. Erg vriendelijke receptie. Prima buffetontbijt met zeer grote keuze, ook aan vers fruit. De waren werden telkens opnieuw aangevuld. Het hotel ligt vlak iets boven de oceaan. Ertussen is er een 'wandelbaan' langs waar je op ca 10' stappen in het centrum van Praia komt met o.m. het O pescador restaurant. Zo kan je je auto bij het hotel laten staan en heb je gelegenheid om de Azoriaanse wijnen te proeven. Het was veruit ons beste verblijf en ontbijt van onze 6 bezochte eilanden (Sao Miguel,,Terceira, Graciosa, Sao Jorge, Pico en Faial). We hadden er normaal een dag langer willen verblijven maar onze planning voor de binnenvluchten en bootverbindingen liet en dit niet toe, daar er niet alle dagen vlieg- en bootverbindingen met alle eilanden (na Terceira, Graciosa) zijn. Komen we ooit terug naar de Azoren, dan is het in de eerste plaats Terceira , met de Atlantida Mar. We stayed in a junior suite for just 2 nights on the 7th and 8th of June. Very spacious with a lounge and associated small kitchen, sleeping area with very spacious beds, bathroom and terrace with a view of the ocean. 2 televisions available. Made use of the outdoor pool and hot tub. Very friendly reception. Excellent buffet breakfast with a large choice, including fresh fruit. The goods were constantly replenished. The hotel is located just above the ocean. In between there is a 'walking track' along which you reach the center of Praia after about 10 steps, including the O pescador restaurant. For example, you can leave your car at the hotel and you have the opportunity to taste the Azorian wines. It was by far our best stay and breakfast of our 6 islands visited (Sao miguel, Terceira, Graciosa, Sao Jorge, Pico and Faial). Normally we would have liked to stay there one day longer, but our planning for the internal flights and boat connections did not allow this, as there are not all days flight and boat connections with all islands (after Terceira, Graciosa). If we ever come back to the Azores, it will be Terceira in the first place, with the Atlantida Mar.

The hotel is very new, clean, stylish and convenient. Breakfast is very good and healthy. Restaurant offered high quality food. We will stay again. Only one thing was my room was right above the restaurant kitchen I think. I could smell cooking smell from the washroom. The music was loud as well. I guess upper floor should have no issues. Reception was very helpful as well.

Persekitarannya sangat baik, di sebelah laut, hotel ini agak moden, tetapi keseluruhan pengalamannya masih bagus, sangat sesuai untuk bercuti bersama keluarga dan rakan-rakan, tidak jauh dari kota.
