The hotel is ideally located right in the city center, felt very safe, and offers on-site parking. The rooms were good, and the facilities are excellent. Highly recommended.

There is an airport shuttle, direct access to the mall, close to the station, the hotel service is very good, but there is no breakfast. The fireplace in the hotel lobby feels very warm in the snowy winter.

Beautiful old girl, kept elegantly up to date. My King room was tastefully furnished but the older heating system was a bit noisy and I had to crank it to 25°C to combat the -14°C external weather coming in through the window. This overheated the room everywhere except near the desk, where I needed to work for most of the evening. Brisk! Shower was blissfully hot. Towels, robes and toiletries all stylish but does anyone else have trouble getting product out of those tiny Aveda bottles? You need a vise-like grip! Doorman was lovely but front desk only brusquely efficient. A little more warmth on a cold night would have been nice. Hostess at the Grill even colder! This was all made up for the next day with exceptional service, smiles and warmth at The Drake, where the blueberry salmon and eggs on toast shouldn't be that delicious but IT IS! Please try it!

This is a wonderful long-term stay hotel. Its greatest advantage over other hotels in the Mayo Clinic area is the friendliness and competence of the staff. every single one of the staff that I’ve interacted with was superb. Most four-star hotels don’t have this level of service that I’ve experienced at StayBridge the breakfast buffet is very good. The restaurant is outstanding. The staff at the reception desk is more competent and nicer than any hotel I can think of in Minnesota It is across the entrance from Mayo St. Mary’s Hospital Also there are several very good restaurants within two blocks in each direction I’ve stayed in four other hotels in the three years that I receive care at Mayo Clinic and this one is fairly superior to the others. The hotel is very close to the airport, the room is very spacious and very satisfied, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene is very clean. There is also an animal sanctuary nearby, close to the river, it is a good place to contact nature, every time I pass by this airport, I live here. The steak in the restaurant is also very good.

Absolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!

The entrance to the parking lot is directly across the street from the Hyatt and the area can be hectic getting in or out. I thought the overall room environment was clean and the mattress wasn't too depressed. I look in the refrigerator and found a food tray on the very top shelf of the refrigerator. Inside was some very old blueberry cheesecake. I toss it and then it began to smell. I sat the trash basket into the hallway outside my door.

I had a very pleasant stay and found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained. I didn't encounter any major issues during my visit. One helpful tip for future guests: the water vending machines were frequently empty, but you can fill up a reusable bottle for free at the gym! My only reservation was the price point; between the $200+ room rate and the expensive dining options at the casino, the total cost felt a bit high for the overall experience.”

Stylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!

Except that the hotel facilities are a little old, everything else is perfect, especially the environment, which is next to a park in the city center and across the street from a shopping mall.
