Not a first time stay in this hotel. Previous stay was good. But the last stay was horrible. The hotel is under maintenance and there is no any information about it when you book the hotel. I came for check in at 10pm and receptionist informed me that it might be noise up to midnight due to maintenance. Why they don’t inform when you book the hotel. Guests should know this «peculiarity» before arrival in advance, not after. I can accept that it might need to do maintenance. But why at night?! they were using heavy equipment for hummer drilling, hummering etc. even after complain to receptionist they continuously were hummering up to 12:30 am. It was horrible. I supposed to take a rest after 6 hours driving, but due to this noise I could even sleep after midnight… I’m fully disappointed with service and care of guest.. Even now after 2 days of my stay there is no any notification that the hotel is under maintenance. It is not fair for guest who is searching for rest.. And one more additional info. Next to the hotel building the new building civil works is ongoing and they also work with heavy duty equipment till midnight. If you search the place for rest better to look for the alternative one.

The location is at the end of the kingdom Tower. There is another Novotel nearer to the Kingdom tower if you are looking to be there. The amenities at this hotel is great. No issue getting uber ride. Bed and bathroom is clean. However, there was a few nights i need to ask for towel and bathroom mat as the cleaner forgot to put back but is a small matter. Overall a great stay as bed are firm and nice :)

1. Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang baik dan tempat letak kereta teksi cukup bagus! 2. Susun atur bilik standard hotel ini sangat bagus! 3. Haruman minyak wangi di koridor hotel terlalu kuat dan tidak sesuai untuk warga asing. 4. Restoran di tingkat 10 hotel ini sangat bagus. Anda boleh pergi lewat daripada masa yang ditetapkan (10:00-13:00 boleh diterima) dan ia sangat kaya! 5. Tingkat pertama hotel ini sangat besar, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk menerima pelanggan dan mengadakan mesyuarat. 6. Perkhidmatan meja depan hotel adalah sangat profesional dan sopan.

The general manager of the hotel along with his team Abdullah, Hussein and all the team were very welcoming and obliging during my 8 night stay at the hotel. Cleaning staff were excellent also. Would highly recommend the hotel. Travelled from Ireland to Saudi Arabia.

İt was amazing staff,especially front office team,ı was a problem my reservation date,they help to me ı want to say thanks to mr Abed,Muteb,Saad and To the gentleman who is the reservation manager whom I have not met. They find a solution very helpful To be honest, I didn't have hope saying that it was a good hotel, but staff completely changed my mind. They made me feel how important the service is, not just the beautiful furniture, and my choice will be this hotel again on my next trip.

أولا المواقف قليلة وضيقة و لا تناسب إلا السيارات الصغيرة جدا ثانيا و الأهم موظفين الاستقبال ليسوا محترفين في التعامل بلباقة وضيافة عالية ثالثا مستوى نظافة الموكيت سيء جدا وقديم كذلك أثاث الغرفة و لا يوجد أمان إضافي لباب الغرفة (مكسور) رابعا لا يرد عليك أحد حين الاتصال لطلب خدمة معينة

Spent a total of 9 months there from Jan to October of 2022. Was very pleased with the room. The room was clean and decently maintained. Had a small washer so could wash clothes, had a small kitchen fully stocked with what was needed. Full size refrigerator as well. The bed was comfortable and with a full bath in the master bedroom and a half bath in the hall was convenient. The staff were great especially Jayson, Fahad and Tio in the restaurant. Whenever there was an issue with the room they maintenance responded quickly and corrected the issue. The only issue I can see is the noise. Due to the location the traffic is terrible and the noise of the cars, trucks, and emergency vehicles can get annoying. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Riyadh for an extended period.

房間感覺非常的高檔，服務員也比較友好，這個酒店是四星級酒店。但是我們在齋月期間來的，並沒有早餐吃，所以我們在房間吃泡麪。價格相對比較貴。

A very good value hotel with good amenities. The rooms are small but cosy and the staff were all great during our 2 night stay. It is a little further out but this is reflected in the pricing. Great location for the airport and riyadh front. Would recommend for a business trip.
